Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine (1) pour meuler des dalles comprenant un transporteur (12) conçu pour déplacer une pluralité de dalles le long d'une direction d'alimentation (A) d'un poste d'alimentation (I) à un poste de sortie (U) passant à travers un poste de meulage (R) ; une pluralité de roues de meulage (11) faisant face au poste de meulage (R) et conçues pour meuler une ou plusieurs dalles ; des moyens de positionnement (25) agissant sur un poste d'étalonnage (C) et conçus pour ajuster l'orientation d'une ou de plusieurs dalles par rapport à la direction d'alimentation (A) respective. Les moyens de positionnement (25) comprennent des éléments de poussée (35) mobiles en rotation entre une position de mise en prise dans laquelle les éléments sont conçus pour entrer en contact contre un bord d'extrémité d'une dalle positionnée dans le poste d'étalonnage (C), et une position de désolidarisation dans laquelle ils sont conçus de façon à ne pas interférer avec une alimentation des dalles vers le poste de meulage (R), les éléments de poussée (35) pouvant également être transférés parallèlement à la direction d'alimentation (A) entre une position avancée et une position retirée.
