Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine (1) mit einer Formstation (2) zum Tiefziehen von Mulden (11) in eine Folie (9), einer Einfüllstrecke (12) zum Befüllen von Produkten (13) in die Mulden (11) und mit einer Siegelstation (4) zum Versiegeln der Mulden (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine (1) in Transportrichtung (R) stromaufwärts der Siegelstation (4) mindestens eine Vakuumkühlstation (3) aufweist, die zum Vakuumkühlen der entlang der Einfüllstrecke (12) in die Mulden (11) eingelegten Produkte (13) ausgebildet ist. Ferner bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein Verfahren zum Vakuumkühlen von Produkten (13).
