Claims (13)

  1. Eisenbahnwaggon (1), der einen Lastträger (2) und ein vorderes und ein hinteres Drehgestell (3, 4) umfasst, wobei jedes Drehgestell eine Plattform (5, 6) umfasst, die drehbar gelagert ist, wobei der Lastträger lösbar mit den jeweiligen Plattformen verbunden ist und in Bezug auf die jeweiligen Plattformen seitlich versetzbar ist, wobei der Lastträger ein vorderes Ende und ein hinteres Ende (7, 8) aufweist und an jedem Ende mit einem Verbindungsabschnitt (15, 16) und zwei Stützvorrichtungen (30, 31) versehen ist, die seitlich beabstandet sind und die den Lastträger in einer Stellung stützen, in der er in Bezug auf die Plattform seitlich versetzt ist, wobei die Stützvorrichtungen vertikal betätigbar sind zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Stützstellung, in der die Stützvorrichtungen auf dem Boden aufliegen, wobei der Eisenbahnwaggon ferner eine Verlagerungsvorrichtung (22) zum seitlichen Versetzen des Lastträgers umfasst, wobei die Verlagerungsvorrichtung eine sich hin- und herbewegende Ausbringvorrichtung (23), die dafür ausgelegt ist, sich seitlich der Plattform hin- und herzubewegen, einen Ausbringvorrichtung-Verbindungsmechanismus (24) zum lösbaren Verbinden des Verbindungsabschnitts mit der Ausbringvorrichtung und einen Plattform-Verbindungsmechanismus (25) zum lösbaren Verbinden des Verbindungsabschnitts mit der Plattform umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausbringvorrichtung (23) länglich ist und sich seitlich der Plattform (5) erstreckt, wobei die Verlagerungsvorrichtung (22) ferner eine sich hin- und herbewegende Vorschubvorrichtung (29) umfasst, die an der Ausbringvorrichtung und an der Plattform (6) angebracht ist, wobei die Ausbringvorrichtung, mittels der Vorschubvorrichtung, zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer seitlich versetzten Stellung bewegbar ist.
  2. Eisenbahnwaggon nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorschubvorrichtung (29) eine Zylinderanordnung ist.
  3. Eisenbahnwaggon nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Ausbringvorrichtung-Verbindungsmechanismus (24) ein sich hin- und herbewegendes Eingriffselement (28), das an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (16) angeordnet ist, und einen Aufnahmeabschnitt (32) an der Ausbringvorrichtung umfasst, wobei das Eingriffselement so hin- und herbewegbar ist, dass es jeweils mit dem Aufnahmeabschnitt in Eingriff kommt und sich von diesem löst.
  4. Eisenbahnwaggon nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Aufnahmeabschnitt (32) mehrere Aufnahmeelemente (33) umfasst, die entlang der Länge der Ausbringvorrichtung (23) verteilt sind.
  5. Eisenbahnwaggon nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei das Eingriffselement (28) eine Zylinderanordnung ist und jedes Aufnahmeelement (33) eine Öffnung (38) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Kolben (37) der Zylinderanordnung aufzunehmen.
  6. Eisenbahnwaggon nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Plattform-Verbindungsmechanismus (25) eine Eingriffsanordnung (26), die an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (16) angeordnet ist, und einen Sitz (27) umfasst, der an der Plattform angeordnet ist und dafür ausgelegt ist, einen in der Eingriffsanordnung umfassten Kolben (35) aufzunehmen, um den Lastträger (2) mit der Plattform (6) zu verbinden.
  7. Eisenbahnwaggon nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Plattform (6) eine Stützfläche (39) umfasst, die die Ausbringvorrichtung (23) stützt.
  8. Eisenbahnwaggon nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Plattform (6) ein längliches Führungselement (41) umfasst, das sich seitlich des Drehgestells (4) erstreckt, und die Ausbringvorrichtung (23) einen Führungsträger (42) umfasst, der sich entlang der Länge der Ausbringvorrichtung erstreckt und das Führungselement der Plattform gleitend in Eingriff nimmt, wobei das Führungselement und der Führungsträger bogenförmig sind.
  9. Eisenbahnwaggon nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Lastträger entgegengesetzte Seitenträger (17, 18) umfasst, wobei jeder Seitenträger einen vorstehenden Endabschnitt (11, 12, 13, 14) an jedem Ende davon umfasst, und wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (15, 16) die vorstehenden Endabschnitte der Seitenträger umfasst.
  10. Eisenbahnwaggon nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Ausbringvorrichtung (23) mit einem seitlich verlängerten oberen Flächenabschnitt (43) bereitgestellt ist, und wobei jeder vorstehende Endabschnitt (11-14) mit einer Rolle (44) bereitgestellt ist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie oben auf dem oberen Flächenabschnitt rollt.

Eisenbahnwaggon nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Ausbringvorrichtung (23) eine Haltelippe (45) umfasst, die sich entlang einer Seitenkante der Ausbringvorrichtung (23) erstreckt, und wobei jeder vorstehende Endabschnitt (11-14) ein unter der Haltelippe vorstehendes Halteelement (46) umfasst, das einen Abschnitt einer unteren Fläche der Haltelippe überlappt.
  12. Verfahren zum seitlichen Versetzen eines Lastträgers eines Eisenbahnwaggons nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst
    - Versetzen mindestens eines der Enden des Lastträgers (2) durch Durchführen, mit der Verlagerungsvorrichtung (22), mindestens einer Hin- und Herbewegung, die einen Vorschubhub und einen Rückhub umfasst, bis dieses Ende des Lastträgers in eine Lade-/Entladestellung neben dem Drehgestell (4) bewegt wurde, umfassend:
    - Verbinden des Verbindungsabschnitts (16), sofern getrennt, mit der Ausbringvorrichtung (23);
    - Trennen, sofern verbunden, des Verbindungsabschnitts von der Plattform (6);
    - Durchführen eines Vorschubhubs durch Bewegen der Ausbringvorrichtung seitlich aus einer Ruhestellung in eine seitlich versetzte Stellung;
    - Absenken einer ersten Stützvorrichtung (30) der Stützvorrichtungen in die Stützstellung;
    - Trennen des Verbindungsabschnitts von der Ausbringvorrichtung;
    - Durchführen eines Rückhubs, der die Ausbringvorrichtung zurück in ihre Ruhestellung bewegt;
    - Verbinden des Verbindungsabschnitts mit der Ausbringvorrichtung und Durchführen eines weiteren Vorschubhubs; und
    - Absenken der zweiten Stützvorrichtung in die Stützstellung.
  13. Verfahren zum Austauschen eines Lastträgers eines Eisenbahnwaggons, umfassend:
    - Anwenden des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 12 zum gleichzeitigen Versetzen beider Enden des Lastträgers;
    - Trennen von Verbindungen, Schläuchen und Kabeln an beiden Enden des Lastträgers von den Drehgestellen;
    - Entfernen des Lastträgers und Bereitstellen eines Ersatz-Lastträgers; und
    - Zusammenbauen des Ersatz-Lastträgers mit den Drehgestellen durch Umkehren der Operationen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 12 und Verbinden von Verbindungen, Schläuchen und Kabeln.
