Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sliding door with a frame and at least one sliding leaf that can be moved along a guide rail and that can be moved between a closed position on the frame and a parallel parked position for movement along a guide rail, wherein at least one locking element with a curved guide is fixed to a vertical frame profile of the frame, in which a control element that can be moved by a drive rod can be moved to move the sliding leaf between a closed position and a parallel parked position.
  • the EN 10 2014 220 837 B3 discloses a carriage for placing a sliding sash from a frame into a parallel position.
  • Each carriage comprises a roller part with rollers and a sash receiving part for supporting a sliding sash.
  • the sash receiving part can be moved relative to the roller part perpendicular to the plane of the sliding sash via a curved guide and a control element, with a roller bearing being provided between the guide part and the roller part.
  • the curved guide weakens the carriage and also makes it difficult to control the sliding sash because in addition to moving the sliding sash on the carriages, the sliding sash must also be guided on the opposite side.
  • the control mechanism on the carriage and on the opposite side must be mounted precisely relative to one another, and assembly tolerances can lead to malfunctions.
  • EP1 571 282 discloses a sliding door with a sliding leaf that can be moved via an actuating mechanism and locked in the closed position.
  • At least one locking element with a curved guide is fixed to a vertical frame profile of the window frame, in which a control element that can be moved by a drive rod for moving the sliding sash between a closed position and a parallel position can be moved.
  • the locking element on the vertical frame profile can take over control of the sliding sash, with the locking element on the vertical frame profile is easily accessible for assembly and can therefore be easily installed.
  • manufacturing tolerances regarding the positioning of the sliding sash on the vertical frame profile can be better compensated.
  • the locking element is fixed to a vertical rail that is fixed to the vertical frame profile. This allows the locking element to be freely positioned and fixed in the vertical direction along the rail. At least one screw groove is integrally formed on the rail, so that a continuous adjustment of the locking element is possible.
  • the screw groove is open towards an outside of the sliding sash, so that the mounting direction for fastening means, such as screws, is from an outside. This allows the fastening means to be arranged in such a way that they are not visible from an inside of the sliding sash.
  • the screw groove can run in a vertical direction and be inclined to a plane spanned by the sliding sash, for example at an angle between 40° and 85°, in particular 50° to 80°, to the plane of the sliding sash, in order to enable simple assembly and to arrange the fastening means for fixing the locking element in an area that is not visible from the inside.
  • the locking element comprises at least one elastic stop of the sliding sash when the latter is moved along the guide rail to an end position in which the movement of the sliding sash from the parallel position to the closed position then begins.
  • several locking elements with an elastic stop can be provided on the vertical frame profile so that the sliding sash moves with little noise.
  • Each elastic stop can be held in place by clamping or locking on the locking element holder so that the stop is also positioned when the locking element is installed.
  • the curved guide preferably comprises a groove-shaped section for receiving the control element in the closed position, a run-on slope along another groove-shaped section for moving the sliding sash into the parallel parked position or the closed position and a widened section behind the run-on slope, where the distance between the groove walls is greater than at the groove-shaped section for the closed position.
  • the widened section serves to position the control element in the parallel parked position, with the control element in a End position of an actuating device, such as a rotating handle, is arranged in the area of the widened section.
  • the control element can then be arranged at a distance from the groove walls, so that when the sliding sash is moved along the guide rail, the control element is retracted into the widened section and can therefore be positioned with tolerances. When the control element is then moved back to the run-on slope, the control element is threaded into the groove-shaped section to move the sliding sash into the closed position.
  • control elements are provided on opposite sides of the sliding sash that can be moved by drive rods, each of which is provided with a locking element with a curved guide for stopping or pulling the sliding sash.
  • a locking element with a curved guide for stopping or pulling the sliding sash.
  • the locking elements can also fulfill a locking function.
  • the control element can be designed as a mushroom-head pin in order to be locked to the locking element.
  • a locking element is preferably fixed, which has a pocket-shaped receptacle for a locking element, which can cause the sliding sash to be closed or tightened via a curved guide on a slide.
  • the slide can be connected to the locking element via one or more bolts.
  • a sliding door fitting 1 comprises two carriages for supporting a sliding leaf, each carriage 2 having a roller part 3 with at least one roller 4 and a support part 5 for supporting the sliding leaf.
  • the support part 5 is displaceable relative to the roller part 3 in the axial direction of the rollers 4.
  • the carriage 2 can be designed as shown in the EP 3 321 459 B1 is shown.
  • a rotatable handle element 6 is provided for moving the sliding sash, which for example comprises a frame with a filling element, although other actuating devices or electric drives can optionally also be used.

  • the control device 20 comprises a guide element 21 which is fixed to a frame of the sliding sash.
  • the guide element 21 has one or more openings 22 into which screws or other fastening means are inserted.
  • the guide element 21 has two guide strips 23 which are angular in cross section and form a groove on the edge in order to guide a slide 25 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the drive rod 8.
  • the guide element 21 is fixed to the sliding sash via a plate-shaped base 24, with an opening being formed in the base 24 so that the control element 10 reaches through the base 24 and engages in a curved guide 26 on the slide 25.
  • a stop can be provided on the guide element 21 to limit the range of movement of the slide 25, which prevents the slide 25 from falling out, for example during assembly.
  • a first sleeve 27 is formed on the slider 25 for fixing a bolt 30 in order to fix a locking element 40 to the slider 25.
  • the bolt 30 is supported by a further sleeve 29, wherein the first sleeve 27 and the second sleeve 29 are arranged on opposite sides of the curved guide 26. It is also possible to fix the bolt 30 to the Slider 25, for example only with a sleeve or with other fastening elements.

  • the sleeve 27 is equipped with an internal thread in order to adjustably secure the bolt 30 to the slider 25.
  • the sleeve 28 can optionally also have an internal thread, but in the embodiment shown the bolt 33 is equipped with an internal thread so that a screw can be screwed into the bolt 33, which can be secured to the sleeve 28 with a screw head.
  • the sleeves 27, 28 and 29 are preferably formed integrally with the slider 25, but can also be secured to the slider 25 via fastening means.
  • the locking element 40 engages in the pocket-shaped receptacle 16 of the locking element 15.
  • One or more openings 17 are formed on the locking element 15 so that the locking element 15 can be fixed to a strut of the frame, in particular a central joint strut, using fastening means, for example screws.
  • the distance between the locking element 40 and the slider 25 is adjustable, with a tool attachment 32 being formed on the bolt 30 for this purpose in order to be able to adjust the distance via a thread.
  • the bolt 33 is arranged displaceably in the sleeve 28 and a screw screwed into the bolt 33 can also be used to adjust the distance between the locking element 40 and the slider 25.
  • control device 20 is shown in detail. It can be seen that the bolt 30 is connected to the sleeve 27 via an internal thread. The bolt 33 is guided in the sleeve 28.
  • the locking element 40 is essentially plate-shaped, in particular rectangular in plan view.
  • the locking element 40 is accordingly Figure 3A in the longitudinal direction of the bolts 30 and 33 with play between two walls 18 and 19. In the position shown, the locking element 40 rests against the wall 19 so that the sliding sash is held in the closed position, for example against the force of circumferential sealing strips between the frame and the sliding sash.
  • the wall 19 includes a recess for the bolts 30 and 33 to pass through to the locking element 40.
  • the locking element 40 is further provided with a tip 41 at its end inserted into the pocket-shaped receptacle 16, which is also spaced apart from an end wall in the pocket-shaped receptacle 16 according to Figure 3B and 3C Furthermore, the locking element 40 has an extension parallel to the longitudinal direction of the drive rod 8, which is shorter than the extension of the pocket-shaped receptacle 16 in the longitudinal direction, as shown in Figure 3A
  • the clearance between the locking element 40 and the edges of the pocket-shaped receptacle 16 can be between 1 mm and 5 mm, preferably 2 mm to 4 mm, on both sides in the direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the drive rod 8, so that the locking element 40 can be positioned within the pocket-shaped receptacle 16 with a certain tolerance.
  • the bolt 30 is connected to the locking element 40 via a disk-shaped head section 31 and is fixed in the axial direction.
  • a tool insert 34 is formed on the disk-shaped head section 31.
  • a screw can be screwed into the sleeve 28 on the bolt 33 in order to increase the burglary protection, so that both bolts 30 and 33 have a burglary-resistant effect.
  • a locking element 11 which can be secured to a vertical frame profile 60.
  • a groove-shaped curved guide 12 is formed on the locking element 11.
  • the curved guide 12 comprises a first section 43 for receiving the control element 10 in the closed position.
  • the groove-shaped section 43 which extends essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of a drive rod 8 with the control element 10, is followed by a run-on slope 44 which is inclined to the longitudinal direction of the drive rod 8 and serves to move the sliding sash between the closed position and the parallel parked position when the drive rod 8 with the control element 10 moves.
  • the run-on slope 44 ends at a maximum 45, i.e. at a point at which the sliding sash is arranged in the parallel parked position.
  • a widened section 46 which has a greater width than the groove-shaped section 43.
  • the control element 10 is freely positioned when the rotatable handle element 6 has reached its end position for parallel positioning of the sliding sash. This allows the control element 10 to be positioned with tolerances within the widened section 46 and is then threaded into the area of the curved guide 12 with the starting slope 44 during a closing movement by turning the handle element 6.
  • FIG 5A a vertical frame profile 60 is shown, on which a sliding sash 61 with a vertical frame profile is held in a closed position.
  • the sealing profiles between the sliding sash 61 and the vertical frame profile 60 are not shown in the schematic sectional view.
  • the locking element 11 is not mounted directly on the vertical frame profile 60, which would be possible in principle, but on a vertical rail 62, which is fixed to the frame profile 60 via fastening means 63, in particular screws.
  • the fastening means 63 can engage in a reinforcement of the frame profile 60 if this is made of plastic.
  • the frame profile 60 can also be made of wood or metal.
  • the rail 62 comprises a screw groove 64 which extends vertically so that the locking element 11 can be continuously positioned and secured in the vertical direction.
  • a channel or opening 47 aligned with the screw groove 64 is formed on the locking element 11 in order to screw fastening means, such as screws, into the opening 47 and the screw groove 64.
  • the screw groove 64 is preferably open towards an outside, wherein in the Figures 5A and 5B an inner side is arranged at the bottom and an outer side at the top.
  • the screw groove 64 is thus open at the top, with the screw groove 64 being inclined to a plane spanned by the sliding sash. This means that the fastening means can be easily installed on the one hand, and on the other hand they are arranged so that they are concealed from the interior and in an area that is not visible.
  • FIG 5A the sliding wing 61 is shown in a closed position, and by turning the handle element 6, the drive rods 8 are moved via the gear 7 and the corner deflections 9, so that a control element 10 on the closing element 11 is moved along the curved guide 12. Then the sliding wing 61 is in Figure 5A downwards, for example over a distance between 2 mm and 12 mm, in particular 4 mm and 10 mm. In the parallel position, the sliding wing 61 can then be moved along a guide rail over the two carriages 2, as shown by the arrows in Figure 5B is represented symbolically.
  • the locking element 11 has an elastic stop 42 on the side facing the sliding wing 61, which slows down the sliding wing 61 when it is moved along the guide rail in the closing direction. This can prevent impact noises caused by a hard impact. From the position at the elastic stop 42, i.e. the end position of the sliding wing 61, it can then be moved back into the closing position by turning the handle element 6.
  • the locking element 11 is shown, with the elastic stop 42 being mounted.
  • the elastic stop 42 comprises a protruding pin which can be inserted in a clamping or locking manner into a receptacle on the locking element. This makes it easy to mount the stop 42 and replace it if necessary.
  • the stop 42 protrudes from a surface of the locking element 11, so that it is ensured that the sliding sash first hits the stop 42 when moving into the closed position.
  • One or more locking elements 11 and associated control elements 10 can be provided via the vertical frame profile 60, for example between two and four units of control elements 10 and locking elements 11.
  • a similar number of locking elements 15 can be mounted on a central joint strut on the frame, which interact with locking elements 40 and a slider 25.
  • the sliding sash 61 can optionally be moved exclusively via control elements 10 and locking elements 11 and 15 between the parallel parked position and the closed position, which are arranged in the area of the vertical frame profile 60 and the vertical central joint strut. Additional control elements on the underside and top of the sliding sash 61 can optionally be dispensed with, although it is of course possible to provide additional control elements 10 there as well.
