Claims

1. Extruded profile joinery with integrated blind box manhole opening including:

a window frame (10), made up of two lateral jambs (11), a lintel (12) and a sill (13) made up of extruded window profiles of identical section mitered at their corners, the extruded window profiles including , along its entire length, a first linear configuration (1) located on the outer perimeter of the window frame (10);

a flashing frame (20), which surrounds the window frame (10), formed by at least two lateral jambs (21) and a lintel (22) made up of extruded flashing profiles of identical section joined miter by their corners, the extruded flashing profiles including, along their entire length, a second linear configuration (2) and a third linear configuration (3), parallel and spaced from each other, located on the inner perimeter of the flashing frame (20);

where the first and second linear configurations (1, 2) are complementary and coupleable to each other by elastic insertion, and are coupled at least in the jambs (11,21) of the flashing frame (20) and of the window frame (10);

characterized in that the lintel (22) of the flashing frame (20) is spaced from the lintel (12) of the window frame (10) defining in between a registration opening (AR), and that the carpentry also includes:

an adapter profile (30) provided, on a lower face, with a second linear configuration (2) coupled to the first linear configuration (1) of the lintel (12) of the window frame (10), and on an upper face, with a third linear configuration (3) and a second linear configuration (2), parallel and spaced from one another, or a third linear configuration (3) and a bead configuration (41), parallel and spaced from one another;

beads (40) provided with a fourth linear configuration (4) complementary and coupled by elastic insertion to the second linear configuration (2) that surrounds an inner perimeter of the registration opening (AR);

a registration cover (50) fitted in said registration opening closing it and retained in position between the third linear configuration surrounding an inner perimeter of the registration opening and said beads and optionally said bead configuration (41).

2. The joinery according to claim 1 wherein the first linear configuration (1) and the fourth linear configuration (4) consist of a groove defined between two longitudinal edges, and wherein the second linear configuration (2) consists of a barbed profile or a pair of separate barbed profiles, intended to be inserted tightly into said groove with elastic deformation occurring during insertion into the groove.

The joinery according to claim 1 wherein the second linear configuration (2) consists of a groove defined between two longitudinal edges, and wherein the first linear configuration (1) and the fourth linear configuration (4) consist of a barbed profile or a pair of separate barbed profiles, intended to be inserted tightly into said groove with elastic deformation occurring during insertion into the groove.

The joinery according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the third linear configuration (3) consists of a protruding fin of the inner perimeter of the flashing frame (20) and of the adapter profile (30).

5. The joinery according to claim 4, wherein said protruding fin has a vertical plane facing said beads (40).

The joinery according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the two jambs (21) and the lintels (12, 22) of the window frame (10) and of the flashing frame (20) have a coplanar vertical inner face.

The carpentry according to any one of the preceding claims wherein the window profile is thicker than the flashing profile.

The joinery according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the flashing frame (20) also includes a sill (23) also constituted by said extruded flashing profile, and which is coupled to the sill (13) of the window frame ( 10) through the coupling of said first and second linear configurations (1,2).

The carpentry according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein extruded window profiles, the extruded flashing profiles, the adapter profile and the beads are extruded PVC profiles.
