ESTA FINA PELICULA CONTIENE COMO PRINCIPALES COMPONENTES CARBONO E HIDROGENO, EL BALANCE CONTIENE MAYORMENTE MATERIAL DE BASE DE SILICONA, Y CARBONO EN FORMA DE DIAMANTE. EL CONTENIDO DE HIDROGENO ES DEL 30 AL 50 % POR ATOMICO, Y EL CONTENIDO DE CARBONO ES DEL 70 % O MAS POR ATOMICO, CON RESPECTO A LA COMPOSICION TOTAL EXCEPTO HIDROGENO. SE SUMINISTRAN TAMBIEN, UN MATERIAL METALICO DE BASE DE HIERRO QUE TIENE FORMADA AHI LA PELICULA DE SILICONA CARBONO HIDROGENA AMORFA Y EL PROCESO PARA SU FABRICACION.
