SE TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA AISLAR MEVINOLINA DISOLVIENDO EL INGREDIENTE ACTIVO DE LA BIOMASA EN EL LICOR DE FERMENTACION Y SEPARANDOLO DESPUES DEL LICOR FILTRADO. CONSISTE EN LLEVAR LA SOLUCION A UN PH COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 7,5 Y 10, PREFERIBLEMENTE ENTRE 8,0 Y 9,0, SEPARAR EL INGREDIENTE ACTIVO DEL LICOR FILTRADO A UN PH COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 4,5 Y 1,0, PREFERIBLEMENTE ENTRE 2,2 Y 2,0, FILTRAR, Y PURIFICAR MEDIANTE METODOS CONOCIDOS, PREFERIBLEMENTE POR RECRISTALIZACION. LA DISOLUCION SE REALIZA EN PRESENCIA DE ADITIVOS EN CANTIDAD EQUIVALENTE COMO MINIMO AL 0,1 POR CIENTO DEL VOLUMEN DEL LICOR DE FERMENTACION.
