CONSTITUTION: Overhead gas discharged from the distilling column 2, is separated in condensed liquid and uncondensed gas at the gas-liquid separator 8 after the overhead gas is cooled and condensed at the condenser 7. Then, the uncondensed gas is induced to the heat separating apparatus 21 and is made cold gas by reducing pressure and bringing down temperature and on the one hand, residual gas in the apparatus 21 is made high temperature gas.
