Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CASQUILHO DE MANCAL DESLIZANTE E PROCESSO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO"<D>. Descreve-se um casquilho de mancal deslizante com um corpo de suporte e com pelo menos uma camada deslizante metálica, a qual é aplicada por meio de vaporização por raios de elétrons e a qual apresenta, em uma matriz de material, no mínimo um componente finamente disperso, cujo peso atómico é maior do que o do material de matriz, sendo que a concentração de componente finamente disperso (7) diminui continuamente da zona de cume (8) do casquilho de mancal deslizante (1) para a zona de subsuperfícies (9). O processo é caracterizado pelo fato de que durante o processo de revestimento na zona de cume do casquilho de mancal é ajustado um gás com uma pressão de 0,1 a 5 Pa.
