Claims (13)

  1. Agencement de serrage de pièces pour tendre des pièces (4), comportant un agencement de support (2) sur lequel est agencé au moins un dispositif de serrage (1), surtout un tendeur vertical, dans lequel le dispositif de serrage (1) comporte un premier élément de serrage, en particulier supérieur (1a), et un deuxième élément de serrage, en particulier inférieur (1b), dans lequel le deuxième élément de serrage (1b) comporte une surface d'appui de pièce définissant un plan de pose (E), dans lequel les éléments de serrage (1a, 1b) sont opposés les uns aux autres et peuvent être déplacés les uns par rapport aux autres pour serrer une pièce (4), au moins un rail de levage (3), qui peut être levé et abaissé par rapport au plan de pose (E) parallèlement à la direction verticale (Z),
    dans lequel le rail de levage (3) peut être fixé dans au moins trois réglages de course, à savoir
    i) un premier réglage de course, dans lequel l'appui de pièce de la section de l'appui de pièce (3a) se trouve dans ou en dessous du plan de pose (E),
    ii) un deuxième réglage de course, dans lequel l'appui de pièce de la section de l'appui de pièce (3a) se trouve dans le plan de pose (E) ou entre le plan de pose (E) et le premier élément de serrage (1) et
    iii) un troisième réglage de course différent du premier ou du deuxième réglage de course,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le rail de levage (3) comporte une section de l'appui de pièce (3a) avec un appui de pièce.
  2. Agencement de serrage de pièces selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que, dans le troisième réglage de course, l'appui de pièce de la section de l'appui de pièce (3a) de l'au moins un dispositif de serrage (1) se trouve au niveau de la face supérieure ou au dessus de la face supérieure du premier élément de serrage (1a), et/ou l'agencement de serrage de pièces comporte un autre dispositif de serrage ou un dispositif de serrage (1) alternatif, dans lequel, dans le troisième réglage de course, l'appui de pièce de la section de l'appui de pièce (3a) du rail de levage se trouve dans le plan de pose (E) ou entre le plan de pose (E) et le premier élément de serrage (1) de cet autre dispositif de serrage (1) alternatif.
  3. Agencement de serrage de pièces selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le rail de levage (3) est logé à l'agencement de support (2).
  4. Agencement de serrage de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le rail de levage (3) est réglable entre les réglages de course par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme télescopique (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d).
  5. Dispositif d'usinage du bois (5) comportant un banc de machine (7) et un agencement de serrage de pièces y monté selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ainsi qu'un dispositif d'usinage (6) pour usiner une pièce (4) tenu par l'agencement de serrage de pièces.
  6. Dispositif d'usinage du bois (5) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'agencement de serrage de pièces comporte une pluralité de rails de levage (3) agencés les uns derrière les autres dans une première direction (X) perpendiculaire à la direction verticale (Z).
  7. Dispositif d'usinage du bois (5) selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les rails de levage (3) s'étendent parallèlement les uns aux autres et leurs directions d'extension longitudinale principale s'étendent dans une deuxième direction (Y) perpendiculaire à la direction verticale (Z).
  8. Dispositif d'usinage du bois (5) selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce
    que chaque rail de levage (3) est associé à un agencement de support (2) s'étendant parallèlement au rail de levage respectif, dans lequel l'agencement de support (2) comporte une pluralité de dispositifs de serrage espacés les uns des autres, surtout dans la deuxième direction (Y).
  9. Procédé pour l'usinage de pièces en utilisant un (des) agencement(s) de serrage de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 ou un dispositif d'usinage du bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, comportant les étapes suivantes:
    a. fourniture d'une pièce (4),
    b. pose de la pièce sur la surface d'appui de pièce de l'au moins un rail de levage (3),
    c. réglage de l'au moins un rail de levage (3) au deuxième réglage de course,
    d. transfert de la pièce (4) au plan de pose (E) de l'au moins un dispositif de serrage (1),
    e. serrage de la pièce (4) entre les éléments de serrage (1a, 1b) de l'au moins un dispositif de serrage (1).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'au moins un rail de levage (3), après le serrage de la pièce (4), est ajusté au premier réglage de course.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la pièce, après l'ajustage de l'au moins un rail de levage (3), est usiné au premier réglage de course.
  12. Procédé pour prélever des pièces d'un agencement de serrage de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, surtout après la fin d'un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, comportant les étapes suivantes:
    f. réglage de l'au moins un rail de levage (3) au deuxième réglage de course,
    g. prélèvement de la pièce (4) de l'au moins un dispositif de serrage (1) par le déplacement de la pièce (4) et/ou du dispositif de serrage (1) du plan de pose (E) à la section de l'appui de pièce (3a) de l'au moins un rail de levage (3).
    h. ajustage ultérieur de l'au moins un rail de levage (3) au troisième réglage de course.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'après l'étape h., la pièce (4) est déplacée sur l'au moins un rail de levage (3).
