LA MEMBRANA TIENE UN ESPESOR TAL QUE "IN VITRO" EL DILTIAZEM SE LIBERA A VELOCIDAD SENSIBLEMENTE CONSTANTE DURANTE AL MENOS 6 HORAS, DESPUES DE UN PERIODO DE LATENCIA INFERIOR A UNA HORA. EL PRINCIPIO ACTIVO PUEDE SER MEZCLADO INTIMAMENTE AL NUCLEO O RECUBIERTO POR UNA CAPA DE POLIVINILPIRROLIDONA RODEANDO UN GRANO SOPORTE.
