Horno (11) de cocción perfeccionado con ventilador y deflectores, en particular para su uso en colectividades, que comprende: - un aspirador radial para la recirculación del vapor o de la mezcla de aire-vapor dentro de la cámara de cocción, que está unida al lado anterior (13) de dicho ventilador, - una toma (15) para la aspiración de aire fresco externo y un conducto (14) que une dicha toma con la zona (17) dispuesta detrás del citado ventilador, - ventilador que está dotado, sobre la zona periférica, de una pluralidad de palas (3) y de una superficie anular posterior (5), - estando además dotado dicho ventilador de una pluralidad de aberturas (9) aptas para unir dicha zona (17), dispuesta por detrás del citado ventilador, con la porción periférica de dicho ventilador que incluye las indicadas palas (3), caracterizado porque dicho ventilador está dotado de una pared (1) sustancialmente ortogonal a su eje de rotación (X), - porque dicha pared está delimitada periféricamente por un bordecerrado (6) que está unido a dicha superficie anular posterior (5) mediante una superficie de conexión (7) dispuesta en posición más interna respecto a dicha superficie anular posterior, y - porque dichas aberturas (9) están dispuestas en la citada superficie de unión (7).
