EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA CONSERVACION DE SUSTANCIAS BIOLOGICAS, EN ESPECIAL PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS TALES COMO CARNE, BOLLERIA, FRUTA, VERDURA O ANALOGOS, EN ESPECIAL PARA PROLONGAR LA DURACION DE ESTOS PRODUCTOS, EN EL QUE EL PRODUCTO A CONSERVAR SE ENFRIA EN UNA CAMARA (2) CERRADA Y SE SOMETE A UN VACIO, SE MIDE LA HUMEDAD DE LA CAMARA (2) Y SE CONECTA UNA BOMBA DE VACIO, CUANDO LA HUMEDAD MEDIDA REBASA UN VALOR LIMITE SUPERIOR, DESCONECTANDOSE LA BOMBA, CUANDO SE REBASA POR UN VALOR LIMITE INFERIOR DE LA HUMEDAD. EN UNA INSTALACION PARA LA REALIZACION DE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE DISPONE EN LA CAMARA DE CONSERVACION (2) UN SENSOR DE HUMEDAD (5), QUE SE CONECTA A TRAVES DE UN CIRCUITO DE MANDO (9) CON EL ACCIONAMIENTO DE LA BOMBA DE VACIO.
