Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés nouveaux et améliorés pour la détection d'agents pathogènes, par exemple des pathogènes viraux, dans des échantillons. Les procédés, les tests et les dosages permettant l'identification d'une infection, par exemple une infection par le Coronavirus, dans un échantillon, mais peuvent également être utilisés en tant que moyen pour identifier l'état infectieux ou le "degré d'infectivité" d'un sujet. L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un antigène dans un échantillon, ledit procédé comprenant: la mise en contact de l'échantillon avec un agent de liaison à l'antigène, l'agent de liaison à l'antigène n'étant pas un anticorps.
