Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a garage, such as in FR 2 050 945 A5 disclosed.
  • the basic idea of the invention is to equip a garage with a further opening area on which a shelf is arranged, which is thus accessible from the outside via the additional opening area.
  • a garage has four outer walls arranged essentially at right angles to one another. These outer walls can also have other angles to one another first outer wall adjoining outer wall at least one opening area is present.
  • the one or more opening areas are coupled to at least one closing element and can be closed by it.
  • the at least one closing element can be opened from and/or to the outside.
  • a shelf is arranged in an interior space of the garage.
  • the shelf has at least one shelf side that abuts or faces an inside of the garage or faces an inside, with at least one of the shelf side that abuts or faces the inside or faces the inside of the opening area and faces from this opening area or is accessible from the outside through this opening area.
  • the shelf is accessible from the outside via the opening area.
  • the closing element is preferably designed in such a way that, when the closing element is open, the opening area can be accessed from the outside in a meaningful or suitable manner.
  • the closing element can be opened from the inside and/or from the outside.
  • electrical opening using a switch from the inside and/or outside or opening/closing using a remote control using a wireless connection can also be provided.
  • the opening area in the outer wall has an area that corresponds substantially to the entire area of the facing shelf side or partially to the area of the facing shelf side. That is, the side of the shelf facing the opening area is preferably larger than the opening area. In this case, the side surface of the shelf is larger than the area of ⁇ u200b ⁇ u200bthe opening part. As a result, the shelf completely covers the opening area and partially overlaps the edges of the opening area that delimit the opening area. However, it is also possible that the opening area is larger and/or partially larger than the side of the shelf facing the opening area or, simply put, the opening area is larger in terms of its surface than the side surface of the shelf.
  • the shelf preferably has at least two receiving spaces.
  • each of the storage spaces of the shelf has at least one opening area.
  • multiple accommodation spaces of the shelf can be arranged behind an opening area.
  • At least one opening of a loading space or receiving space of the shelf is directed towards the opening area in the outer wall of the garage.
  • At least the loading/receiving space belonging to this opening can be loaded or accessed from outside the garage via the opening area in the outer wall, without entering the garage when the opening area is open.
  • damage to a vehicle parked in the garage due to carelessness when removing or storing objects in the loading space or receiving space can be avoided.
  • the shelf faces the third outer wall and can be loaded through an opening area in the third outer wall.
  • This solution is therefore advantageous because garages usually border a house or a fence with their second or fourth outer wall (i.e. a longitudinal or side wall) and therefore the arrangement of an opening area in these outer walls is not possible or expedient.
  • the shelf also has at least one other side of the shelf, which has openings from one or more loading spaces/accommodating spaces that can be loaded from inside the garage.
  • the garage further includes at least one loading space/accommodating space of the shelf, which can be loaded from the inside of the garage and from the outside via the opening area.
  • the garage further includes at least one loading space/accommodating space of the shelf, which can be loaded from the inside of the garage and from the outside via the opening area.
  • the garage further comprises: at least one loading space/accommodating space of the shelf, which can be loaded from inside the garage and which is separated from a loading space/accommodating space, which can be loaded from the outside via the opening area in the outer wall.
  • the closing element can only be opened from and/or outwards and/or is designed as a door or flap opening outwards or as a roller blind/sliding roller blind or sliding door that can be actuated from the outside.
  • a door for entering an interior of the garage can be arranged in the outer wall adjacent to the opening area, or a door for entering the interior of the garage can be arranged in an outer wall adjacent to the third outer wall.
  • At least one further opening area is arranged in the second or fourth outer wall, which are arranged essentially at right angles to the first and third outer wall.
  • At least one further opening area is arranged in at least one of the outer walls, which adjoins the outer wall in which the first opening area is arranged.
  • the shelf preferably rests on two inner sides of two outer walls, with an opening area being arranged on at least one of the two outer walls, which opening area allows access to loading spaces of the shelf from the outside.
  • the shelf can be mounted or fastened on at least one inside in order to ensure a stable stand. Attachment to the ceiling and/or floor of the garage is also possible.
  • the shelf may be adjacent to three outer walls, of which either only one outer wall, two outer walls or three outer walls have an opening area that allows access to the shelf from the outside.
  • the shelf inside the garage can have an inner wall or surface that separates the interior space for cars from another part of the garage (eg, bicycle garage).
  • the garage has a load-bearing wall/roof construction, so that a playhouse construction can be placed on the garage roof, which can be reached, for example, using a ladder or other means of climbing.
  • a slide down from the roof of the garage can also be installed.
  • the opening area can be designed so large and/or floor-to-ceiling that it allows entering a passageway and access to the shelf. If the shelf only partially overlaps the opening area, a walk-through area may result.
  • the floor area of the garage essentially corresponds to the parking space of a car, so that it is not easily possible to walk through the garage when the car is parked.
  • the shelf can be designed flexibly, for example, the shelf levels can be designed to be foldable in order to quickly adapt loading spaces or storage spaces to the size of the objects to be stored in them.
  • the shelf can also include drawers or drawers.
  • the drawers or drawers With access to the drawers from both sides from the interior of the garage and from an opening area, the drawers or drawers can be designed in such a way that they can be pulled out on both sides.
  • the one or more opening areas are adapted to the shelf dimensions. This means that the opening area has a width and/or height which at least corresponds to the width and/or the adjacent shelf.
  • the at least one opening area can be floor-deep.
  • the shelf can be accessible from the interior of the garage.
  • the at least one opening area does not represent a passage opening for entering the garage.
  • the at least one opening area is preferably larger than a passage opening for entering the garage and/or smaller than or the same size as the garage door opening.
  • the at least one opening area can have an underside with a predetermined distance from the floor.
  • the at least one opening area can preferably take up at least 1 ⁇ 4 or 1/3 or half of the area of an outside of the outer wall in which the at least one opening area is arranged.
  • the shelf can preferably protrude at least partially into the outer wall with the side of the shelf which is directed towards the outer wall with the at least one opening area.
  • the shelf with the receiving area which can be loaded from the outside, can at least partially protrude into the outer wall.
  • the shelf can be fixed to an inside, floor or ceiling of the garage.
  • a garage is usually made of concrete, for example as a prefabricated part or a garage is built with bricks. Other garage designs may also include wood, plastic, glass, or metal construction, or a combination thereof.
  • a garage is characterized in particular by the fact that there is a garage door 15a through which a car or objects to be parked in the garage, such as bicycles, lawn mowers, etc., can be moved into the garage.
  • the garage is usually constructed cuboid and includes four side walls 11, 12, 13 and 14 which are essentially at right angles to one another Garage door opening 15 are, which can be closed with the garage door 15a.
  • the size of the garage door opening 15 is preferably adapted to that of a car. It can be designed in one piece or in several pieces, so that the garage door 15a does not always have to be fully opened. For example, there can also be a smaller door for entering.
  • the garage 10 according to the present invention is shown without a roof in order to be able to show the interior space and its layout.
  • the roof of the garage can be designed as a flat, pitched or gable roof. It is also possible that there are other floors of a residential building or storage space above the garage. I.e. the garage according to the invention can also be integrated into a residential building or other building. If the garage adjoins a house on one side, it is possible to omit the corresponding outer wall and instead use the house wall as a boundary to the garage.
  • the second and fourth outer walls 12 and 14 each adjoin one side at right angles to the first outer wall 11 .
  • the third outer wall 13 is arranged opposite the first outer wall 11 of the garage.
  • the invention is characterized in that, in addition to the garage door opening 15, there is at least one further opening area 21, which is arranged either in the first or third outer wall 13, which is opposite the first outer wall 11, and/or in the second or fourth outer wall 12 , 14 is arranged, which adjoin the first outer wall 11 of the garage at right angles.
  • the at least one further opening region 21 can be opposite the garage door opening 15 or can be present in a second or fourth outer wall 12, 14 lying at right angles to the first outer wall 11. It is also possible that several opening areas 21 are present in the second, third and/or fourth outer wall 12, 13, 14.
  • the at least one opening area 21, which is present in addition to the garage door opening 15, can be closed by a closing element 22a, 22b, 23.
  • This closing element 22a, 22b, 23 can, for example, be a door 22a, 22b, a roller door 23 or multi-part flaps 26a, 26b.
  • the closing elements can also include screens of drawers or drawers.
  • the closing elements 22a, 22b, 23 present in the opening areas 21 can be operated from the outside and opened to the outside. This ensures that the objects and/or devices behind the respective opening area 21 can be reached when the closing elements 22a, 22b, 23 are to be opened and the one or more opening areas 21 are opened.
  • the closing elements 22a, 22b, 23 can preferably only be opened outwards. Preferably, the closing elements 22a, 22b, 23 can only be opened from the outside.
  • locking elements 22a, 22b, 23 can also be provided which are actuated or unlocked from the inside and in which case the locking element can then be opened to the outside, for example electrical or mechanical latches or openers.
  • a shelf or shelf system 30 is arranged behind the at least one opening area 21 in the interior of the garage.
  • This shelf 30 has at least one shelf side with at least one opening.
  • the shelf side rests on an inside 17a of the garage. i.e. the at least one shelf side resting on or facing the inner side 17a or the shelf side aligned with the inner side 17a faces or borders on the opening area 21, so that this shelf side or the shelf compartments or openings to the shelf compartments are accessible via the opening area 21 .
  • a shelving system can usually be set up inside the garage, which is then only accessible from the interior of the garage.
  • the passage e.g. to the garden or into the adjoining house, is usually closed by a door. However, this passage must be kept clear in order to be usable.
  • the car in order to get to the shelf or items contained therein, it is necessary to enter the interior of the garage. In addition, it is necessary to reserve an access or movement space in front of the shelf. This means that if the vehicle or objects in the garage are close to the shelf, access to this shelf and the objects on it is only possible to a limited extent. In addition, bulky objects are difficult or impossible to move through the door or passage. Therefore, the car usually has to be moved out of the garage first in order to provide a movement space that allows removing bulky objects from the shelf and moving them out of the garage through the door.
  • the present invention provides for arranging the shelf 30 so that it is located at least on an inner side 17a of the garage, namely on the inner wall 17a in which the opening portion 21 is present. This makes it possible for objects on the shelf 30 inside the garage to be accessed from the outside through the opening area 21 that can be opened from the outside.
  • the shelf 30 can be charged, for example, from two opposite sides, i.e. from the interior of the garage and from outside the garage through the opened opening area 21.
  • the shelf 30 can have several shelves or shelves. It is provided in one embodiment that shelves are accessible from the interior of the garage as well as from the outside.
  • the shelf in such a way that one shelf or shelf is only accessible from the outside and/or another shelf is only accessible from inside the garage, for example for objects that are required for the garden behind the garage , to be accessible only from the outside and to make objects necessary for the operation of the vehicle accessible only from inside the garage.
  • the opening area 21, which is preferably on the third outer wall 13 of the garage, d. H. of the outer wall 13 opposite the garage door opening 15 is almost as large as the outer surface of the third outer wall 13. This provides particularly great flexibility for the storage and accessibility of objects in the shelf 30.
  • the shelf 30 completely covers the opening region 21 with the shelf side 31 which is directed towards the inside 17a of the garage in the region of the opening region 21 or bears against it. If the opening area 21 is completely covered by the shelf 30, the storage space in the shelf 30 can also be handled efficiently from the outside.
  • the opening area 21 is partially covered by the shelf 30, it is possible to allow passage into a part of the property behind the garage.
  • the shelf 30 covers the entire area of the opening area 21 in the third outer side 13 .
  • steps can be provided on the side of the shelf facing the outside in the opening area 21, 21a, 21b.
  • the steps can be located directly on the shelves or be attached to them in an extendable and/or foldable manner.
  • the steps can also be attached to a frame of the shelf or to the outside walls near the shelf. If the shelf can be loaded from the inside, the steps can also be arranged inside.
  • a roller door 23 is present as a closing element, which can also only be opened from the outside in order to enable access to the shelf 30 located behind it.
  • FIG Figure 2b Another perspective view of the second embodiment is in FIG Figure 2b shown. It can be seen here that the opening area 21 is closed by the roller shutter 23 and the interior shelf 30 is therefore only accessible from the interior of the garage when the opening area 21 is closed when the vehicle is not in the garage, since, as in Figure 2b shown, access to the shelf 30 from the interior of a parked car is difficult.
  • FIG 3 a third embodiment of the invention is shown, in which, for example, in the second outer wall 12, which connects the first and third outer walls 11 and 13 to one another, there is a further opening area 25 which can be closed by a door 24 in order to provide additional access to allow to garage.
  • Figure 4a shows a division of the shelf 30 in the interior 17 of the garage 10 with different recording areas 32, 33, 34. Different depths of the shelf 30 were implemented here.
  • the individual receiving areas 32, 33, 34 are accessible differently.
  • the receiving area 32 is only accessible from the outside, ie the regular compartments are only open from the opening area 21 and can therefore only be loaded from the outside.
  • a small area of the receiving area 32 which is directed towards the interior 17, is accessible.
  • a partition wall is arranged in the receiving area 32, which separates the access areas from one another.
  • the receiving area 33 is arranged in the middle and is accessible from inside and outside. No partition wall is therefore provided here. Objects can thus be placed in the receiving area 33 from the outside and removed from the inside or vice versa.
  • the receiving area 33 thus functions like a hatch, but with the possibility of storing or storing objects in the various shelves.
  • the receiving area 34 is arranged on the right when viewed from the outside and is essentially only accessible from the inside. Similar to the storage area 32, there is a partition wall 34a which prevents access to the shelves of the storage area 34 from the outside. However, a small storage area is also accessible from the outside in the receiving area 34, but this is not accessible from the interior.
  • a different arrangement of the receiving areas 32, 33, 34 is possible and/or a different division of the areas that can only be accessed and loaded from the inside, only from the outside or both from the inside and from the outside.
  • An example would be a horizontal split, with the top area can only be loaded from the inside, the middle area from the inside and outside and the lower area only from the outside.
  • FIG 4b is another perspective of in Figure 4a shown garage shown.
  • FIG 5a there are two opening areas 21a and 21b on the third outer wall 13, which each have door leaves 22a and 22b and can be closed with them.
  • the receiving areas 35 and 36 of the shelf 30 have different depths.
  • the receiving area 35 is accessible from inside and outside, with the receiving area 36 having shelves that can only be loaded from the outside.
  • the two opening areas 21a and 21b can also be provided with different closing elements, for example doors and roller shutters.
  • FIG 5b is another perspective of in Figure 5a shown garage shown. It can be seen here that the receiving area 36 also has a narrow shelf area that is only accessible from the inside.
  • FIG 6 an exemplary embodiment is shown in which, next to the opening area 21, there is a door 24 which serves as a passage door. That is, the opening area 21 takes up only about 50% to 2/3 of the width of the third outer wall. Approximately 30% of the width of the third outer wall 13 is taken up by the door 25 .
  • a shelf 37 is arranged on the inside 17a of the third outer wall 13, which offers a receiving space that can only be loaded from the outside.
  • the garage door 15a is designed as a folding door and is shown in the open state.
  • FIG 7 shows an embodiment similar to that of FIG Figure 2a and 2 B .
  • the shelves 38 and 39 are designed with different depths. This means that longer objects can also be stored.
  • the lower shelves 38 have a depth that extends over the hood of the car. This means that the space in the garage can be used more effectively. Ie up to a height of 1.30 m there are no or narrow shelves 39, so that it is possible for the car to drive completely into the garage. From a height of 1.30m, the shelves are much deeper, ie they extend up to about 1/3 into the interior of the garage.
  • the shelves shown here can basically be loaded from the inside and outside.
  • a side shelf system can be provided on the passenger side, above the car roof. This area can be accessible from the outside via a further opening area. To park a vehicle, it is sufficient if you can get in and out on the driver's side or if you can stand upright there.
  • the shelves can extend over the entire vehicle (not shown).
  • the shelves preferably extend inwards from the outer wall on the passenger side up to the height of the driver's door in order to provide as much storage space as possible ready and still allow for comfortable boarding and alighting.
  • the shelves can always be loaded from the inside and outside.
  • figure 8 shows a top view of the embodiment according to FIG figure 1 , 2a and 2 B .
  • figure 9 shows a top view of the embodiment according to FIG Figure 5a or 5b .
  • figure 10 12 shows a plan view of another embodiment similar to FIG Figure 5a or 5b .
  • the two opening areas 21a and 21b are designed with different widths.
  • the opening portion 21a is narrower than the opening portion 21b.
  • the garage cannot be entered through the opening area.
  • a portion of the opening area can also be used as a passage to enter the interior of the garage.
  • the garage door can have a different size than the at least one opening area.
  • the opening area is usually smaller than the garage door.
  • the shelf can partially protrude into the opening area up to the wall thickness of the garage. It is designed in such a way that it rests against an inside of the closing element, but does not protrude into the movement space of the closing element.
  • the shelf can have a projection that protrudes into the opening area and rests in its outer area on the inside of the garage wall.
