Claims (16)

  1. Abschlusszusatzteil (1A/ 1B / 1C / 1D / 1E / 1F) mit
    einem Abschlussprofil (10; 10') und mindestens einem Blockierteil (P1A oder P2A / P1B oder P2B / P1C oder P2C / P3 / P4/ P1F oder P2F oder P3F), wobei das Profil (10; 10') verformbar ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, eine abschließende Verbindung zwischen zwei koplanaren Oberflächen (S1; S2) auszubilden und einen abschließenden Übergang zwischen zwei Oberflächen (S1; S2) mit einem Höhenunterschied (E) und/oder zwischen zwei quer zueinander ausgerichteten und insbesondere senkrecht zueinander ausgerichteten Oberflächen (S1; S2) zu bilden,
    und zwei starren Flügeln (100; 101), die in Längsrichtung parallel zu einer Längsachse (A) verlaufen, die voneinander beabstandet sind und die dazu bestimmt sind, in Kontakt mit den beiden zu verbindenden Oberflächen (S1; S2) zu sein,
    und einem flexiblen Gelenk (102), das sich in der Länge parallel zu der Längsachse (A) erstreckt, das zumindest teilweise zwischen den beiden Flügeln (100; 101) positioniert ist und die beiden Flügel miteinander derart verbindet, dass es eine Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) relativ zueinander in einer Ebene (X, Y) senkrecht zu der Längsachse (A) möglich ist, wobei jeder Flügel (100, 101) auf seiner Unterseite (100b, 101b) einen starren Längsvorsprung (100c; 101c) aufweist, der in Längsrichtung parallel zu der Längsachse (A) verläuft, wobei das flexible Gelenk (102) und die beiden Längsvorsprünge (100c; 101c) zwischen sich eine Längsnut (103) begrenzen,
    wobei das Blockierteil einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Einstellkeil (20a) aufweist, der zum Einsetzen in die Längsnut (103) ausgelegt ist und der, wenn er in die Längsnut eingesetzt ist, als Anschlag dient, der verhindert, dass sich die zwei Längsvorsprünge (100c; 101c) einander annähern, und das Blockierteil mit dem in die Längsnut (103) eingesetzten Einstellkeil (20a) an das Abschlussprofil (10; 10') anpassbar ist, sodass eine Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) nach innen zueinander in einer Ebene (X, Y) senkrecht zu der Längsachse (A) und in erste Rotationsrichtungen (R1a; R1b) der Unterseiten (100b; 101b) der Flügel (100; 101) zueinander blockiert wird, mit einer vorbestimmten Winkelorientierung der zwei Flügel (100; 101) relativ zueinander.
  2. Abschlusszusatzteil nach Anspruch 1, wobei das flexible Gelenk (102) integral zwischen den zwei Flügeln (100 ; 101) angeordnet ist und/oder wobei sich das flexible Gelenk (102) über die gesamte Länge der Flügel (100, 101) erstreckt und/oder wobei die obere Seite (102a) des flexiblen Gelenks (102) in der Verlängerung der Oberseiten (100a; 101a) der zwei Flügel (100; 101) angeordnet ist, um eine obere Seite (10a) des Abschlussprofils (10; 10') zu bilden, die gleichmäßig ohne Abweichung und ohne Unebenheit an der Verbindung zwischen jedem Flügel (100, 101) und dem Gelenk (102) vorliegt.
  3. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blockierteil Mittel (20b; 20c) zum Blockieren einer Rotation aufweist, die eine Entfernung der zwei Längsvorsprünge (100c; 101c) voneinander in der Ebene (X, Y) senkrecht zur Längsachse (A) und in den Rotationsrichtungen (R2a; R2b) der Unterseiten (100b; 101b) der Flügel (100; 101) relativ zueinander entgegengesetzt zu den ersten Rotationsrichtungen (R1a; R1b) verhindern, mit einer bestimmten Winkelorientierung der zwei Flügel (100; 101) zueinander.
  4. Abschlusszusatzteil nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Mittel zum Blockieren einer Rotation (20b; 20c) ein integraler Bestandteil des Blockierteils sind.
  5. Abschlusszusatzteil nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die Mittel zum Blockieren einer Rotation zwei seitliche Anschläge/Ränder (20b; 20c) aufweisen, die in Längsrichtung beidseitig des Einstellkeils (20a) verlaufen und von dem Einstellkeil (20a) beabstandet sind, und die die Funktion haben, die Flügel (100; 101) des Profils seitlich nach außen zueinander zu blockieren.
  6. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit mindestens zwei getrennten Blockierteilen (P1A; P2A / P1B; P2B / P1C; P2C / P1F; P2F; P3F), und bevorzugt mit mindestens drei getrennten Blockierteilen (P1F; P2F; P3F), wobei jedes Blockierteil mindestens einer unterschiedlichen Winkelausrichtung der zwei Flügel (100; 101) entspricht, und/oder wobei mindestens ein Blockierteil (P3; P4) derart reversibel ist, dass ein Blockieren der Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) zueinander in mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Winkelorientierungen ermöglicht wird.
  7. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jedes Blockierteil ausgelegt ist, um mit dem Abschlussprofil (10) unter Bildung einer monolithischen Einheit montiert zu werden.
  8. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches eine Befestigungsschiene (3; 3') aufweist, mit der mindestens ein Blockierteil (P1A; P2A / P3 /P1F oder P2F) einfügbar ist.
  9. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei mindestens ein Blockierteil (P1B; P2B / P1C; P2C/P4) eine Schlagschraube (V) aufweist.
  10. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Abschlussprofil (10) einstückig ist oder durch einen Verbund gebildet ist.
  11. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das das Scharnier (102) bildende Material von dem das die zwei Flügel (100; 101) bildenden Material verschieden ist und/oder wobei das Abschlussprofil (10) ein extrudiertes Profil ist, insbesondere ein koextrudiertes Profil.
  12. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine Blockierteil (P1A, P1B, P1C, P3, P4, P1F) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) zueinander nach innen mit einem Außenwinkel (A1) zwischen den Oberseiten (100a; 101a) der zwei Flügel (100; 101), gemessen an den Verbindungen des Scharniers (102) mit den zwei Flügeln (100; 101), von 180°, zu blockieren,
    und/oder wobei das mindestens eine Blockierteil (P2A, P2B, P2C, P3, P4) es ermöglicht, die Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) zueinander nach innen zueinander mit einem Außenwinkel (A2) zwischen den Oberseiten (100a; 101a) der zwei Flügel (100; 101), gemessen an den Verbindungen des Scharniers (102) mit den zwei Flügeln (100; 101), der zwischen 180° und 270° liegt, zu blockieren,
    und/oder wobei das mindestens eine Blockierteil (P3F) es ermöglicht, die Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) zueinander nach innen zueinander mit einem Außenwinkel (A3) zwischen den Oberseiten (100a; 101a) der zwei Flügel (100; 101), gemessen an den Verbindungen des Scharniers (102) mit den zwei Flügeln (100; 101), von 270°, zu blockieren.
  13. Abschlusszusatzteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das flexible Scharnier (102) eine Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) relativ zueinander in einer Ebene (X,Y) senkrecht zur Längsachse (A) ohne eine Streckung und Komprimierung des Scharniers (102) ermöglicht.
  14. Verwendung des Abschlusszusatzteils eines der vorhergehenden Ansprüche als abschließende Verbindung zwischen zwei Oberflächen (S1; S2), insbesondere zwischen zwei Bodenbelägen (RV1, RV2) oder zwischen einem Bodenbelag (RV1) und dem Boden, oder zwischen zwei Wandverkleidungen, oder zwischen einer Wandverkleidung und einer Wand, auf welcher die Wandverkleidung angebracht ist, oder zwischen zwei Oberflächen (S1; S2), die quer zueinander und insbesondere senkrecht zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
  15. Verfahren zum Anbringen eines Abschlusszusatzteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zur Bildung einer abschließenden Verbindung zwischen zwei Oberflächen (S1; S2), wobei eine Rotation der zwei Flügel (100; 101) des Abschlussprofils (10) mittels mindestens eines Blockierteils (P1A oder P2A / P1B oder P2B / P1C oder P2C / P3 / P4 / P1F oder P2F oder P3F) blockiert wird, und das mindestens eine Blockierteil zwischen den mit den zwei Flügeln (100; 101) zu verbindenden Oberflächen (S1, S2), jeweils in Kontakt mit den zwei zu verbindenden Oberflächen (S1, S2), befestigt wird.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, wobei die zwei Oberflächen (S1; S2) im Wesentlichen koplanar sind oder wobei die beiden Oberflächen (S1; S2) im Wesentlichen nicht koplanar sind und das Abschlussprofil es ermöglicht, einen Höhenunterschied (E) zwischen den beiden Oberflächen (S1; S2), die nicht koplanar zueinander sind auszugleichen, oder wobei die zwei Oberflächen (S1; S2) quer zueinander, insbesondere senkrecht zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
