Claims (5)

  1. Verpackungssystem (100) für medizinische Stöpsel (50), die aus einer Kappe (51) gebildet sind, die einen Stopfen (52) überragt, das Verpackungssystem (100) umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (10), der eine Öffnung, einen Boden (10a) und eine Umfangswand (10b) aufweist;
    - mindestens eine Platte (20), die jeweils mehrere Aufnahmen (21) aufweist, die jeweils einen medizinischen Stöpsel (50) aufnehmen, wobei die Platte (20) in dem Behälter (10) platziert ist; und
    - ein poröses Verschlusselement, das an dem oberen Rand der Umfangswand (10b) des Behälters (10) versiegelt ist, um ihn zu verschließen, wobei das Verpackungssystem (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jeder medizinische Stöpsel (50) an der Platte (20) so angeordnet ist, dass die Kappe (51) mit einer oberen Fläche (20a) der Platte (20) eine geschlossene Kammer (53) begrenzt, um den Stopfen (52) einzeln zu isolieren.
  2. Verpackungssystem (100) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Behälter (10) in mindestens einem undurchlässigen Beutel unter Vakuum platziert ist.
  3. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Stöpseln (50), die aus einer Kappe (51) gebildet sind, die einen Stopfen (52) überragt, das Verfahren umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    a) Bereitstellen eines Behälters (10), der eine Öffnung, einen Boden (10a) und eine Umfangswand (10b) aufweist;
    b) Anordnen einer Platte (20), die eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmen (21) an dem Boden des Behälters (10) aufweist;
    c) Anordnen mindestens eines Stöpsels (50) in einer Aufnahme (21);
    d) Versiegeln eines porösen Verschlusselements (40) an einem oberen Rand der Umfangswand (10b) des Behälters (10);
    wobei das Verpackungsverfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist:
    - dass der, mindestens eine, Stöpsel (50) in der Aufnahme (21) so angeordnet ist, dass die Kappe (51) der Stöpsel (50) mit einer oberen Oberfläche (20a) der Platte (20) eine geschlossene Kammer begrenzt, in der der Stopfen (52) des Stöpsels (50) isoliert ist,
    - dass es ferner nach Schritt d) den folgenden Schritt umfasst: Platzieren des Behälters (10) in mindestens einem undurchlässigen Beutel und Vakuumieren des Beutels.
  4. Verpackungsverfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das Verschlusselement (40) mit dem Behälter (10) durch Löten an den oberen Rand der Umfangswand des Behälters (10) fest verbunden wird.
  5. Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Anordnen einer zusätzlichen Platte zum Bilden eines Stapels von Platten (20) in dem Behälter (10), wobei die zusätzliche Platte auf der Kappe (51) der Stöpsel (50) aufliegt, die in den Aufnahmen (21) der darunterliegenden Platte (20) angeordnet sind;
    - Anordnen mindestens eines Stöpsels (50) in einer Aufnahme (21) der zusätzlichen Platte, so dass die Kappe (51) mit einer oberen Oberfläche (20a) der Platte (20) eine geschlossene Kammer begrenzt, in der der Stopfen (52) isoliert ist.
