Definitions

  • the fixing anchor is intended for creation of the face connection of the facade aperture filling and this opening, i.e. it is the field of building construction.
  • a facade aperture is any opening created in walls of constructions intended for installation of certain filling.
  • This filling usually includes frames of windows, doors, terrace doors, balcony doors etc.
  • Fillings are embedded in the apertures usually in the way they are embedded in the internal profile of the aperture referred to as a reveal a being fully embedded in the aperture or jutting the wall plane in or out.
  • "reveal” means both reveal, upper reveal, otherwise known as head sill disregarding its inclination.
  • the construction exterior, i.e. external surface of walls will be referred to as facade in this application and for the construction inside, i.e. surface of internal walls will be referred to as interior.
  • the method of mounting the window and door frames in the masonry is known from the CS 64882 document.
  • the method was based on the fact that the window frame had been backed with the seal and mounted by means of metal anchoring elements in the way that the metal element or fixing anchor had been screwed or nailed to the window frame or door frame.
  • the fixing anchor shall be subsequently nailed up in the wall using a hook.
  • the advantage of this installation technology is its simplicity and low price.
  • the disadvantage is low level of installation quality and fairly limited range of subsequent operations which can be performed with the window following this installation.
  • the installation is mostly unchangeable and non-adjustable by non-destructive procedures.
  • a particular technical solution, according to this document represents a principle when assembly apertures with an insert are created and the window frame is equipped with fastening studs of a dowel pin type. After installing the window frame, the joint shall be fixed using screws.
  • the advantage is a possibility of simple installation of the window and its frame, its detachability and possibility to insert insulation between the window frame and the wall.
  • the disadvantage is that installation is after mounting unchangeable and levelling of planarity can be performed only by backing a part of the frame. The installation does not have adjustable elements.
  • Another commonly used technology is mounting of the window or door frame into the facade aperture and its subsequent firm fixation using adhesives, foam or walling material. Mounting is performed using wedges, adjusting shims or a setting up frame as with the CN 211949425 U document. This technology allows good levelling and planarity of the window seating but the once installed window frame is no longer positionally changeable.
  • a similar solution includes clamps, e. g. according to the DE 3425444 A1 document which shall be fastened to the wall and they are connected with the window frame using the groove and feather system or prismatic groove whose counterpart forms an inseparable part of the side profile of the window frame.
  • the disadvantage of all mentioned solutions is especially their single character in the clamping system of the object into the frame. Furthermore, these all are technologies for placing the filling, i.e. especially door or window frame into the internal profile of the facade aperture not for mounting to the construction opening from the outside, i.e. mounting to the facade. Moreover, the used fixing agents do not allow installation of the filling in the form within the process of casting the prefabricated panel forming the wall or at casting the monolithic reinforced concrete construction so as to be able to carry out also direct casting even with embedded fillings and also with the installed insulation as one whole, and subsequently, after casting only to adjust the position of the window in the window frame.
  • the task of the invention is to propose the equipment which will allow fastening of the facade aperture filling to the facade, i.e. to mount it from the external side of the facade aperture both after execution of the wall erection and in the process of casting the reinforced concrete prefabricated panel or casting the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • the equipment After the filling fixing, the equipment must allow subsequent adjustment of the filling position to the position of the facade aperture and ensure that neither concrete ageing, nor its drying-out causes irreversible deformation of the filling or of its embedding.
  • the equipment must allow embedding of the filling into reinforced concrete prefabricated panels or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions already in the preparation process of their casting without the threat of crossing the facade aperture filling after concrete curing.
  • the technical solution must allow subsequent levelling out of the facade aperture filling including creation of so called position of pre-wall mounting when the facade aperture filling is in one plane with the external thermal insulation of the building.
  • the invention should also deal with sealing between facade and facade aperture filling in the way so as integrity of the sealing surface cannot be disturbed anywhere, e. g. by clamping elements.
  • the fixing anchor is intended for position-adapted mounting of the facade aperture filling such as windows, doors etc. to the facade aperture created in the prefabricated panel or in the monolithic reinforced concrete construction. Mounting is performed from the external side from the facade, i.e. not to the inside of the facade aperture.
  • the fixing anchor consists of the clamping segment intended for firm connection with the reinforced concrete mass of the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction and of the mounting segment intended for firm or dismountable connection with the facade aperture filling.
  • the mounting segment is adjusted in the way so as to allow dismountable connection with the clamping segment with a possibility to set up mutual position of the mounting segment against the clamping segment. Moreover, this means this arrangement allows setting of the mutual position of the facade aperture filling against the facade aperture.
  • the clamping segment is a clamping bush which is adapted for integration into the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction in the position of the facade aperture.
  • the clamping bush is created as a semi-closed hollow body with one inlet part which is open and serves for inserting the mounting segment into the clamp cavity.
  • the clamping bush includes also a clamping device serving for clamping of the mounting segment in the clamp cavity.
  • the mounting segment consists of two adjustably connected parts.
  • the first part of the mounting segment consists of a bearing link which is dismountably connectible using the clamping device in the clamp cavity of the clamping bush.
  • the second part of the mounting segment consists of an adjustable draw rod position-adaptively connected with the bearing link. In terms of adjustment, the adjustable draw rod is at its front end equipped with a latch adapted to dismountable connection with the facade aperture filling.
  • the mounting segment further consists of a back adjusting screw and a tightening screw that serve for physical fixation of the mounting segment into the clamping segment and subsequent setting of the mounting segment position against the clamping segment.
  • the clamping device consists of a tie-tapped opening which is created in the clamping bush.
  • the tie-tapped opening is adapted for inserting the tightening screw which after insertion forms a dismountable connection of the bearing link and the clamping bush.
  • the clamping bush is equipped also with an adjusting opening.
  • the adjusting opening is accessible from the facade aperture reveal if the clamping bush is placed in the prefabricated panel or in the monolithic reinforced concrete construction. In the same position of the clamping bush, the opened inlet part of the clamp cavity is accessible from the facade side.
  • the clamp cavity is equipped with a bearing bridge.
  • the tie-tapped opening forms a part of this bearing bridge.
  • the bearing link is formed by a back wall which is in its back part equipped with a through whole.
  • the inner diameter of the through hole is bigger than the outer diameter of the tightening screw in the way they fit in thus forming together a dismountable connection of the bearing link and the clamping bush.
  • Above the through hole there is a bearing link equipped with a front adjusting groove adapted for free transition of the connecting part of the front adjusting screw into the adjusting draw rod. The front adjusting screw thus forms side-adjustable dismountable connection of the bearing link and the adjusting draw rod.
  • the bearing link further consists of a back distance division plate with a back arresting recess that allows access to the back adjusting screw.
  • the back arresting recess prevents movement of the back adjusting screw in the bearing link outwards from the clamp cavity, i.e. outwards to the facade.
  • the bearing link consists also of the adjusting surface with the back adjusting groove located next to the back distance division plate. The back adjusting groove is adapted for free transition of the connecting part of the back adjusting screw to the adjusting draw rod.
  • the bearing link further consists of a front distance division plate with a front arresting recess that allows access to the front adjusting screw and, at the same time, prevents unwanted back release of the front adjusting screw from the area between the back wall and the front distance division plate.
  • the adjustable draw rod consists of a body equipped at its back end with a back fixture.
  • This back fixture is equipped with the back adjusting opening with female thread into which the back adjusting screw fits. Screwing in or screwing out of the back adjusting screw into and from the back adjusting opening causes setting of the mutual position of the adjustable draw rod against the bearing link in the direction perpendicular to the facade.
  • the body of the adjustable draw rod is equipped also with a side fixture with the front adjusting opening with female thread into which the front adjusting screw fits. Screwing in or screwing out of the front adjusting screw into and from the front adjusting opening causes setting of the mutual position of the bearing link and adjustable draw rod in the direction perpendicular to the reveal.
  • the front adjusting groove, front adjusting opening and front adjusting screw altogether form the first adjustable connection of the mounting segment allowing adjustment of the latch position in the direction perpendicular to the reveal.
  • the back adjusting opening, back adjusting screw and back adjusting groove altogether form the second adjustable connection of the mounting segment allowing adjustment of the mutual horizontal position of the bearing link and the adjustable draw rod in the direction perpendicular to the facade
  • the tie-tapped opening is equipped with female thread whose dimensions correspond to the dimension of male thread of the screw shank of the tightening screw.
  • the front adjusting opening is equipped with female thread whose dimensions correspond to the dimension of male thread of the screw shank of the front adjusting screw.
  • the back adjusting opening is equipped with female thread whose dimensions correspond to the dimension of male thread of the back adjusting screw.
  • the clamping bush consists of a hollow metal tubing section equipped on the side opposite to the open inlet part with a fixed base. On the side ended with the open inlet part, there is a clamping bush on the connecting line with the side equipped with the adjusting opening equipped with the distance plate on the external surface of which sealing is applied.
  • the fixed base, distance plate and bearing bridge protrude by their contour over the external side contour of the metal tubing section profile forming the clamping bush. These overlaps serve also for creation of larger contact fixation surfaces with the concrete mass of the prefabricated panel or with the concrete of the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • At least one fixing anchor placed in the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction anchoring together the facade aperture filling forms a set.
  • the clamping bush is firmly connected with the reinforcement while the clamping bush and the reinforcement are placed inside the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction under the concrete layer.
  • the open inlet part of the clamping bush is accessible from the facade of the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • the adjusting opening is in this set accessible from the facade aperture reveal.
  • the mounting segment is then fastened in the clamp cavity and its latch is dismountably connected with the facade aperture filling.
  • the facade aperture filling fits through the sealing layer against the facade of the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction close to the facade aperture.
  • the set further includes thermal insulation placed on the facade of the prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • the facade aperture filling is fully enveloped with thermal insulation.
  • the fixing anchor allows clamping of the facade aperture filling to the facade, i.e. its mounting from the external side of the facade aperture not inside the facade aperture.
  • This arrangement eliminates collision of the fixing anchor with the sealing which seals the filling against the construction along the perimeter of the facade aperture.
  • Fixing anchors allow mounting of the facade aperture filling both after the wall erection and in the process of casting the reinforced concrete prefabricated panel or casting the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • the equipment allows subsequent adjustment of the facade aperture filling position to the position of the facade aperture thus ensuring that neither concrete ageing, nor its drying-out causes irreversible deformation of the filling or of its embedding.
  • the equipment further allows embedding of the facade aperture filling into reinforced concrete prefabricated panels or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions already in the preparation process of their casting without the threat of crossing the facade aperture filling after concrete curing.
  • the technical solution allows subsequent levelling out of the facade aperture filling including creation of so called position of pre-wall mounting when the facade aperture filling is in one plane with the thermal insulation of the building.
  • the set of fixing anchors, reinforced concrete prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction and facade aperture filling can be arranged into the set during concrete casting when after casting the facade thermal insulation is already pre-installed by the manufacturer on the reinforced concrete prefabricated panel or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • the fixing anchor 1 consists of two basic parts, i.e. the clamping segment and the mounting segment.
  • the task of the clamping segment is to create connection of the fixing anchor 1 with the reinforced concrete prefabricated panel 33 or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
  • the task of the mounting segment is then ensuring connection of the clamping segment with the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 thus creating sufficiently strong but dismountable adjustable connection.
  • Filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 here means a window, door, their frames or other object know to the industry expert that serves for filling the facade apertures 32 created in the building walls.
  • Fixing anchor 1 allows position-adapted mounting of the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 with a possibility of additional adjustment of the filling 2 , since reinforced concrete structures tend to change their shape due to concrete ageing and concrete drying-out and the resulting concrete shrinking. While concrete drying-out and ageing does not occur uniformly in all points of the structure, it thus causes curving the structure in order per mile. The structure may change its shape also by deflection due to load applied to the entire structure.
  • Fixing anchor 1 will allow installation of the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 to the facade 35 of the building. This allows performance of pre-wall mounting of the filling 2 due to which embedding is better thermally insulated and the external edge of the filling 2 can be in one plane with the thermal insulation 36 covering the facade 35 of the building. This will cause more aesthetic coverage of the frame of the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 and better sealing of the facade aperture 32 because sealing 37 is not interrupted along it entire length by anything or inappropriately squeezed.
  • the mounting segment is adjusted in the way so as to allow dismountable connection with the clamping segment with a possibility to set up mutual position of the mounting segment against the clamping segment. This means that this arrangement allows also setting of the mutual position of the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 against the facade aperture 32 .
  • the clamping segment is a clamping bush 3 which is adapted for integration into the prefabricated panel 33 or the monolithic reinforced concrete construction in the position of the facade aperture 32 .
  • the clamping bush 3 is created as a semi-closed hollow body with one open inlet part 4 which serves for inserting the mounting segment into the clamp cavity 5 .
  • the clamping device serves for clamping of the mounting segment in the clamp cavity 5 .
  • the mounting segment consists of two adjustably connected parts.
  • the first part of the mounting segment consists of the bearing link 7 which is dismountably connectible using the clamping device in the clamp cavity 5 of the clamping bush 3 .
  • the second part of the mounting segment consists of an adjustable draw rod 8 position-adaptively connected with the bearing link 7 .
  • the adjustable draw rod 8 is at its front end equipped with a latch 9 adapted to dismountable connection with the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 .
  • the mounting segment further consists of the back adjusting screw 29 , front adjusting screw 30 and tightening screw 10 .
  • These screws 29 , 30 , 10 serve for physical fixation of the mounting segment into the clamping segment and subsequent setting of the mounting segment position against the clamping segment.
  • the selected fineness of thread rising allows correction of fineness for setting positions of parts of the fixing anchor 1 .
  • the clamping device consists of tie-tapped opening 6 which is formed in the clamping bush 3 .
  • the tie-tapped opening 6 is adapted for inserting the tightening screw 10 which after insertion forms a dismountable connection of the bearing link 7 and the clamping bush 3 .
  • the clamping bush 3 is equipped also with the adjusting opening 11 . If the clamping bush 3 is placed in the prefabricated panel 33 or in the monolithic reinforced concrete construction, then the adjusting opening 11 is accessible from the reveal 34 of the facade aperture 32 . The reason is that the process of final adjustment is carried out only after definite mounting of the filling 2 of the facade aperture 32 . In the same position of the clamping bush 3 , the opened inlet part 4 of the clamp cavity 5 is accessible from the facade 35 side.
  • the clamp cavity 5 is equipped with the bearing bridge 14 .
