PRODUCTO A BASE DE AZUCAR PARA LA CONFECCION DE CONFITURAS CASERAS LIGERAS, Y SIN EMBARGO DE CONSERVACION SATISFACTORIA. EL PRODUCTO DE LA INVENCION ESTA DESTINADO A LA CONFECCION RAPIDA DE CONFITURAS CASERAS, PERO QUE PRESENTAN CUALIDADES DE CONSERVACION ANALOGAS. EL PRODUCTO CONTIENE TIPICAMENTE, JUNTO CON SACAROSA, 1,6% DE PECTINA COMO GELIFICANTE, 0,4% DE ACIDO CITRICO COMO ANTI-OXIGENO Y 0,15% DE SORBATO DE POTASIO COMO CONSERVANTE, EN CALIDAD DE ADITIVOS. EL PRODUCTO ES UNA MEZCLA MACROSCOPICAMENTE HOMOGENEA DE DOS FASES GRANULARES DE GRANULOMETRIAS ANALOGAS, UNA PRIMERA FASE QUE PARTICIPA EN UN PESO DE 75 A 80% DE LA MEZCLA Y QUE ESTA CONSTITUIDA POR CRISTALES DE SACAROSA PURA DE TAMAÑOS SENSIBLEMENTE UNIFORMES Y UNA SEGUNDA FASE FORMADA POR GRANOS DE COMPOSICION SENSIBLEMENTE REGULAR DE UN AGLOMERADO DE LOS ADITIVOS CON SACAROSA EN POLVO.
