Abstract

Processo per il decapaggio e la successiva passivazione del titanio in forma di lamiera comprendente un primo trattamento di decapaggio in soluzione acquosa contenente H2SO4, HF ed Fe3+, mantenuta a ? 5O°C nella quale si immette in continuo un flusso d'aria e inoltre H2O2 stabilizzata in quantità tale da mantenere il potenziale Redox della soluzione tra - 200 e 0 mV. e un successivo trattamento di passivazione in bagno acquoso contenente 4-10 g/l di HF, Fe 3+ ? 1 g/l, esente da H2SO4, il cui potenziale Redox è mantenuto a 500-600 mV. mediante aggiunta continua di H2O2 stabilizzata.
