Description

Frontblende für einen Möbelkorpus
Beschreibung :
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Frontblende für einen Möbelkorpus, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen erlaubt, und die eine Kammer für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittel aufweist
Seit alters her sind Griffe bei Möbeln nicht nur Handhaben für die Betätigung von Schubladen, Türen, Klappen oder dergleichen, sondern auch Stilmittel für eine optische Aufwertung einer Möbelfront. Die Anmutung einer Möbelfront wird heute häufig durch die Verwendung von Griffleisten verbessert, die sich insbesondere über die gesamte Breite eines solchen beweglichen Möbelteils erstrecken.
Neben Griffen, die für eine Betätigung beweglicher Möbelteile wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen unmittelbar mit diesen verbunden sind, sind mit gegenüber einer Vorderseite eines Möbelkorpus' zurückgenommene, beleuchtete Frontblenden bekannt geworden, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste versehenen Stirnseite dieser beweglichen Möbelteile erlauben.
Durch die Erfindung wird für die Betätigung beweglicher Möbelteile eine Frontblende der voranstehend beschriebenen Art zur Verfügung gestellt, bei der gemäß des Anspruchs 1 darauf abgestellt wird, dass die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende eine mehrfach gekrümmte Wand aufweist, die auf einem ersten Endabschnitt die Kammer mit einer Lichtaustrittsöffnung trägt, und dass an dem anderen Ende der
Bestätigungskopiej Wand ein Boden angeschlossen ist, der mit einem zweiten Endabschnitt der gekrümmten Wand und einer Montageebene einen Kanal zumindest mit ausbildet.
Die einstückige Ausbildung der Frontblende erlaubt eine kostengünstige Fertigung als Meterware bspw. aus einem Kunststoff, aber auch aus einem Metall, bspw. hochwertig aus einem Aluminium.
Durch das auf die Vorderseite der Wand fallende Licht der Leuchtmittel wird ein Lichtband geschaffen, dass sich insbesondere über die gesamte Breite des Möbelteils, insbesondere auch über ein gesamtes Möbel hinzieht.
Dabei wird von der mehrfach gekrümmte Wand das durch die Lichtaustrittsöffnung der Kammer für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln fallende Licht gleichsam entlang der Wand hin zu der Griffleiste geführt, womit der Raum zwischen der Griffleiste des beweglichen Möbelteils und der Wand sicher ausgeleuchtet wird.
Da die Frontblende gegenüber der Möbelfront zumindest teilweise zurückgenommen ist, verhindert der zunächst von dem beweglichen Möbelteil in Richtung des Korpusinneren verlaufende zweite Endabschnitt der Wand weitgehend einen Lichteinfall in das Innere des Möbels bzw. das Hinterleuchten des beweglichen Möbelteils. Dabei ist von Vorteil, dass dieser zweite Endabschnitt sich über den Boden gegen eine Montageebene abstützt. Damit ist eine ausreichende mechanische Stabilität gegeben. Auch kann der hierdurch entstehende Kanal mannigfaltig genutzt werden, bspw. für eine Verkabelung .
Für ein Festlegen der Frontblende an dem Möbelkorpus bieten sich übliche Verbindungstechniken wie Verschrauben, Verkleben oder dergleichen durchaus an. Bevorzugt stehen jedoch der Wand rückseitig an der Montageebene endende Verriegelungs und/oder Abstandselemente für ein Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus vor, bspw. in einem Querschnitt L-förmig und/oder T-förmig ausgebildet. Eine Verriegelung, beispielsweise durch ein Einschieben in entsprechende Nuten des Möbelteils, gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerer Montageplatten, ist nicht nur eine sichere, sondern auch eine unsichtbare Befestigung. Als Abstandselemente ausgebildet, definieren diese Elemente die Position der Frontblende bspw. in einer Nut in dem Korpus. Darüber hinaus versteifen solche in einem Querschnitt L-förmige und/oder T-förmige Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente die Wand.
So kann der Kanal über dem Boden auch durch ein Verriegelungs- und/oder Abstandselement in einfacher Weise geschlossen werden.
Bei der Frontblende nach der Erfindung kann auch oberseitig ein Kanal ausgebildet werden, wenn vorgesehen wird, dass an einer Deckseite der Kammer ein vertikal aufgehender Wandabschnitt angeschlossen ist, der mit einer rechtwinkligen Abwinklung versehen ist, die in der Montageebene endet.
Ist der Wandabschnitt an einer Ecke zwischen der Deckseite und einer Vorderwand der Kammer angeschlossen, so kann durch den Wandabschnitt eine Möbelfront mit ausgebildet werden.
Die Stabilität in dem Bereich der Kammer kann dadurch erhöht werden, dass die Deckseite der Kammer eine bis in die Montageebene reichende Verlängerung aufweist.
Die Lichtführung entlang der Wand wird durch die Maßnahme weiter verbessert, wenn eine senkrecht auf der Wand stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung der Kammer durch ein Streifen aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist, der einen dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
Der Streifen aus einem transparenten Material schützt die Leuchtmittel vor einer Verschmutzung und ist beispielsweise bei einer Verwendung im Küchenbereich dennoch leicht zu reinigen, um einen optimalen Lichtaustritt zu gewährleisten. Durch den dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt wirkt der Streifen darüber hinaus wie ein das ausfallende Licht bündelnder Lichtleiter .
In konstruktiver Ausgestaltung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Streifen und/oder ein LED-Band in Nuten in gegenüberliegenden Wänden der Kammer gehalten ist/sind und/oder dass den gegenüberliegenden Wänden Nasen vorstehen, die in Nuten des Streifens und/oder des LED-Bandes eingreifen.
Auch wenn LED-Bänder als Leuchtmittel Verwendung finden, die eine vergleichsweise hohe Lebensdauer haben, ist dennoch ein Austausch über die Stirnseiten der Frontblende nach der Erfindung, gegebenenfalls nach Entfernen einer Abdeckkappe, problemlos möglich.
Gleiches gilt für den Streifen aus transparentem Material, beispielsweise nach einem Verkratzen oder Eindrücken. Auch ist durch einen Austausch des LED-Bandes und/oder des Streifens ein Farbwechsel ohne großen Aufwand möglich.
Durch solche Maßnahmen ist eine geschlossene, fronseitige Ansicht sichergestellt und wird eine hohe mechanische Stabilität erreicht.
Das so erhaltene Möbel mit einer Frontblende nach der Erfindung mit einer Griffleiste aus einem eine Griffmulde aufweisenden Vollprofil, das in einer rechtwinkligen Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils eingesetzt ist, das weiter mit einer Nase die Stirnseite übergreift und das mit einem unterseitigen Verriegelungselement in das Möbelteil eingreift, genügt höchsten Ansprüchen.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in der lediglich Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt sind. In der Zeichnung zeigt:

Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte, einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende 1 ist gegenüber einer Front 2 eines Möbelkorpus'
3 soweit zurückgenommen, dass für eine Betätigung eines beweglichen Möbelteils 4 wie einer Türe, einer Schubladen oder dergleichen eine massive Griffleiste 5 mit einer Griffmulde 6 hintergriffen werden kann.
Die Frontblende 1 eignet sich insbesondere als horizontales Zwischenprofil zwischen einer Ober- und einer Unterseite eines Möbelkorpus.
Die Frontblende 1 weist eine gleichsam ein Rückgrad ausbildende, mehrfach gekrümmte Wand 7 auf, die auf einem ersten Endanschnitt 8 eine in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus 3 sichtbar verbleibende Kammer 9 für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln 10 trägt. Die Rückwand 11 der Kammer 9 wird dabei von der Wand 7 ausgebildet. Die Wände der Kammer 9 sind lichtundurchlässig und belassen eine Lichtaustrittsöffnung 12, die durch ein Streifen 13 von dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist.
Damit fällt das Licht der Leuchtmittel 10 ausschließlich durch den transparenten Streifen 12 auf die Wand 7 und leuchtet den Zwischenraum zwischen der Griffleiste 6 und der Wand 7 aus. Damit erscheint in einer Ansicht ein Lichtband über die Länge der Frontblende 1. Dabei verhindert ein zweiter Endabschnitt 14 einen Lichtenfall in den Möbelkorpus 3 bzw. ein Hinterleuchten des beweglichen Möbelteils 4.
In der Kammer 9 ist der Streifen 13 in einer Nut in der Wand 11 bzw. von einer Nase der Vorderwand 15 in einer Ausnehmung in dem Streifen 13 gehalten. Auch das die Leuchtmittel 10 tragende LED-Band an dem der Lichtaustrittsöffnung 12 gegenüberliegenden Ende der Kammer 9 ist in Nuten gefangen.
Für ein Festlegen der Frontblende 1 an dem Möbelkorpus 3 stehen der Rückseite 17 der Wand 7 hier L-förmige, gegebenenfalls T-förmige Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente 18,19 vor, die in einer gemeinsamen Montageebene 20 enden und in entsprechenden Nuten in einem Querstück eines solchen Möbelkorpus' eingeschoben werden können, gegebenenfalls in eine gesondert ausgebildete Befestigungsplatte .
Bei der Frontblende 1 ist an einem zweiten, S-förmig profilierten Endabschnitt 14 der Wand 7 ein Boden 22 angeschlossen. Durch den Boden 22, der sich gegen die Montageebene 20 abstützt, erhält die Wand 7 und insbesondere der zweite Endabschnitt 14 ausreichende Stabilität. Darüber hinaus wird durch den Boden 22 und den Endabschnitt 14 ein Kanal 23 ausgebildet, der hier von dem Abstandselement 19 gegen die Montageebene 20 geschlossen ist.
Der erste Endabschnitt 8 der Wand 7 schließt mit einer Deckseite 25 an der das Leuchtmittel 10 aufnehmenden Kammer 9 ab. An die Deckseite 25, hier an der Ecke zwischen der Deckseite 25 und der Vorderwand 15 der Kammer 9, schließt, bei einem horizontalen Einbau der Frontblende 1, ein vertikal aufgehender Wandabschnitt 27 an, der mit einer rechtwinkligen Abwinklung 28 endet. Das abgekröpfte Ende der Abwinklung 28 liegt wie die übrigen Abstandselemente 18,19 in der gemeinsamen Montageebene 20.
Ein solcher vertikal aufgehender Wandabschnitt 27 ist geeignet, eine Möbelfront mit auszubilden, vgl. Fig.l.
Daneben wird durch den Wandabschnitt 27, die Abwinklung 28 und eine Verlängerung 29 der Deckseite 25 sowie die Montageebene 20 ein oberseitiger Kanal 30 ausgebildet. Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Griffleiste 6 aus einem die Griffmulde 5 aufweisenden Vollprofil ist in eine rechtwinklige, dem Möbelkorpus 3 zugewandte Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils 4 eingesetzt und übergreift mit einer Nase 31 die Stirnseite des Möbelteils 5. Unterseitig steht der Griffleiste 4 ein Verriegelungselement 32 vor, das in das Möbelteil 5 eingreift, bspw. in Form einer sägezahnartig profilierten Feder, die auszugssicher in einer stirnseitigen Nut in dem Möbelteil 4 eingreift.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Frontblende (1) für einen Möbelkorpus, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste (5) versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile (4) wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen erlaubt, und die eine Kammer (9) für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittels (10) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende (1) eine mehrfach gekrümmte Wand (7) aufweist, die auf einem ersten Endabschnitt (8) die Kammer (9) mit einer Lichtaustrittsöffnung (12) trägt, und dass an dem anderen Ende der Wand (7) ein Boden (22) angeschlossen ist, der mit einem zweiten Endabschnitt (14) der gekrümmten Wand (7) und einer Montageebene (20) einen Kanal (30) zumindest mit ausbildet.
2. Frontblende nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wand (7) rückseitig an der Montageebene (20) endende Verriegelungs- und/oder Abstandselemente (18,19) für ein Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus (3) vorstehen.
3. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (30) über dem Boden (22) durch ein Verriegelungs- und/oder Abstandselement (19) geschlossen ist.
4. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Deckseite (25) der Kammer (9) ein vertikal aufgehender Wandabschnitt (27) angeschlossen ist, der mit einer rechtwinkligen Abwinklung (28) versehen ist, die in der Montageebene (20) endet.
5. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandabschnitt (27) an einer Ecke zwischen der Deckseite (25) und einer Vorderwand (15) der Kammer (9) angeschlossen ist.
6. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckseite
(25) der Kammer (9) eine bis in die Montageebene (20) reichende Verlängerung (29) aufweist.
7. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine senkrecht auf der Wand (7) stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung (12) der Kammer (9) durch ein Streifen (13) aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist, der einen dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
8. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (13) und/oder ein LED-Band in Nuten in gegenüberliegenden Wänden (11,14) der Kammer (9) gehalten ist/sind und/oder dass den gegenüberliegenden Wänden (11,14) Nasen vorstehen, die in Nuten des Streifens und/oder des LED-Bands eingreifen.
9. Möbel mit einer Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Griffleiste (5) aus einem eine Griffmulde (6) aufweisenden Vollprofil, das in einer rechtwinkligen Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils (4) eingesetzt ist, das mit einer Nase (31) die Stirnseite übergreift und das mit einem unterseitigen Verriegelungselement (32) in das Möbelteil (4) eingreift.
