THE FOAM SO OBTAINED IS SUPPLIED THROUGH A TUBE TO, AT LEAST, A FRONT OF EXCAVATION OR A PUSH CHAMBER FROM THE GROUND, OF THE MECHANICAL SHIELDING MACHINE. THE RESISTANCE BY FRICTION BETWEEN THE CUTTING HEAD AND THE EXCAVATION FRONT IS MERCED REDUCED TO THE LUBRICATING ACTION OF THE FOAM.
