Claims (13)
- Système de segments de plateau de broyage pour une piste de broyage (5) d'un plateau de broyage (4) d'un broyeur à rouleaux avec plusieurs segments de plateau de broyage (12), qui présentent chacun un bord intérieur (42) et un bord extérieur (41), qui sont reliés par deux bords de liaison (43), la longueur du bord intérieur (42) étant inférieure à la longueur du bord extérieur (41),avec au moins un segment clé interchangeable de plateau de broyage (10) pour la piste de broyage (5) du plateau de broyage (4) du broyeur à rouleaux,la piste de broyage (5) ayant une forme ressemblant à un anneau avec une circonférence extérieure et une circonférence intérieure plus petite autour du point central,avec un bord extérieur (31) et un bord intérieur (32) ainsi que deux bords de liaison (33) reliant les bords extérieur et intérieur,la longueur du bord intérieur (32) le plus proche du point central étant supérieure à la longueur du bord extérieur (31) le plus éloigné du point central du plateau de broyage (4), etavec au moins un segment de compensation de plateau de broyage (11), qui est disposé à côté du segment clé de plateau de broyage (10),caractériséen ce que la longueur d'un arc de cercle formé par le segment clé de plateau de broyage (10) diminue avec l'augmentation du rayon depuis le bord intérieur (32) jusqu'au bord extérieur (31), moyennant quoi le segment clé de plateau de broyage (10) a une forme semblable à une part de gâteau inversée.

caractériséen ce que la bague de serrage (20) et l'anneau de retenue (26) sont retirés,en ce qu'un outil de pressage est monté sur un évidement de pressage (15) du segment clé de plateau de broyage (10),en ce que, au moyen de l'outil de pressage, le segment clé de plateau de broyage (10) est pressé en direction du centre du plateau de broyage, eten ce que les autres segments de plateau de broyage (11, 12) sont ensuite retirés.
