Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA COMBUSTION DE ALTA TEMPERATURA DE UN MATERIAL RESISTENTE A BASE DE OXIDO DE RUTENIO (RUO2) O SUS COMPUESTOS POR MEDIO DEL TRATAMIENTO TERMICO DE UN OBJETO A BASE DE SUBSTRATO CERAMICO, RECUBIERTO CON UN RELLENO RESISTENTE QUE CONTIENE EL MATERIAL RESISTENTE ANTES MENCIONADO O UN AGLOMERANTE MINERAL FUNDIBLE. EN EL PROCESO MENCIONADO LA TEMPERATURA DE COMBUSTION DEBE ESTAR MANTENIDA POR DEBAJO DE 1.050 C DEBIDO A LA VOLATILIZACION LIGERA DEL OXIDO URA POR ENCIMA DE LOS 1.050 C, CON PREFERENCIA ENTRE 1.110 HASTA 1.300 C, EN PRESENCIA DE UN LECHO DE POLVO DE OXIDO DE RUTENIO O SUS COMPUESTOS. DE AQUI LOS OBJETOS DE CERAMICA DE SUBSTRATO NO SINTERIZADO PUEDEN SER QUEMADOS AL MISMO TIEMPO CON UN RECUBRIMIENTO RESISTENTE DE GENERO REGULAR.
