Abstract

L'invention concerne un gazéificateur à lit fixe permettant de produire un produit gazeux à partir de particules de combustible carbonées, en vrac, qui comporte un dispositif de broyage de scories avec lequel la qualité du produit gazeux est toutefois altérée le moins possible par le broyage de scories. La possibilité de positionner l'élément de frappe du dispositif de broyage de scories en différents points au-dessus du lit de particules de combustible permet de le concevoir avec des dimensions réduites, tout en permettant d'accéder à toutes les zones du lit de particules de combustible. L'élément de frappe entre par intermittence dans le lit de particules de combustible, en mode de gazéification. Avant toute prochaine entrée dans le lit de particules de combustible, le moyen d'entraînement modifie la position de l'élément de frappe, de sorte qu'il n'entre pas à nouveau dans le même canal de frappe. Cette opération d'entrée locale répétée par frappe déplace le lit du gazéificateur de manière décalée dans le temps en différents points du lit de particules de combustible et le processus de frittage de particules de scories, qui boucherait toute la section transversale du gazéificateur, est perturbé. Ce qui a pour effet de permettre au gaz de s'écouler dans les zones isolées sur toute la section transversale, et pas uniquement dans le « canal piqué ». En outre, le transport de morceaux de scories agglomérés par frittage dans l'intervalle se poursuit, en direction d'un dispositif d'appui, ou lesdits morceaux de scories agglomérés par frittage sont à nouveau broyés.
