- Corresponding connections for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and/or other connections are provided for this purpose, which can be designed, for example, as quick-action or multi-couplings.
- the connection of the motor unit 9 to the connections of the frame 7 is also detachable and can also be designed as a quick or multi-coupling.
- the motor mount 2 protrudes into the frame 7 so that the motor unit 9 is arranged inside the frame 7 in the assembled state.
- the frame 7 has a recess on the underside, into which when the drive unit 12 is installed, the motor mount 2 , possibly together with the motor unit 9 already connected to the motor mount 2 , can be inserted.
- the upper side of the support structure 1 has guiding means 6 designed as chamfers, which correspond to corresponding guiding means 6 also designed as chamfers on the underside of the frame 7 at the edge of the recess.
- the slanted surfaces of the chamfers 6 of the frame 7 point downwards, with the slanted surfaces of the chamfers 6 of the drive unit 12 and the frame 7 making contact in the assembled state.
- the chamfers 6 act as aids which center the drive unit 12 on the last piece when pushed in. This simplifies the assembly of the drive unit 12 via the lower recess.
- the drive unit 12 together with the motor unit 9 can be mounted on the frame 7 via the lower recess.
- the frame 7 also has a further recess 13 on the side, the geometric dimensions of which are those of the motor unit 9 (seen from the side). exceed.
- the recess 13 is open at the bottom and thus forms a continuous opening with the lower recess.
- the chamfers 6 are aligned horizontally and parallel to one another (when the trench wall cutter 10 is vertically aligned) and are located on opposite edges of the lower recess.
- the chamfers 6 thus serve as guide means, via which the drive unit 12 can be laterally displaced horizontally in relation to the frame 7 (with a trench wall cutter 10 aligned vertically).
- the connection via the connecting means 8 must be released for this.
- the drive unit 12 can therefore be pushed laterally out of the frame 7 or pushed into it without the motor unit 9 after the connection between the motor mount 2 and the motor unit 9 has been released.
- the guidance along the guide means 6 facilitates the process of displacement. This results in a simplified and accelerated disassembly and assembly process for the drive unit 12 , with the motor unit 9 remaining in the frame 7 . This is particularly advantageous in cases in which the drive unit 12 is to be removed and reinstalled for the purpose of replacement or maintenance of the wear-prone components such as gears 3, cutting wheel mounts 4 or wear plates 5.
- the guide means 6 consequently fulfill a double function. On the one hand, they serve to center the drive unit 12 during assembly from bottom to top (with the frame 7 aligned vertically) via the lower recess (in which the motor unit 9 can already be connected to the motor mount 2) and, on the other hand, to guide the drive unit 12 during lateral Sliding in and out via the lateral recess 13 (in this case the motor unit 9 is not connected to the motor mount 2).
- the frame 7 can have such a recess 13 on both sides, so that it is possible to slide it in and out from both sides. Provision can also be made for the geometric dimensions of the lateral recess 13 to exceed those of the motor mount 2 and the motor unit 9 in the connected state, so that the drive unit 12 can be installed and removed laterally together with the motor unit 9 .
- the drive unit 12 can either extend over the entire or essentially over the entire width of the frame 7, so that only a single drive unit 12 is used in the trench cutter according to the invention. Alternatively, several, in particular two, drive units 12 can be used side by side, each of which is assigned to a motor unit 9 . In this case, there is a lower recess for a drive unit 12 on the underside of the frame 7. Furthermore, in this case, the frame 7 expediently has a recess 13 on both sides, so that each of the drive units 12 fits into the frame 7 on the corresponding side can be inserted.
- the frame 7 has in the lower area of the front and back (which can be seen in the figure 2 located to the right and left of the lateral recess 13) indentations 11, within which the externally accessible parts (in particular the nuts) of the connecting means 8 are located in the connected state.
- the screw-nut connections between the drive unit 12 and the frame 7 can be easily loosened or fixed from the outside without the need for additional connecting elements inside the frame 7, which would make assembly and disassembly more difficult.
- the nuts 8 are located completely within the indentations 11, ie within the outer contour of the frame 7, which would be obtained if the outer contour were to be extended beyond the indentations 11, ie which would result without indentations 11. This saves space and prevents the connecting means 8 from colliding with the walls of the trench in the ground to be created by the trench wall cutter 10 .
- the trench cutter 10 is shown in a state in which the drive unit 12 is dismantled from the frame 7, with the motor unit 9 being connected to the motor mount 2.
- Such a dismantling takes place in relation to the (vertically oriented) frame 7 from top to bottom via the lower recess of the frame 7.
- the chamfers 6 of the frame 7 and the support structure 1 can be seen individually.

Description
- Figur 1:
- ein Trägergerät mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Schlitzwandfräse in einer Seitenansicht;
- Figur 2:
