Claims (6)

  1. Outil de poinçonnage et de rainage, en particulier pour la production de découpes de boîtes pliantes (1), comprenant une plaque de support (4) dans laquelle est réalisé au moins un évidement (5, 5', 5") destiné à loger au moins un filet de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (7) sous la forme d'un outil à découper à bande d'acier, dans lequel, pour maintenir par serrage et de manière amovible le filet de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (7), au moins un élément de maintien (16, 16') élastique est agencé qui peut être inséré dans l'évidement (5, 5', 5") et/ou dans une échancrure (15, 15') supplémentaire de la plaque de support (4) et y est maintenu de manière amovible, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de maintien (16, 16') est en forme de U en section transversale verticale et présente deux branches libres (22, 22') entre lesquelles est formée une rainure (17, 17') destinée à recevoir et à maintenir par serrage le filet de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (7), dans lequel les branches libres (22, 22') de l'élément de maintien (16, 16') en forme de U sont reliées entre elles par une entretoise (20, 20').
  2. Outil de poinçonnage et de rainage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de maintien (16, 16') est rectangulaire en section longitudinale et/ou en section transversale horizontale de sorte que l'élément de maintien (16, 16') peut être inséré dans un évidement (15, 15') en forme de parallélépipède rectangle de la plaque de support (4).
  3. Outil de poinçonnage et de rainage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le filet de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (7) présente, du côté opposé au bord de filet de poinçonnage ou de rainage (8), au moins une première découpe (19, 19') destinée à recevoir ladite entretoise (20, 20') de l'élément de maintien (16, 16').
  4. Outil de poinçonnage et de rainage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le filet de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (7) présente, du côté opposé au bord de filet de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (8), au moins une deuxième découpe (9) destinée à recevoir un pont (6) de la plaque de support (4), qui est formé entre deux évidements (5, 5', 5") espacés.
  5. Outil de poinçonnage et de rainage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de support (4) présente une pluralité d'évidements (5, 5', 5") et/ou d'échancrures (15, 15') destinées à recevoir une pluralité d'éléments de maintien (16, 16') ainsi qu'une pluralité de filets de poinçonnage et/ou de rainage (7) qui forment un contour fermé de poinçonnage et de rainage.
  6. Outil de poinçonnage et de rainage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les filets de poinçonnage sont maintenus directement par serrage dans les évidements (5, 5', 5") de la plaque de support (4) et que seuls les filets de rainage sont logés par serrage dans un élément de maintien (16, 16') élastique.
