Abstract
La invención se refiere a un aparato interno de vórtice de carga pesada (1) para el manejo de material granular plástico, que comprende un canal de vibración (10) para recibir material granular plástico, cuyo canal de vibración tiene un piso de canal (11) y dos paredes laterales (12a, 12b) que están opuestas entre sí, en donde la longitud del canal de vibración (10) es mayor en la dirección longitudinal (a) que la altura máxima y la anchura de una sección transversal de canal perpendicular a la longitudinal dirección; al menos dos generadores de vibraciones (20) para generar una excitación de vibración que tenga una componente transversal (Y) perpendicular a un plano formado por la dirección longitudinal (A) y la dirección vertical (Z); y al menos dos portadoras de canal (31) que estén separadas entre sí en la dirección longitudinal (a) del canal de vibración (10), cada una de las cuales apoya el piso del canal (11) y las paredes laterales (12a, 12b) desde el exterior y, además, uniendo el canal de vibración (10) en el lado opuesto al piso del canal (11), en el que uno de los generadores de vibración (20) en cada caso está sujeto a al menos dos de las portadoras de canales (31). La invención se refiere además a un método para la cristalización de material granular plástico que tiende a pegarse entre sí.
