- Porte, en particulier porte d'entrée, avec un cadre dormant périphérique (1) comme profilé porteur et au moins un battant de porte (2) avec un profilé de battant périphérique, l'au moins un battant de porte (2) présentant un panneau de porte (17) et le battant de porte (2) présentant sur sa face extérieure une couche de recouvrement extérieure (20) fixée de manière amovible sur le profilé de battant et recouvrant le battant, un premier profil de retenue (29) servant à relier le profil de battant et la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20), lequel est relié de manière fixe à la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20) et le premier profil de retenue (29) présentant au moins une traverse (31) dont l'extrémité est pourvue d'au moins un élargissement (32) ou d'un rétrécissement périphérique, qui peut être enclenché avec le profilé de battant par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément de serrage associé à la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20), le battant de porte (2) présentant sur sa face intérieure une couche de recouvrement intérieure (19) fixée de manière amovible sur le profilé de battant et recouvrant le battant, un deuxième profilé de maintien (39) servant à relier le profilé de battant et la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19), le deuxième profilé de maintien (39) est relié de manière fixe à la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19) et le deuxième profilé de retenue (39) présentant au moins une traverse (41) dont l'extrémité est pourvue respectivement d'au moins un élargissement (42) ou d'un rétrécissement périphérique qui peut être encliqueté avec le profilé de battant par au moins un élément de serrage associé à la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19),
caractérisé en ce que
le profilé de battant présente, à son extrémité opposée au cadre dormant (1), un élément de retenue (45) présentant une rainure de réception (44) et que l'au moins un élément de serrage associé à la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19) est disposé dans la rainure de réception (44). - Porte selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20) est fixée dans sa position enclenchée sur le battant de porte (2) par un blocage par complémentarité de forme du premier profil de retenue (29) au moyen d'au moins un élément de blocage périphérique. - Porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier profil de retenue (29) est collé sur la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20) et/ou le deuxième profil de retenue (39) est collé sur la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19). - Porte selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que
pour coller le premier et/ou le deuxième profil de retenue (29, 39), on utilise une colle (30, 40) appropriée ou un ruban adhésif. - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
le profilé de battant présente une surface d'appui (46) à son extrémité orientée vers la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19). - Porte selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que
une bande d'étanchéité (47) est disposée entre la surface d'appui (46) et la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19), laquelle est réalisée en particulier sur tout le pourtour. - Porte selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
caractérisée en ce que
le cadre dormant (1) et le battant de porte (2) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une paumelle de porte à visser (51), en particulier d'au moins deux paumelles de porte à visser (51), l'au moins une paumelle de porte à visser (51) comportant une patte de paumelle (51A) associée au cadre dormant (1) et une patte de paumelle (51B) associée au battant de porte (2), la patte de paumelle (51B) associée au battant de porte (2) étant fixée au battant de porte (2) par un moyen de fixation s'étendant à travers la surface d'appui (46) du profilé de battant, en particulier par une vis de fixation (52) s'étendant à travers la surface d'appui (46) du profilé de battant. - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le panneau de porte (17) présente une moitié de noyau isolant extérieure (18B) fixée à la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20) et une moitié de noyau isolant intérieure (18A) fixée à la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19), les moitiés de noyau isolant (18A, 18B) étant réalisées sensiblement en forme de parallélépipède, une extrémité de la moitié de noyau isolant intérieure (18A) associée au profilé de battant étant en retrait d'une mesure de décalage (V) par rapport à une extrémité de la moitié de noyau isolant extérieure (18B) associée au profilé de battant, et la mesure de décalage (V) correspondant à l'extension de l'élément de retenue (45) en direction du noyau isolant (18). - Porte selon la revendication 8,
caractérisée en ce que
une fente G1 est formée entre l'extrémité du profilé de battant opposée au cadre dormant (1) et la moitié de noyau isolant extérieure (18B) ou entre l'extrémité du profilé de battant opposée au cadre dormant (1) et la moitié de noyau isolant intérieure (18A), la fente G1 présentant une largeur de ≤ 4 mm, en particulier de ≤ 3 mm et de manière particulièrement préférée de ≤ 2 mm. - Porte selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
caractérisée en ce que
une fente G2 est formée entre l'extrémité de la moitié de noyau isolant extérieure (18B) orientée vers la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19) et l'élément de retenue (45), la fente G2 étant conçue pour une compensation de tolérance lors du montage. - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10,
caractérisée en ce que
la moitié de noyau isolant extérieure (18B) est réalisée en deux parties, une première partie (48) étant formée d'un matériau compensant la déformation, en particulier d'une mousse, et une deuxième partie (49) étant formée d'un matériau isolant, en particulier d'une mousse PU, la première partie (48) étant disposée en particulier sur le côté intérieur de la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20). - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisée en ce que
une baguette pour la fixation d'une poignée (53) ou d'une barre de préhension est disposée à l'extrémité du profilé de battant opposée au cadre dormant (1), la baguette étant réalisée en particulier sous forme de cornière (54) et de manière particulièrement préférée par sections dans une zone prévue pour la fixation de la poignée (53) ou de la barre de préhension. - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12,
caractérisée en ce que
la porte est réalisée sur son côté extérieur à fleur avec un joint de système (SF) entre le cadre dormant (1) et la couche de recouvrement extérieure (20). - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12,
caractérisée en ce que
la porte est réalisée avec une surface décalée sur son côté extérieur. - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14,
caractérisée en ce que
la porte est formée sur son côté intérieur à fleur avec un joint de système (SF) entre le cadre dormant (1) et la couche de recouvrement intérieure (19). - Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14,
caractérisée en ce que
la porte est conçue pour s'ouvrir à l'intérieur. - Procédé de fabrication d'un vantail pour une porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16,
caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :- mise en place des éléments de serrage associés à la couche de couverture extérieure (20) et à la couche de couverture intérieure (19),- Coller la bande d'étanchéité (47) sur la surface d'appui (46) du profilé de battant,- l'encliquetage du premier et du deuxième profilés de retenue (29, 39) avec les éléments de serrage respectifs, et- l'insertion de l'élément de sécurité pour fixer la couche de couverture extérieure (20) dans sa position enclenchée. - Procédé selon la revendication 17,
caractérisé en ce que
une baguette d'étanchéité (8) est disposée sur l'élément de sécurité.
