LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA INSTALACION DE SEPARACION DE FASE PARA LA DISOCIACION TERMICA DE UNA EMULSION, EN PARTICULAR DE UNA EMULSION DE AGUA/ACEITE, ASI COMO EL CORRESPONDIENTE PROCEDIMIENTO. LA INSTALACION ENGLOBA, UN RECIPIENTE PARA LA ABSORCION DE LA EMULSION, UNA INSTALACION DE CALEFACCION PARA EL CALENTAMIENTO DE LA EMULSION HALLADA EN EL RECIPIENTE, UNA SALIDA PARA LA EVACUACION DE LAS PARTES VOLATILES INTEGRANTES DE LA EMULSION, ASI COMO UN CONDENSADOR UNIDO A LA SALIDA PARA LA CONDENSACION DE LAS PARTES INTEGRANTES EN FORMA DE VAPOR. EN LAS INSTALACIONES QUE YA CONOCEMOS, SON APROVECHADAS LAS DIFERENCIAS DE PUNTO DE EBULLICION DE LOS LIQUIDOS AISLADOS, POR LO CUAL EL VAPOR DE LIQUIDO ES SUCCIONADO CON UN PUNTO DE EBULLICION BAJO EN LA SUPERFICIE DE LA EMULSION Y APARTADO EN UN CONDENSADOR. TALES INSTALACIONES SON, SIN EMBARGO, PERJUDICIALES, PUES OCASIONAN UN CONSUMO MUY ALTO DE ENERGIA. PARA LA SOLUCION DEL PROBLEMA, EL CUAL ESTRIBA EN CREAR UNA INSTALACION DE SEPARACION DE FASE CON ARREGLO AL GENERO, QUE POSEA IGUALMENTE A MAYOR PRESTACION, UNA DEMANDA ENERGETICA BAJA, LA INSTALACION DE SEPARACION DE FASE INVENTADA ESTA INDICADA PARA ELLO, DE TAL FORMA QUE ESTA PREVISTA UNA INSTALACION PARA DISTRIBUCION DE AIRE EN LA EMULSION, POR LO CUAL CON ARREGLO A LA DISTRIBUCION DE AIRE EN LA EMULSION CALENTADA REMPLAZA UNA FORMACION DE VAPORES YA A TEMPERATURAS CONSIDERABLEMENTE BAJAS COMO TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION DEFINITIVA DEL LIQUIDO.
