EL INVENTO TIENE POR OBJETO UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE DECAPADO DE PRODUCTOS DE ACERO INOXIDABLE, EN EL CUAL SE UTILIZA UN BAÑO DE DECAPADO DE COMPOSICION INICIAL: HF 10 A 50 G/LITRO HIERRO FERRICO (FE3B) DISUELTO > 15 G/LITRO AGUA: EL RESTO A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 15 Y 70JC, CARACTERIZADO PORQUE, DURANTE LA OPERACION U OPERACIONES DE DECAPADO, SE MANTIENE EL CONTENIDO EN HIERRO FERRICO DEL BAÑO EN AL MENOS 15 G/LITRO POR OXIDACION DEL BAÑO, QUE COMPRENDE AL MENOS UNA O VARIAS INYECCIONES DE AIRE DE CAUDAL TOTAL SUPERIOR O IGUAL A 1 M3 NORMAL POR M2 DE ACERO INOXIDABLE DECAPADO Y POR HORA DE DECAPADO DE CADA ELEMENTO DE SUPERFICIE DECAPADA. EL PROCEDIMIENTO DEL INVENTO SE APLICA PARTICULARMENTE AL DECAPADO INDUSTRIAL DE CHAPAS Y BANDAS DE ACERO INOXIDABLE, EN EL CUAL PERMITE EVITAR EL EMPLEO DE ACIDO NITRICO Y LAS CONTAMINACIONES QUE DE ELLO RESULTAN.
