Der Faserbandeinzugszylinder 7 fördert das Vorlagefaserband 4 in den Bereich der Auflösewalze 2, deren Auflösewalzengarnitur 3 das Vorlagefaserband 4 in Einzelfasern auskämmt, die anschließend, wie bekannt, an einer Schmutzaustrittsöffnung 24 vorbeilaufen und über einen Faserleitkanal 25 auf einen Spinnrotor aufgespeist werden (s. Der Abstand ist dabei das Lot von der Stützfläche 14 auf die Kreiszylinderfläche 13, auf der die Spitzen 12 der Auflösewalzengarnitur 3 liegen. Dieser Abstand verjüngt sich in Fasertransportrichtung bis auf einen minimalen Abstand. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel verjüngt sich der Abstand der planen Teilfläche 14a bis auf den minimalen Abstand 19. Die folgende Teilfläche 14b ist konkav, das heißt nach innen gewölbt ausgebildet. Die Fläche 14b ist ebenfalls als Kreiszylinderfläche ausgebildet, wobei die Mittenachse der Rotationachse 22 der Auflösewalze 2 entspricht. Das heißt, der Abstand der Fläche 14b von der Kreiszylinderfläche 13, auf der die Spitzen 12 der Auflösewalzengarnitur 3 liegen, entspricht durchgängig dem minimalen Abstand 19. Claims (8)

  1. A fibre band opening device for an open-end spinning device, comprising
    a feed tray (11),
    a fibre band pull-in cylinder (7) and
    an opening roller (2) having an opening roller clothing (3), the tips (12) of which lie on a circular cylindrical surface (13), wherein
    the fibre band pull-in cylinder (7) is designed to transport, in conjunction with a clamping surface (10) of the feed tray (11), a feed fibre band (4) towards the opening roller (2),
