LUEGO, LA INYECCION DEL CHORRO DE GAS Y DE LAS PARTICULAS SOLIDAS CALENTADAS RETENIDAS EN UNA MASA DE METAL FUNDIDO PARA TENER UNA MEZCLA DE PARTICULAS SOLIDAS FINAMENTE DIVIDIDAS Y METAL FUNDIDO Y POSTERIORMENTE PROVOCAR EL REMOVIDO FISICO DE LA MEZCLA DE METAL FUNDIDO Y PARTICULAS SOLIDAS PARA ESTABLECER UNA DISTRIBUCION SUSTANCIALMENTE UNIFORME DE PARTICULAS SOLIDAS EN EL METAL FUNDIDO. SE PROSIGUE ESTE REMOVIDO FISICO DEL METAL FUNDIDO HASTA QUE LA MEZCLADE PARTICULAS FINAMENTE DIVIDIDAS Y METALES QUEDE TOTALMENTE SOLIDIFICADA.A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A COMPOSITE MATERIAL WHICH CONSISTS OF RETAINING SOLID ADDITIVE PARTICLES FINALLY DIVIDED IN AN IONIZED INERT GAS JET AND IN THE IONIZATION OF INERT GAS AND THE USE OF THE HEAT GENERATED BY IONIZED GAS TO HEAT SOLUTIONS BE LOWER TO THE TEMPERATURE AT WHICH SOLID PARTICLES BECOME NON-SOLID DUE TO MERGER, SUBLIMATION, OR DISSOCIATION. THEN, THE INJECTION OF THE GAS SPRAY AND OF THE HEATED SOLID PARTICLES RETAINED IN A MASS OF MELTED METAL TO HAVE A MIXTURE OF FINALLY DIVIDED SOLID PARTICLES AND SUBSEQUENTLY FUSED METAL TO REMOVE THE MIXED PHYSICAL REMOVAL OF MIXED A SUBSTANTIALLY UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OF SOLID PARTICLES IN CAST METAL. THIS PHYSICAL REMOVAL OF THE MELTED METAL IS PROCEEDED UNTIL THE MIXTURE OF FINALLY DIVIDED PARTICLES AND METALS IS FULLY SOLIDIFIED.
