Abstract

Спосіб видалення шляхом випаровування твердих залишків з плинного середовища, яке являє собою суспензію або розчин, що містить летючі субстанції, зокрема, у водному середовищі. Спосіб полягає в тому, що плинне середовище безперервно наносять у вигляді тонкого шару на першу з двох поверхонь стінки теплообміну, яка нагріта до температури, достатньої для швидкого випаровування води та/або інших летючих складових середовища. Безперервно видаляють тверді і сухі залишки у міру їх утворення на першій поверхні шляхом зіскоблювання. Нагрівання стінки теплообміну здійснюють за допомогою пари, що утворюється в результаті випаровування, яку піддають механічному стисненню. Потім вводять в контакт з другою поверхнею стінки теплообміну, на якій пара конденсується, і видаляють утворений рідкий і гарячий конденсат. В якості першої поверхні використовують плоску і горизонтальну поверхню, на яку плинне середовище наносять шляхом наливання з формуванням рівномірного шару, витримуючи його товщину в діапазоні від 0,2 до 2 мм. Здійснюють видалення неконденсованих субстанцій з пари перед її повторним стисненням.
