SE TRATA DE UNA INSTALACION Y UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN FANGO DE FILTRACION COMPUESTO PRINCIPALMENTE DE TIERRA DE INFUSORIOS Y DESECADO CON MEDIOS MECANICOS. LA INSTALACION CONSISTE BASICAMENTE EN UN DISPOSITIVO DE CARGA PARA LA DISPERSION FINA DEL FANGO DE FILTRACION, UN GRUPO SECADOR ELECTRICO PARA EL SECADO DEL FANGO DISPERSADO MEDIANTE UNA CORRIENTE DE GAS DE SECADO, UN GRUPO PARA LA SEPARACION DEL MATERIAL SECO GRANULAR COMPUESTO, A SU VEZ, DE UN GRUPO DE CICLON Y UN FILTRO DE MATERIALES SOLIDOS, UNA CAMARA DE ALTA TEMPERATURA PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DEL MATERIAL SECO EN UNA CORRIENTE DE GAS DE TRATAMIENTO, UN GRUPO DE CICLON DE GAS CALIENTE PARA LA SEPARACION DEL MATERIAL TRATADO DE LA CORRIENTE DE GAS DE TRATAMIENTO Y UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LA REFRIGERACION DEL MATERIAL TRATADO SEPARADO. LA CAMARA DE ALTA TEMPERATURA FUNCIONA A MODO DE UN REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO Y DISPONE DE UN TUBO COAXIAL PARA LA CARGA DEL MATERIAL SECO. UN GENERADOR DE GAS DE TRATAMIENTO VA PRECONECTADO A LA CAMARA DE ALTA TEMPERATURA. EL GRUPO DE CICLON DE GAS CALIENTE LLEVA UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE CERAMICA RESISTENTE AL FUEGO Y ESTA CONCEBIDO PARA UNA SEPARACION DE ALREDEDOR DE UN 80% DE MATERIALES SOLIDOS. POSTERIORMENTE AL TRATAMIENTO EN EL GRUPO DE CICLON DE GAS CALIENTE, EL MATERIAL SE REFRIGERA MEDIANTE UN DISPOSITIVO DE ENFRIAMIENTO BRUSCO. LA SALIDA DE GAS DEL CICLON DE GAS CALIENTE COMUNICA A TRAVES DE UN SISTEMA DE CONDUCTOS TRANSFERIDORES CON EL GRUPO SECADOR ELECTRICO. EL SISTEMA DE CONDUCTOS TRANSFERIDORES DISPONE DE UNA REFRIGERACION POR INYECCION DE AGUA QUE ACTUA EN CONJUNTO CON UN PROCESADOR DE MANDO.
