Description
- Fahrzeuge werden zunehmend mit elektrischen Komponenten ausgestattet. Neben den klassischen Radiogeräten finden sich in zunehmender Anzahl Geräte in einem Fahrzeug wieder, die Hochfrequenzsignale empfangen oder auch senden können.
- Beispielhaft sei an dieser Stelle der Empfang von Signalen eines Navigationssystems oder aber auch Signale von Kommunikationssystemen angeführt.
- Navigationssysteme können dabei z.B. ein satellitengestütztes Navigationssatellitensystem (GNSS) sein. In Betrieb befindliche Systeme sind beispielsweise das Global Positioning System (GPS) oder das GLObal Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS). Andere Navigationssysteme sind z.B. auf Basis von Mobilfunksystemen möglich.
- Kommunikationssysteme können z.B. Nahbereichsfunksysteme für Car-to-Car oder Car-to-Infrastructure oder auch Mobilfunkkommunikationssysteme, z.B. Mobilkommunikationssysteme der 2. / 3. / 4. oder 5. Generation sein.
- Zwar können entsprechende Antennen außen am Fahrzeug befestigt werden, jedoch stellen solche zusätzlichen Einrichtungen in mehrfacher Hinsicht ein Problem dar.
- Beispielhafte Anordnungen sind aus der Veröffentlichung
US 20140176374 A1 bekannt. - Zum einen erfordern die entsprechenden Einrichtungen Durchbrüche, die anfällig gegen Korrosion sind. Zum anderen stören solche Einrichtungen häufig den optischen Eindruck. Häufig stellen solche Einrichtungen aber auch eine Geräuschquelle als auch einen erhöhten Windwiderstand bereit. Zudem sind solche Antennen auch Ziel von Vandalismus.
- Ausgehend hiervon hat sich in der Vergangenheit ein Trend dahin entwickelt, Antennen an anderen Orten bereitzustellen.
- Beispielsweise können GNSS-Antennen innerhalb des Fahrzeuginnenraums angeordnet werden, beispielsweise unterhalb des Armaturenbretts oder unterhalb der Windschutzscheibe.
- Dabei ist es schwierig, eine geeignete Position mit guter Sicht der Antenne auf die GNSS-Satelliten zu finden und gleichzeitig EMC-Probleme durch elektrische Geräte im Armaturenbrett und durch den Fahrzeugmotor zu vermeiden.
- Des Weiteren können elektrisch leitfähige Schichten wie infrarotreflektierende Schichten oder Low-E-Schichten die Transmission elektromagnetischer Strahlung durch die Scheibe verhindern und das GNSS-Signal blockieren.
- Typische GPS-Antennen werden als plane Antennen und typischerweise als Patch-Antennen realisiert und sind beispielsweise aus der
WO 00/22695 A1 DE 202006011919 U1 oder derDE 202010011837 U1 bekannt. Dabei wird eine plane metallische Antennenstruktur auf einer Seite einer Leiterplatte oder eines keramischen Trägers angeordnet. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite wird eine plane Grundplatte als Massefläche angeordnet. Antennenstruktur und Grundplatte werden über elektrische Leitungen mit einer elektrischen Empfangseinheit verbunden. Aufgrund der Materialstärke der Leiterplatte beziehungsweise des keramischen Trägers weist die Antenne eine gewisse Dicke auf und ist bei einer Anordnung unmittelbar an der Windschutzscheibe deutlich sichtbar und wenig ästhetisch. - Aus der
US 9,257,747 B2 WO 2005/091827 A2 ist eine Patch-Antenne bekannt, die auf eine Fahrzeugscheibe anbringbar ist. Aus derUS 2008 / 0 129 619 A1 ist eine gekreuzte Dipolantennenanordnung bekannt, die auf eine Fahrzeugscheibe anbringbar ist. - Weiterhin ist aus der US Patentanmeldung
US 2011 / 121 924 A1 eine auf einer Fahrzeugscheibe aufgebrachte Antenne mit einem Koaxialkabelanschluss bekannt. - Bisher wurden Antennen, die auf der Scheibenoberfläche angebracht sind, mit einem Koaxialkabel angeschlossen.
- Aus der japanischen Veröffentlichung
JP 2014 179 858 A - Die Integration von Antennen und Zuleitung in Scheiben wird auf Grund vieler Überlegungen gewünscht. Zum einen spielen dabei Überlegungen zur Platzierung eine Rolle, zum anderen Überlegungen in Bezug auf die elektrische Anbindung der Antennen.
- Zugleich muss aber für die anschließende Signalverarbeitung auch ein ausreichend starkes Signal mit möglichst wenig Rauschen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Daher werden Signale vor der Signalverarbeitung / Dekodierung verstärkt. Es zeigt sich jedoch, dass die Dämpfung auf den Zuleitungen zu den Verstärkern bereits zu einer starken Abschwächung der Nutzsignale geführt hat, sodass die Verstärker besonders rauscharm sein müssen, sodass das Signal/Rausch-Verhältnis wenig verschlechtert wird. Solche Verstärker sind jedoch teuer.

US 5,499,444 und ist ein Herstellungsverfahren für eine steife Platine mit flexiblen Teilen bekannt. Die so bereitgestellte Platine ist jedoch nicht geeignet in eine Fahrzeugscheibe integriert zu werden. - Ebenso ist aus dem chinesischen Gebrauchsmuster
CN 203015290 eine Anordnung bekannt, bei der zwei starre Platinen mit einer flexiblen Platine verbunden werden. Die so bereitgestellte Anordnung ist jedoch nicht geeignet in eine Fahrzeugscheibe integriert zu werden. - Aus der koreanischen Patentanmeldung
KR 10-2008-0029054 - Aus der chinesischen Patentanmeldung
CN 106450690 A1 ist eine sogenannte low-Profile Blanket Antenna bekannt. Diese ist zwar breitbandig, kann aber nicht in eine Fahrzeugscheibe integriert werden. - Aus der US Patentanmeldung
US 2015 / 0 102 874 A1 ist eine Aufweitung einer flexiblen Platine bekannt, um eine bessere HF-Entkopplung bereitzustellen. - Allen vorgenannten Dokumenten ist es gemein, dass die dort zur Verfügung gestellten Strukturen nicht in eine Fahrzeugscheibe integriert werden können. Zudem sind die Strukturen nur mit erheblichem Aufwand herstellbar, sodass sie keine kostengünstige Lösung zur Verfügung stellen.
- Ausgehend hiervon ist es eine Aufgabe der Erfindung eine Fahrzeugscheibe bereitzustellen in die eine Antenne nebst Zuleitung sicher, zuverlässig und kostengünstig integriert werden kann.
- Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Fahrzeugscheibe mit einem ersten Substrat und mit zumindest einer Antennenstruktur und einem Anschlussbereich, wobei die Antennenstruktur auf einer flexiblen Folie angeordnet, wobei auf der flexiblen Folie weiterhin ein erster Leitungsbereich vorgesehen ist, wobei der Anschlussbereich auf einem Träger angeordnet ist, wobei auf dem Träger weiterhin ein zweiter Leitungsbereich vorgesehen ist, wobei die flexible Folie einen ersten Kontaktbereich und der Träger einen zweiten Kontaktbereich zur wechselseitigen Verbindung des ersten Leitungsbereiches mit dem zweiten Leitungsbereich aufweist, wobei die flexible Folie um ein Ende des ersten Substrates herumgeführt ist.
- Mittels der Erfindung wird es ermöglicht eine Antenne in eine Fahrzeugscheibe zu integrieren während Einrichtungen zur Signalaufbereitung, wie Filter / Verstärker nahe an der Antenne auf einem starren Träger bereitgestellt werden. Durch die Bereitstellung von geeigneten Kontaktbereichen kann die Weiterleitung Impedanz-angepasst auf den jeweiligen Leitungsbereichen erfolgen. Hierdurch kann das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis weitestgehend erhalten bleiben. D.h., die Erfindung erlaubt eine weitgehende Integration bei gleichzeitig kostengünstiger Herstellungsweise.
- In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Träger starr. D.h. die Erfindung kann z.B. auf Platinen zurückgreifen.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen der erste Kontaktbereich und der zweite Kontaktbereich drei oder mehr elektrische Kontaktstellen auf.
- Hierdurch kann z.B. eine Verbindung für ko-planare Wellenleiter zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist der erste Kontaktbereich und der zweite Kontaktbereich fünf oder mehr elektrische Kontaktstellen auf.
- Durch eine höhere Anzahl von Kontaktstellen kann z.B. eine bessere Abschirmung im Kontaktbereich zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Gemäß noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Folie und der Träger im Bereich des ersten Kontaktbereiches und des zweiten Kontaktbereiches im Wesentlichen überlappend angeordnet.
- Im Überlappbereich können z.B. Strukturen verwirklicht sein, die mehrere strukturierte Leiterschichten benötigen.
- In noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die Folie eine erste strukturierte Leiterschicht und eine zweite strukturierte Leiterschicht auf, wobei der erste Leitungsbereich als Grounded coplanar waveguide ausgestaltet ist.
- D.h. mittels der Erfindung kann auf besonders einfache Weise eine gut geschirmte, dämpfungsarme Weiterleitung zum Kontaktbereich realisiert werden.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die Folie zumindest eine Durchkontaktierung auf.
- D.h. mittels der Erfindung können auf besonders einfache Weise komplexere Strukturen, z.B. Wellenleiterstrukturen oder Streifenleiterstrukturen, bereitgestellt werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die Folie Polyimid auf. Somit kann in besonders einfacher Weise eine flexible (Teil-)Anordnung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- Gemäß noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Träger FR4 auf. Somit kann in besonders einfacher Weise eine starre (Teil-)Anordnung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
- In noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist der Träger zumindest eine Durchkontaktierung auf.
- D.h. mittels der Erfindung können auf besonders einfache Weise komplexere Strukturen, z.B. Wellenleiterstrukturen oder Streifenleiterstrukturen, bereitgestellt werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird ein Fahrzeug mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Glasscheibe, insbesondere ein Land-, See-, Luft- oder Raumfahrzeug, bereitgestellt.
- Gemäß noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird die erfindungsgemäße Glasscheibe zum Empfang von Signalen zur satellitengestützten Navigation, insbesondere zum Empfang von GNSS-Signalen des Navstar GPS, Galileo, Glonass, Beidou, Navic, QZSS verwendet. Alternativ oder zusätzlich wird die erfindungsgemäße Glasscheibe zum Empfang von Signalen eines Mobilkommunikationssystems, insbesondere eines Mobilkommunikationssystems der 2., 3., 4. oder 5. Generation, verwendet.
- Ohne Beschränkung der Allgemeinheit kann die Fahrzeugscheibe eine Windschutzscheibe, eine Heckscheibe, eine Seitenscheibe oder eine Dachscheibe sein.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer Zeichnung und Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Die Zeichnung ist eine schematische Darstellung und nicht maßstabsgetreu. Die Zeichnung schränkt die Erfindung in keiner Weise ein.

- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung eingehender unter Bezugnahme auf die Figuren dargestellt werden. Dabei ist anzumerken, dass unterschiedliche Aspekte beschrieben werden, die jeweils einzeln oder in Kombination zum Einsatz kommen können. D.h. jeglicher Aspekt kann mit unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen der Erfindung verwendet werden soweit nicht explizit als reine Alternative dargestellt.
- Weiterhin wird nachfolgend der Einfachheit halber in aller Regel immer nur auf eine Entität Bezug genommen. Soweit nicht explizit vermerkt, kann die Erfindung aber auch jeweils mehrere der betroffenen Entitäten aufweisen. Insofern ist die Verwendung der Wörter "ein", "eine" und "eines" nur als Hinweis darauf zu verstehen, dass in einer einfachen Ausführungsform zumindest eine Entität verwendet wird.
- Soweit nachfolgend Verfahren beschrieben werden, sind die einzelnen Schritte eines Verfahrens in beliebiger Reihenfolge anordbar und/oder kombinierbar, soweit sich durch den Zusammenhang nicht explizit etwas Abweichendes ergibt. Weiterhin sind die Verfahren - soweit nicht ausdrücklich anderweitig gekennzeichnet - untereinander kombinierbar.
- Angaben mit Zahlenwerten sind in aller Regel nicht als exakte Werte zu verstehen, sondern beinhalten auch eine Toleranz von +/- 1 % bis zu +/- 10 %.
- Soweit in dieser Anmeldung Normen, Spezifikationen oder dergleichen benannt werden, werden zumindest immer die am Anmeldetag anwendbaren Normen, Spezifikationen oder dergleichen in Bezug genommen. D.h. wird eine Norm / Spezifikation etc. aktualisiert oder durch einen Nachfolger ersetzt, so ist die Erfindung auch hierauf anwendbar.
- In den Figuren sind verschiede Ausführungsformen dargestellt.
- Gemäß Ausführungsformen der Erfindung wird eine Fahrzeugscheibe 1 mit einem ersten Substrat GS1 und mit zumindest einer Antennenstruktur ANT und einem Anschlussbereich AB bereitgestellt.
- Die Antennenstruktur ANT ist auf einer flexiblen Folie F angeordnet. Weiterhin ist auf der flexiblen Folie F ein erster Leitungsbereich GCPW1 vorgesehen.
- Die flexible (dielektrische) Folie F kann zumindest ein Material ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Polyimid, Polyurethan, Polymethylenmetacrylsäure, Polykarbonat, Polyethylenterephthalat, Polyvinylbutyral, FR6, Acrylnitril-butadien-Styrol- Copolymerisat, Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyvinylchlorid, Polystyrol, Polybutylenterephthalat, Polyamid aufweisen.
- Der Anschlussbereich AB ist auf einem getrennt herstellbaren Träger T angeordnet. Auf dem Träger T ist weiterhin ein zweiter Leitungsbereich GCPW2 vorgesehen.
- Der Träger T kann aus einem Material entsprechend der Folie F hergestellt sein, oder aber auch ein anderes Material, wie z.B. eine starre Platine, z.B. aus FR4 aufweisen.
- Die flexible Folie F weist einen ersten Kontaktbereich C1 und der Träger T weist einen zweiten Kontaktbereich C2 zur wechselseitigen Verbindung des ersten Leitungsbereiches GCPW1 mit dem zweiten Leitungsbereich GCPW2 auf.
- Die flexible Folie F ist um ein Ende des ersten Substrates GS1 herumgeführt.
- Mittels der Erfindung wird es ermöglicht eine Antenne ANT in eine Fahrzeugscheibe 1 zu integrieren während Einrichtungen zur Signalaufbereitung, wie Filter / Verstärker nahe an der Antenne ANT auf einem getrennt herstellbaren (starren) Träger T bereitgestellt werden können. Durch die Bereitstellung von geeigneten Kontaktbereichen C1, C2 kann die Weiterleitung Impedanz-angepasst auf den jeweiligen Leitungsbereichen GCPW1, GCPW2 erfolgen. Hierdurch kann das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis weitestgehend erhalten bleiben. D.h., die Erfindung erlaubt eine weitgehende Integration bei gleichzeitig kostengünstiger Herstellungsweise.
- In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Träger T starr. D.h. die Erfindung kann z.B. auf Platinen zurückgreifen. Somit kann z.B. die Bestückung mit elektronischen Komponenten EK mittels herkömmlicher Technik erfolgen. Dies erlaubt eine kostengünstige Herstellung solcher Einrichtungen, die nahe an der Antenne ANT angeordnet werden können, sodass die Dämpfung des Nutzsignales vor der Verstärkung / Filterung minimal ist. Hierdurch können z.B. günstige Verstärker eingesetzt werden.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen der erste Kontaktbereich C1 und der zweite Kontaktbereich C2 jeweils drei oder mehr elektrische Kontaktstellen auf.
- Hierdurch kann z.B. eine Verbindung für ko-planare Wellenleiter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Dabei kann z.B. mit den äußeren Kontaktstellen eine Verbindung eines Massepotentiales zur Verfügung gestellt werden, während die zentrale Kontaktstelle eine Verbindung für das Nutzsignal zur Verfügung stellt.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist der erste Kontaktbereich C1 und der zweite Kontaktbereich C2 jeweils fünf (wie in
Figur 5 gezeigt) oder mehr elektrische Kontaktstellen auf. Dabei kann z.B. mit den äußeren Kontaktstellen eine Verbindung eines Massepotentiales zur Verfügung gestellt werden, während die zentrale Kontaktstelle eine Verbindung für das Nutzsignal zur Verfügung stellt. Durch eine höhere Anzahl von Kontaktstellen kann z.B. eine bessere Abschirmung im Kontaktbereich zur Verfügung gestellt werden. - Gemäß noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Folie F und der Träger T - wie in
Figur 6 gezeigt - im Bereich des ersten Kontaktbereiches C1 und des zweite Kontaktbereiches C2 im Wesentlichen überlappend angeordnet. Im Überlappbereich können z.B. Strukturen verwirklicht sein, die mehrere strukturierte Leiterschichten benötigen. - Es sei angemerkt, dass in den Figuren auch weiter optionale Schichten aufgezeigt sind.
- In
Figur 1 ist auch ein erstes Substrat GS1 einer Fahrzeugscheibe 1 ersichtlich. Wird die Fahrzeugscheibe 1 als Verbundscheibe zur Verfügung gestellt so kann z.B. eine Verbindungsfolie VF und eine zweites Substrat GS2 vorgesehen sein. - Das Substrat GS1, GS2 enthält bevorzugt Glas, besonders bevorzugt Flachglas, Floatglas, Quarzglas, Borosilikatglas, Kalk-Natron-Glas oder klare Kunststoffe, vorzugsweise starre klare Kunststoffe, insbesondere Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polycarbonat, Polymethylmethacrylat, Polystyrol, Polyamid, Polyester, Polyvinylchlorid und/oder Gemische davon.
- In
Figur 2 ist eine Schnittansicht durch eine Folie F gezeigt. Die Folie F kann eine erste elektrisch leitende Schicht LS1 und eine zweite elektrisch leitende Schicht LS2 aufweisen. Durch Strukturierung kann (können) in diesen zwei elektrisch leitenden Schichten eine (oder mehrere) Antenne(n) und eine erste Zuleitungsstruktur GCPW1 zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Optional kann die Folie auch mit einer Barriere-Schicht B, z.B. einer (flexiblen) Löt-Stop-Schicht ausgestattet sein. Ebenso können eine oder mehrere zusätzliche Schicht(en) ZS vorgesehen sein, z.B. eine (aufgeklebte) Deckschicht. Die Deckschicht kann z.B. auch aus einem Folienmaterial bestehen. - Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die (erste und/oder die zweite) elektrisch leitende Schicht eine Höhe hLS1, hLS2 von 10µm - 75µm auf.
- Dies ermöglicht eine dünne Anordnung, die auch in eine Verbundscheibe integriert werden kann bzw. die auch an eine gebogene Oberfläche angepasst werden kann.
- In
Figur 3 ist eine Schnittansicht durch einen Träger T gezeigt. Der Träger T kann eine dritte elektrisch leitende Schicht LS3 und eine (optionale) vierte elektrisch leitende Schicht LS4 aufweisen. Durch Strukturierung kann in diesen zwei elektrisch leitenden Schichten ein Anschlussberiech AB und eine zweite Zuleitungsstruktur GPCW2 zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Optional kann der Träger T auch mit einer Barriere-Schicht B, z.B. einer (flexiblen) Löt-Stop-Schicht ausgestattet sein. - Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die (dritte und/oder die vierte) elektrisch leitende Schicht eine Höhe hLS3, hLS4 von 10µm - 75µm auf.
- In Verbindung mit einer ebenfalls dünnen Folie F (hF = 25 µm ... 75 µm) ermöglicht dies eine dünne Anordnung, die auch in eine Verbundscheibe integriert werden kann bzw. die auch an eine gebogene Oberfläche angepasst werden kann.
- In noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die elektrisch leitenden Schichten LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4 Silber und/oder Kupfer und/oder Gold und/oder Aluminium und/oder Indium und/oder Graphene auf. Dabei ist anzumerken, dass die elektrisch leitenden Schichten LS1, LS2 unterschiedliche Materialien aufweisen können. Bevorzugt weisen sie jedoch gleiche Materialien auf. D.h. auch die Leiterstrukturen können an elektrische und/oder thermische und/oder mechanische Randbedingungen angepasst werden.
- Ohne Beschränkung der Allgemeinheit kann der Träger T auf einem Teilbereich oder auf dem vollen Bereich die Folie F überdecken.
- Während ein kleiner Überlappungsbereich vorteilhaft für geringe Baugrößen ist, kann ein größerer Überlappungsbereich für eine bessere Signalweiterleitung und/oder eine erhöhte mechanische Stabilität vorteilhaft sein. Somit werden dem Fachmann Designoptionen an die Hand gegeben, sodass unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse befriedigt werden können.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind zumindest zwischen einem der seitlichen Leiter L1 und der in Bezug auf die Folie F gegenüberliegenden Leiter Massepotential-Ebene GP eine oder mehrere Durchkontaktierungen VIA - wie in
Figur 4 angedeutet - angeordnet. Die Durchkontaktierungen VIA können dabei in einem vorgegebenen Abstand angeordnet sein. Weiterhin können Durchkontaktierungen VIA in analoger Weise auch in Bezug auf den zweiten seitlichen Leiter L2 und die gegenüberliegende Massepotential-Ebene GP vorgesehen sein. Der Abstand kann sich dabei an der Wellenlänge der zu leitenden Signale orientieren. Weiterhin kann durch solche Durchkontaktierungen VIA der Wellenwiderstand des Leitungsbereiches GCPW1, GCPW2 angepasst werden. Mittels der Durchkontaktierungen VIA wird zudem eine verbesserte Potentialgleichheit über die Ausdehnung der Anordnung erreicht, sodass die hochfrequenten Eigenschaften weiter verbessert werden können. - Das Träger T kann genau wie die Folie F mit derartigen VIA ausgestattet sein, die die gleiche Funktion übernehmen können.
- Gemäß noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die Anordnung - wie in
Figur 1 angedeutet - einen Anschlussbereich AB für ein elektromechanisches Hochfrequenzverbindungselement S auf. Insbesondere kann das Hochfrequenzverbindungselement S eine SMA-Buchse aufweisen oder daraus bestehen. Die SMA-Buchse kann z.B. eine Winkelanordnung aufweisen, sodass eine geringe Bauhöhe im Anschlussbereich zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Typischerweise werden Fahrzeugscheiben als Einbauteil / Austauschteil mit einem elektromechanischen Hochfrequenzverbindungselement S ausgestattet, um einen schnellen Einbau und eine sichere Kontaktierung zu ermöglichen. - D.h. anders als im Stand der Technik können nunmehr die Antenne und eine oder mehrere elektronische Komponenten näher zueinander gebracht werden. Hierdurch kann das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis frühzeitig günstig beeinflusst werden.
- Insbesondere die Möglichkeit zur Verwendung von sogenannten grounded coplanar waveguides für die Leitungsbereiche GCPW1, GCPW2 erlaubt eine störungsarme und/oder verlustarme Übertragung.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird ein Fahrzeug mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Glasscheibe 1, insbesondere ein Land-, See-, Luft- oder Raumfahrzeug, bereitgestellt.
- Gemäß noch einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird die erfindungsgemäße Glasscheibe 1 zum Empfang von Signalen zur satellitengestützten Navigation, insbesondere zum Empfang von GNSS-Signalen des Navstar GPS, Galileo, Glonass, Beidou, Navic, QZSS verwendet. Alternativ oder zusätzlich wird die erfindungsgemäße Glasscheibe 1 zum Empfang von Signalen eines Mobilkommunikationssystems, insbesondere eines Mobilkommunikationssystems der 2., 3. 4. oder 5. Generation, verwendet.
- D.h. mittels der Erfindung wird insbesondere die Integration von Antennen für Satellitennavigation ermöglicht. Dabei kann der Verstärker nahe an der Antenne angeordnet sein. Die Antenne bzw. die Antennen kann / können zwischen Substraten GS1, GS2 einer Verbundglasscheibe 1 angeordnet sein. Da die Antenne(n) ANT auf einer flexiblen Folie F angeordnet sind kann die Antenne ANT sich einer Wölbung der Fahrzeugscheibe anpassen. Mittels der flexiblen Folie F kann eine Zuleitungsstruktur, z.B. als coplanarer (geerdeter) Wellenleiter, GCPW1 zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Da die Folie F flexibel ist, kann z.B. die Folie um ein Ende eines Substrates GS1 herumgeführt werden.
- Die Elektronik für einen Verstärker und/oder Filter kann auf einem separat herstellbaren Träger T bereitgestellt werden.
- Der Träger T und die Folie F können als integriertes Element - wie in
Figur 6 gezeigt - oder wie inFigur 5 gezeigt über Kontaktelemente zur Verfügung gestellt werden. - Im Beispiel der
Figur 6 ist es möglich z.B. eine Durchkontaktierung VIA von einer elektrisch leitenden Schicht LS3 bis zur elektrisch leitenden Schicht LS1 zur Verfügung zu stellen. Somit stellt die Durchkontaktierung VIA einen Kontaktbereich C1/C2 zur Verfügung. - Somit kann der hochfrequente Teil ohne wesentliche Geometrie-Änderungen implementiert werden, sodass die Impedanz im Wesentlichen unverändert bleibt.
- Der Anschlussbereich AB kann ebenso wie ein Kontaktbereich C1 / C2 (z.B. wie in
Figur 5 gezeigt) ausgestaltet sein. -

- Fahrzeugscheibe mit einem ersten Substrat (GS1) und mit zumindest einer Antennenstruktur (ANT) und einem Anschlussbereich (AB), wobei die Antennenstruktur (ANT) auf einer flexiblen Folie (F) angeordnet ist, wobei auf der flexiblen Folie (F) weiterhin ein erster Leitungsbereich (GPCW1) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Anschlussbereich (AB) auf einem Träger (T) angeordnet ist, wobei auf dem Träger (T) weiterhin ein zweiter Leitungsbereich (GPCW2) vorgesehen ist, wobei die flexibel Folie (F) einen ersten Kontaktbereich (C1) und der Träger einen zweiten Kontaktbereich (C2) zur wechselseitigen Verbindung des ersten Leitungsbereiches (GPCW1) mit dem zweiten Leitungsbereich (GPCW2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Folie (F) um ein Ende des ersten Substrates (GS1) herumgeführt ist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (T) starr ist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kontaktbereich (C1) und der zweite Kontaktbereich (C2) jeweils drei oder mehr elektrische Kontaktstellen aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kontaktbereich (C1) und der zweite Kontaktbereich (C2) jeweils fünf oder mehr elektrische Kontaktstellen aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (F) und der Träger (T) im Bereich des ersten Kontaktbereiches (C1) und des zweiten Kontaktbereiches (C2) im Wesentlichen überlappend angeordnet sind.
- Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (F) eine erste strukturierte Leiterschicht (LS1) und eine zweite strukturierte Leiterschicht (LS2) aufweist, wobei der erste Leitungsbereich (GPCW1) als Grounded coplanar waveguide ausgestaltet ist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (F) zumindest eine Durchkontaktierung (VIA) aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (F) Polyimid aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (T) FR4 aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (T) zumindest eine Durchkontaktierung (VIA) aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antennenstruktur zum Empfang von hochfrequenten Signalen ausgestaltet ist.
- Verwendung einer Fahrzeugscheibe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, zum Empfang von Signalen zur satellitengestützten Navigation, insbesondere zum Empfang von GNSS-Signalen des Navstar GPS, Galileo, Glonass, Beidou, Navic, QZSS.
