Movements are enabled by suitable mountings, which are clear to the skilled person, wherein the shape and the dimensions of levers, handles and vertical handles depend on the dimension of other components and their placement in the log splitter and the winch.

Claims (8)
- Un fendeur à bois avec treuil mécanique et méthode d'opération pour tirer des grumes, des morceaux de grumes ou du bois vers le fendeur à bois, où ledit fendeur à bois comprend des poignées d'actionnement (2) mécaniquement raccordées à un actionneur conçu pour déclencher le mouvement d'une lame qui fend les grumes, et où le treuil mécanique comprend :- le caisson du treuil, dans lequel le tambour destiné à enrouler une corde de traction est installé, ainsi qu'un embrayage, une roue dentée avec une chaîne et un frein,- une corde (7) pour l'actionnement de la traction avec le treuil, ladite corde (7) étant raccordée à l'embrayage du tambour au moyen de poulies, et- un guide de corde de traction installé dans ledit caisson, et- la corde de traction avec une partie terminale, qui est de préférence munie de pinces pour saisir une grume ou un morceau de grume,caractérisé par le fait que
le fendeur à bois avec treuil mécanique est en outre équipé d'un mécanisme de sécurité conçu pour permettre de choisir de faire fonctionner soit le fendeur à bois, soit le treuil, où le mécanisme de sécurité est conçu comme un système de poignées et de leviers et comprend au moins :- une première poignée verticale (1) pour choisir de faire fonctionner le fendeur à bois, où la première poignée verticale (1) est d'un côté raccordée à au moins une poignée d'actionnement (2) du fendeur à bois et est de l'autre côté raccordée à un verrou (5) du treuil, ledit verrou (5) ayant une forme conçue pour prévenir le mouvement d'un levier de treuil (6) lors du mouvement de la poignée d'actionnement (2) du fendeur à bois, empêchant ainsi la traction de la corde d'activation (7) ; et- une deuxième poignée verticale (8) pour choisir de faire fonctionner le treuil, où la deuxième poignée verticale (8) est d'un côté raccordée au levier du treuil (6) conçu pour se déplacer lors de la traction de la corde d'activation (7), et est de l'autre côté raccordée au verrou (10) du fendeur à bois, ledit verrou (10) ayant une forme conçue pour désactiver le déplacement de la poignée d'actionnement (2). - Le fendeur à bois selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que :- la première poignée verticale (8) est raccordée à au moins une poignée (2) du fendeur à bois au moyen d'un levier intermédiaire (3), qui raccorde la poignée (2) du fendeur à bois à un levier (4) du fendeur à bois, de façon à ce que lors du mouvement de la poignée (2) du fendeur à bois, le levier intermédiaire (3) et le levier (4) du fendeur à bois soient conçus pour se déplacer vers le haut, et la première poignée verticale (1) est conçue pour déplacer le verrou (5) du treuil à travers un support approprié (1a) dans une position qui bloque le mouvement du levier du treuil (6) et empêche la traction de la corde d'activation (7) ; et- la deuxième poignée verticale (8) est raccordée au levier du treuil (6) au moyen d'une pièce mobile intermédiaire (9), où lors de la traction de la corde d'activation (7), le levier du treuil (6) est conçu pour se déplacer vers le bas et la deuxième poignée verticale (8) est conçue pour se déplacer vers le haut, où avec un support approprié (8a) du verrou (10) du fendeur à bois sur la deuxième poignée verticale (8) est conçu pour déplacer le verrou (10) de façon à empêcher le déplacement du levier (4) et de la poignée (2) du fendeur à bois.
- Le fendeur à bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé par le fait que le treuil mécanique du fendeur est équipé d'un interrupteur de sécurité (11) pour terminer l'enroulement du câble sur le tambour.
- Le fendeur à bois selon la revendication qui précède, caractérisé par le fait que l'interrupteur mécanique (11) destiné à terminer l'enroulement du câble sur le tambour comprend :- une pièce mobile (11b) installée sur un réa (11a) guidant la corde de traction ou sur un boîtier du guide de la corde de traction, qui est conçue pour être enroulée sur le tambour (13) du treuil, ladite pièce mobile (11b) étant conçue pour interagir avec une partie terminale de la corde de traction, où la partie terminale de la corde peut pousser la pièce mobile :∘ directement, ou∘ indirectement au moyen d'une pièce mécanique intermédiaire et d'un élément poussant ;- un câble Bowden (11c), qui raccorde ladite pièce mobile (11b) à l'embrayage, où le câble Bowden (11c) est raccordé à la pièce mobile (11b) de façon à ce que cette dernière puisse déplacer le câble Bowden (11c) ;- un câble métallique, qui se trouve à l'intérieur du câble Bowden (11c), et est fixé au boîtier du guide de la corde ;- un embrayage avec un élément de retenue pour assurer le raccordement à l'entraînement du tambour ;- un élément de relâchement, qui d'un côté est fixé au câble Bowden (11c) et de l'autre côté à l'embrayage près de l'élément de retenue, de façon à ce qu'il puisse libérer l'élément de retenue et ainsi déloger l'embrayage de l'entraînement du tambour ;où la pièce mobile (11b) lors de l'interaction avec la partie terminale de la corde est conçue pour faire bouger le câble Bowden (11c) et ainsi déplacer l'élément de relâchement de façon à ce que l'embrayage puisse passer au point mort, terminant ainsi immédiatement l'enroulement.
- Le fendeur à bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé par le fait que le treuil mécanique est équipé d'un frein pour un relâchement proportionnel.
- Le fendeur à bois selon la revendication qui précède, caractérisé par le fait qu'une poignée (12) du frein pour le relâchement proportionnel passe par un second câble Bowden (12b), à l'intérieur duquel le câble métallique (12a) est installé, et un système de levier supplémentaire (12c) raccordé à une sangle de frein du tambour, qui est conçu pour être partiellement relâché lors de la traction de la poignée (12) du frein pour un relâchement proportionnel.
- Le fendeur à bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé par le fait que le frein pour le relâchement proportionnel comprend au moins :- la poignée de frein (12) pour le déclenchement d'un relâchement partiel de la sangle de frein du frein du tambour ;- ladite poignée de frein passe par le câble Bowden (12b), à l'intérieur duquel le câble métallique (12a) est installé, raccordé au système de levier supplémentaire (12c), si bien que le câble métallique (12a) est à une extrémité monté sur la poignée de frein (12) de façon fixe, et à l'autre extrémité monté sur ledit système de levier supplémentaire (12c),- le système de levier supplémentaire (12c) est raccordé à la sangle de frein pour freiner le tambour de treuil, de façon à ce que lors de la traction de la poignée de frein, un ressort destiné à retenir le frein ou la sangle de frein, respectivement, est conçu pour être partiellement relâché, permettant ainsi le relâchement partiel d'une charge,où dans le cas où la poignée de frein (12) a une position extrême, dans laquelle le frein du tambour est conçu pour être complètement désactivé et le système de levier (12c) est verrouillé, permettant ainsi le déroulement libre de la corde de traction.
- Une méthode d'opération du fendeur à bois avec treuil mécanique et mécanisme de sécurité pour le verrouillage du mode d'utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, où ladite méthode comprend les étapes suivantes :- lors du déplacement de la poignée (2) du fendeur à bois, la première poignée verticale (1) est déplacée vers le haut et le verrou (5) du treuil est tiré, ledit verrou (5) ayant une forme empêchant le déplacement du levier du treuil (6), empêchant ainsi la traction de la corde d'activation (7) ; et- lors de la traction de la corde d'activation (7), le levier de treuil (6) se déplace vers le bas, ce qui pousse la seconde poignée verticale (8) vers le haut et déplace le verrou (10) du fendeur à bois, de façon à ce que le mouvement de la poignée d'activation (2) du fendeur à bois soit empêché.
