Abstract

本发明涉及一种无刷电机,包括定子和转子,所述定子包括两端盖及固定于每一端盖外侧的轴承,所述转子包括转轴,所述转轴穿越所述轴承,所述转承可旋转地支撑所述转轴。本发明的无刷电机体积小、装配容易。当所述电机连接至一齿轮箱时,齿轮箱的连接壳体可通过所述轴承的轴向端进行定位,从而保持齿轮箱与电机同一定位基准。

无刷电机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无刷电机。
背景技术
一般地,电子换向式无刷电机包括两位于轴向末端的方形端盖,所述两端盖的外径稍大于定子磁心的外径,两端盖的四个角依靠四个螺杆于定子外侧连接固定。其中一端盖的内侧可设置风扇。然而,此种在定子外侧固定端盖的方式,使得端盖和螺杆需要占用电机外部空间,从而无形中增加了电机的尺寸,这与电机小型化的趋势不符。而且,将风扇设置于端盖内,使得风扇的尺寸受到端盖的限制。
本发明旨在研发一种新型的可克服上述缺陷的电机。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无刷电机,包括定子和转子,所述定子包括两端盖及固定于所述端盖外侧的轴承,所述转子包括转轴,所述转轴穿越所述轴承,所述转承可旋转地支撑所述转轴。
优选地,所述定子还包括定子铁芯和绕设于铁芯上的绕组,所述定子铁芯包括轭部和若干从轭部向内延伸的齿部,所述绕组绕设于齿部上。
优选地,所述两端盖通过连接杆固定。
优选地,所述连接杆从相邻齿部末端间的间隙穿过。
优选地,所述端盖与连接杆之间通过螺钉固定。
优选地,所述连接杆两侧设导槽,所述齿部末端两侧形成有极靴,所述极靴收容于相应的导槽内。
优选地,所述端盖外侧设凹陷,所述轴承收容于相应的端盖凹陷内。
优选地,所述轴承为滚珠轴承或含油轴承。
优选地,所述轴承的一端伸出至端盖外侧并收容于一齿轮箱的连接外壳的定位孔内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过对本发明的具体实施方式详细描述,将使本发明的技术方案及其他有益效果显而易见。
请参阅图1至图4,依本发明一实施例的无刷电机包括定子和转子。所述定子包括定子铁芯10、绕设于铁芯10上的绕组20、两端盖30及固定于所述端盖30外侧的轴承50。
所述定子铁芯10包括轭部12和若干从轭部12向内延伸的齿部14,齿部14末端两侧形成沿转子周向延伸的极靴16,所述绕组20绕设于齿部14上。所述两端盖30外侧各设一凹陷32,所述轴承50固定收容于相应端盖30的凹陷32内。
所述两端盖30通过一连接杆60固定,所述连接杆60从所述定子铁芯10的相邻齿部14末端间的间隙穿过。具体地,所述连接杆60两侧各设沿电机轴向延伸的导槽62,所述形成于齿部14末端的极靴16收容于所述导槽62内。所述端盖30设通孔34,所述连接杆60两端设安装孔64,螺钉(图未示)穿过所述端盖30的通孔34后可锁固于连接杆60的安装孔64内。所述连接杆60的一端沿横向可设卡槽66,所述卡槽66垂直于导槽62,并与导槽62的一端相接,导槽62从卡槽66出发,沿轴向贯穿连接杆60的另一端。安装时,所述连接杆60的被导槽62贯穿的一端从定子一端插入,直到定子铁芯10的齿部14末端卡入连接杆60的卡槽66内。本实施例使用6根连接杆60连接固定两端盖30,其中3根连接杆60从定子一端插入,另外3根连接杆60从定子另一端插入。
所述转子包括转轴70,所述转轴70穿越所述轴承50,所述转承50可旋转地支撑所述转轴70。所述转子还包括固定于转轴70上的转子铁心72和安装于转子铁心72外侧的永久磁铁74,所述磁铁74与定子绕组20相对。
一风扇80固定于转轴70的一末端,并位于相邻端盖30的外侧。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图5和图6,沿电机轴向,所述轴承60的尺寸可大于凹陷32的尺寸,从而使得轴承的一轴向端62暴露于端盖30外侧。当所述电机连接至一齿轮箱时,齿轮箱的连接壳体90可通过所述轴承60的轴向端62进行定位,具体地,所述齿轮箱连接壳体90设定位孔92,所述轴承60的轴向端62可固定收容于所述定位孔92内。这样,可保持齿轮箱与电机同一定位基准。

Claims (5)

1.一种无刷电机,包括定子和转子,其特征在于,所述定子包括两端盖及固定于每一端盖外侧的滚珠轴承,所述转子包括转轴,所述转轴穿越所述滚珠轴承,所述滚珠轴承可旋转地支撑所述转轴,所述端盖外侧设凹陷,所述滚珠轴承收容于相应的凹陷内,所述定子还包括定子铁芯和绕设于铁芯上的绕组,所述定子铁芯包括轭部和若干从轭部向内延伸的齿部,所述绕组绕设于齿部上,所述两端盖通过连接杆固定,所述连接杆从相邻齿部末端间的间隙穿过。
2.如权利要求1所述的无刷电机,其特征在于,所述端盖与连接杆之间通过螺钉固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的无刷电机,其特征在于,所述连接杆两侧设导槽,所述齿部末端两侧形成有极靴,所述极靴收容于相应的导槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的无刷电机,其特征在于,所述连接杆一端设卡槽,所述卡槽配合定子齿部轴向末端对连接杆进行轴向定位。
5.如权利要求1所述的无刷电机,其特征在于,所述滚珠轴承的一端伸出至端盖外侧并收容于一齿轮箱的连接外壳的定位孔内。
