Claims (13)

  1. 이론적 이온 흡착량의 80%이상의 약물을 흡착시킨 교차 결합도 6∼16%의 이온교환수지를 투수성중합체로 피복시킨 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이온교환수지가 합성 불용성 다공성중합체인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 스티렌과 디비닐벤젠의 공중합체인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 이온교환수지가 산성이온교환 수지인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 약물이 pKa 6∼10 또는 pKa 2∼5의 입체적으로 거대한 구조를 갖는 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약물이 호흡기관용인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 약물이 상응하는 염형태부터 유도된 유리된 형태인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 약물이 디히드로코데인, 페닐프로판올 아민 또는 dl-메틸에페드린인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 이온교환수지 복합체를 비-천연성 중합체로 피복한 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로 캡슐의 평균입자 크기가 5∼100㎛인 서방성 마이크로 캡슐제제.
  11. 정제수에 녹인 현탁액중에 제1항에 따른 제제를 함유하는 경구투여용 현탁액.
  12. 이론적 이온 흡착량의 80% 이상의 약물을 흡착시킨 교차결합도 6∼16%의 이온교환수지를 투수성 중합체로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 제제의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 약물-이온 교환수지 복합체가 약물의 염 및 유리된 형태의 모두를 용해시킬 수 있는 수성용매중에서 약물의 염을 이온교환수지와 반응시킴으로써 수득된 유리된 형태의 약물의 수용액에 교차결합도 6∼16%의 이온교환수지를 가함으로써 제조되는 방법.
