Definitions
- the invention relates to a slicing machine for cutting off slices from, in particular, strand-shaped material to be cut, preferably food, with a machine housing that holds a drive motor and a rotating and / or revolving circular knife driven by the drive motor, and with a product feed that feeds the material to be cut to the circular knife .
- the slicing machine comprises a stop plate and a displaceably arranged carriage, via which the material to be cut is fed to the circular knife, the circular knife being mounted directly on a bearing shaft arranged in the drive motor for the circular knife.
- the drive motor comprises at least one stator and one rotor.
- the EP 076 40 73 B1 discloses such a food cutting machine with a machine housing and a circular knife.
- the circular knife is mounted on a bearing shaft which is driven by a drive motor with a stator and a rotor.
- the bearing shaft is only supported in the area of the drive motor.
- a cutting machine which has a motor, a bearing shaft, and a knife which is arranged directly at one end of the bearing shaft.
- a controller adjusts the actual speed of rotation of the knife to the desired speed of rotation.
- the drive motor for the circular knife can only be positioned and aligned in the respective machine housing of the cutting machine with great expenditure of time.
- the object of the present invention is to modify a slicing machine of the type defined at the outset and a method for manufacturing the slicing machine so that the drive motor can be mounted and aligned on the machine housing comparatively easily and with little expenditure of time.
- this object is achieved in a technically particularly simple and surprisingly effective manner by a disk cutting machine of the generic type, which is characterized in that the rotor is detachable from the stator.
- the stator is arranged in the machine housing.
- the machine housing has an insertion opening at which the stator is arranged in the assembled state and through which the rotor is at least partially inserted into the stator.
- the disk cutting machine has a fixing device for fastening the rotor and stator to the machine housing by means of fixing means.
- the stator can be fastened inside the machine housing.
- the rotor can then be inserted from the outside through the insertion opening into the machine housing and the stator.
- the engine is not assembled as a whole.
- the stator and rotor are mounted separately. This avoids the laborious and time-consuming introduction of the entire motor into the machine housing and an alignment of the rotor out of the machine housing.
- the stator is fastened from the inside in a motor tower of the disk cutting machine and the rotor is fastened from the outside on the motor tower.
- the motor tower can be designed to be comparatively narrow.
- the simplified installation of the motor is brought about by the additional step, not known from the prior art, of introducing the rotor into the stator after the stator has been arranged (without the rotor and the bearing shaft) in the machine housing.
- the entire motor is always fastened inside and the motor shaft protrudes through the housing.
- the motor has to be moved upwards from below within the motor tower and the bearing shaft must then be guided through an opening in the machine housing. This is only possible if the motor tower is very wide or not in one piece.
- the fixing device comprises first through openings for introducing the fixing means, which are arranged around the insertion opening.
- the through openings are in particular arranged symmetrically around the insertion opening.
- Fixing means such as screws or bolts can be inserted through the first through openings.
- the stator has fixation means receptacles for receiving the fixation means in the circumferential direction.
- the fixation means can be fastened in the fixation means receptacles.
- the rotor has second through openings in the circumferential direction for introducing the fixing means.
- the fixing means are in particular passed through the second through openings in order to fasten the rotor to the machine housing.
- a preferred embodiment of the disk cutting machine is characterized in that the fixation means receptacles of the stator and the second through openings of the rotor can be positively positioned at the first through openings of the fixation device for introducing the fixation means.
- the fixing means are passed through the second through-openings of the rotor and the first through-openings around the insertion opening and introduced into the fixing receptacles of the stator, in which they are fastened, for example by screwing into internal threads of the fixing receptacles.
- the rotor is then attached to the machine housing and the stator.
- the stator is not screwed to the housing from the inside.
- stator is only transported to the right place from the inside, then the rotor is inserted into the stator from the outside and the fixing means, in particular screws that screw the rotor to the machine housing, also screw the stator from the outside.
- the fixation mounts of the stator act like nuts for these screws.
- a preferred embodiment of the disk cutting machine according to the invention is characterized in that the bearing shaft in the rotor is arranged partially or entirely outside the machine housing. This enables a comparatively simple exchange of the bearing shaft.
- the insertion opening of the machine housing has a step-shaped depression or a bevel for the centering insertion of the rotor.
- the stator and the rotor align themselves appropriately due to the chamfer when they are attached to the machine housing.
- the slicing machine can be characterized in that a holder for holding the stator and / or the rotor is arranged on the inner wall of the machine housing.
- the holder ensures that the stator and rotor align automatically when they are attached to the machine housing, so that all components fit into one another during assembly.
- the stator is stably supported by the bracket.
- An advantageous embodiment is characterized in that a protective cap is arranged on the rotor in the circumferential direction and in contact with the machine housing and on the circular knife.
- the protective cap is used to shield the rotor, in particular from dirt from the environment.
- the rotor has a fixing part that can be fixed on the machine housing and / or on the stator, in which the bearing shaft with the circular knife is rotatably mounted and preferably fluid-sealed from the interior of the machine housing.
- the rotor can be attached to the machine housing and / or the stator from the outside by means of the fixing part.
- the slicing machine can be characterized in that the rotor has a contact section which on the one hand sits firmly on the bearing shaft and is connected by a connecting section to ball bearings which have a mounting section connected to the stator from the rotatable bearing shaft separate, wherein the connecting portion has a narrower diameter than the contact portion and the holding portion. Sections with different diameters can reduce the weight of the rotor, among other things.
- the stator has an insertion ring for insertion into the insertion opening of the machine housing.
- the insertion opening can be designed with a smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the stator.
- Another embodiment is characterized in that the insertion opening has a circular or square cross section.
- a preferred embodiment of the slicing machine is characterized by a one-piece motor tower.
- the drive motor is comparatively easy to mount in a one-piece motor tower.
- the stator is inserted into the motor tower and positioned at the insertion opening.
- the rotor is inserted into the stator through the insertion opening and attached to the motor tower and the stator. After assembly, the stator is attached to the inside of the motor tower and the rotor is attached to the outside of the motor tower.
- the drive motor can be mounted particularly easily in the machine housing.
- the stator can be inserted comparatively easily into the machine housing and positioned at the insertion opening.
- the rotor can then be arranged partly on the outside of the machine housing and partly in the rotor through the insertion opening. Positioning and aligning the drive motor with the drive shaft in the machine housing, which is very time-consuming, is avoided.

Description
- a) Bereitstellung des zweiteiligen Antriebsmotors mit dem Stator und dem vom Stator lösbaren Rotor sowie des Maschinengehäuses mit der Einführöffnung und der Fixiereinrichtung;
- b) Vormontage des Stators im Inneren des Maschinengehäuses an der Einführöffnung;
- c) Einführung des Rotors von außerhalb des Maschinengehäuses durch die Einführöffnung in den Stator;
