  • It also relates to a similar clip clamp for the construction of a flat structure, i.e. a terrace or the like, in which the board elements, i.e. floorboards, are arranged parallel to one another at an acute angle of no more than 45°, i.e. diagonally to the course of the parallel supporting beams with the center panel of the clip clip having the shape of an oblique parallelogram.
  • the invention relates to the planar construct itself, which can be created using the clip clamp according to the invention, and the method for setting up this planar construct.
  • the fastening elements are not clipped onto the beams of the substructure, but pushed onto them.
  • the terrace clips according to KR-B1 and EP-A1 come closest to the clip clamp according to the present invention in terms of their basic structure.
  • KR-B1 shows that the planks are fastened to the substructure without a gap between them and that the metal terrace clip completely encompasses the substructure beams.
  • the terrace clip engages with springs in a groove of the supporting beam of the substructure, but the fastening springs for the floorboards are designed in such a way that the floorboards are fixed with practically no gap to one another, so that the necessary distance for the Working the wood of the planks and for an intervention between the planks for easy detaching of a single plank from the composite is missing.
  • WO-A1 shows a decking clip which provides not just two but four tongues for engagement in the floorboards, the tongues having a barbed structure and engaging in a number of different grooves in the floorboards.
  • the terrace clip also encompasses the spar of the substructure. Again, the planks are laid without spacing between one another (see Fig. 10) and the engagement of the barbed tongues in several different grooves of the planks makes it difficult to detach a single plank from the bond in case of necessary repairs below the terrace.
  • the subject matter of the present invention is a novel clip clamp of the type mentioned at the outset, which is characterized in that that it is made in one piece from an elastically resilient material, in particular from a polymer material, preferably polyethylene terephthalate, that the support beam groove engagement elements of the leg plates and the board element groove engagement elements of the plates of the board clamps are each designed as groove engagement strips with a substantially rectangular cross-section , whereby the groove engagement strips of the leg plates and the groove engagement strips of the board clamps are aligned at right angles to one another, so that during the assembly of each of the board elements on the supporting beams extending at a right angle to their longitudinal extent, the clip clamps open with their two leg plates being resiliently bent apart the supporting beam can be slid until the groove engagement strips essentially click into the two longitudinal grooves in a form-fitting manner, and then each of the board elements with one of its Longitudinal grooves with spring-back bending of the board clamp can be slid onto their engagement strips, while with spring-back bending

  • the clip essentially consists of a lower part, which is to be attached to the supporting structure, and an upper part, which holds the board elements.

  • the board clamps also have spring elements which are provided pointing outwards for engagement in grooves on the side surfaces of adjacent board elements.
  • the product according to the invention is a one-piece clip based on the tongue and groove principle. It is essential that the tongues are used on the groove edges under tension.
  • the new product only requires substructures with supporting beams and board elements, such as decking boards, grooved on both sides. In terms of material, the product is designed to be so flexible that it stretches when it is laid, i.e. when it is pushed onto the beams of the substructure and then springs back and engages in the grooves of the same. As soon as the springs are pulled, they can only be loosened with a certain amount of force.
