Abstract

L'invention concerne une tête de forage et un procédé pour réaliser un forage sensiblement vertical dans le sol, en particulier pour créer un puits, comprenant un corps (11) qui peut être relié à un mécanisme d'entraînement rotatif d'un dispositif de forage, comprenant des outils de forage (12) disposés sur le corps (11) pour ameublir le sol au niveau d'un front de taille (100) du forage, comprenant un dispositif d'enlèvement destiné à évacuer le sol ameubli au niveau du front de taille (100), lequel peut être relié à une unité d'aspiration pour aspirer un fluide de transport (90) par le biais d'une conduite de transport (31), le dispositif d'enlèvement possédant une zone d'ouverture (22) qui est disposée au niveau du corps (11) et comporte au moins une ouverture (23) dans la zone des outils de forage (12) au niveau de la face de taille. Selon l'invention : ladite ouverture (23) de la zone d'ouverture (22) est reliée à un caisson d'aspiration (20) qui est un élément constitutif du dispositif d'enlèvement et qui possède, à une extrémité opposée à l'ouverture (23), une ouverture de raccordement (29) pour un raccordement à la conduite de transport (31) ; et au moins un élément est présent, lequel exerce sur le sol ameubli dans la zone du caisson d'aspiration une accélération par laquelle le sol ameubli par les outils de forage (12) peut être déplacé dans la zone d'ouverture (22) et/ou à travers l'ouverture (23) dans le caisson d'aspiration (25). Le sol ameubli (110) est capturé par le fluide de transport (90) dans l'ouverture (23) et/ou dans le caisson d'aspiration (25) et peut être évacué par l'unité d'aspiration par le biais de la conduite de transport (31).
