Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble (7) pour un connecteur électrique (1) permettant la mise en contact d'une tresse de blindage (8) d'une conduite électrique sous gaine blindée (9), où le connecteur électrique (1) présente sur sa périphérie intérieure (2) et sa périphérie extérieure (3) un boitier (4) au moins partiellement cylindrique, un support de contact (5) logé dans le boitier (4) et un capuchon d'extrémité (6) pouvant être vissé sur le boitier (4), et où le dispositif de mise en contact de blindage de câble (7)
    - est conçu en au moins deux parties et peut être inséré dans le boitier (4),
    - présente une douille de serrage (11) et une cage de serrage (12), qui sont conçues en forme de cylindres creux s'appariant et sont disposées pour se mettre au moins partiellement en prise, et qui serrent la tresse de blindage (8) entre elles au niveau d'un point de serrage (16),
    - la douille de serrage (11) et la cage de serrage (12) présentent des surfaces de gainage (21, 21') séparées l'une de l'autre dans une zone de recouvrement (20), qui forment un espace de rangement (22) en forme de canal annulaire périphérique pour la réception d'une zone en longueur (23) de la tresse de blindage (8) dépassant axialement au-dessus de la douille de serrage (11) et/ou de la cage de serrage (12),
    - la douille de serrage (11) et la cage de serrage (12) peuvent être mises en rotation l'une par rapport à l'autre et forment ensemble un dispositif d'enroulement (24) pour la zone en longueur (23) de la tresse de blindage 8) dépassant axialement au-dessus de la douille de serrage (11) et/ou de la cage de serrage (12), caractérisé en ce que :
    - la surface de gainage (21') de la cage de serrage (12) présente un nombre d'éléments transporteurs de tresse de blindage (25), disposés sur un ou plusieurs anneaux cylindriques, s'avançant radialement, qui s'étendent jusqu'à la surface de gainage (21) de la douille de serrage (11), et que la surface de gainage (21) de la douille de serrage (11) présente, à une extrémité de douille (26) avant recouverte par la cage de serrage (12),
    - une ou plusieurs rainures annulaires, collerettes annulaires et/ou zones en gradins annulaires (27) périphériques, dans lesquelles les éléments transporteurs de tresse de blindage (25) se mettent en prise ou s'y engagent par l'arrière, et enclenchent la cage de serrage (12) avec la douille de serrage (11) en rotation.
  2. Dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments transporteurs de tresse de blindage (25) sont conçus en forme de pyramides.
  3. Dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la cage de serrage (12) présente un profilé frontal (29) périphérique sur son côté frontal (28) orienté vers la douille de serrage (11) permettant une fixation sécurisée en rotation dans le boitier (4), qui comprend une pluralité de cavités (30) et de protubérances (31) se succédant les unes aux autres, qui forment une couronne annulaire profilée (29') fermée.
  4. Dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille de serrage (11) présente dans une région centrale, à l'extérieur, une zone en gradins annulaire périphérique et/ou une collerette annulaire (32) périphérique, sur lesquelles le profilé frontal (29) de la cage de serrage (12) est en appui.
  5. Dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le profilé frontal (29) dépasse au-dessus de la zone en gradins annulaire, respectivement, de la collerette annulaire (32), en direction radiale.
  6. Dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de gainage (21, 21') de la douille de serrage (11) et de la cage de serrage (12) sont conçues à parois lisses dans leur zone de recouvrement (20), à l'exception des rainures annulaires (27) en cavité et des éléments transporteurs de tresse de blindage (25) faisant saillie.
  7. Connecteur électrique (1) avec un boitier (4) au moins partiellement cylindrique au sein de son périmètre intérieur et extérieur (2, 3), un support de contact (5) logé dans le boitier (4) et un capuchon d'extrémité (6) pouvant être vissé sur le boitier (4), et avec un dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble (7) pour la mise en contact d'une tresse de blindage (8) d'une conduite électrique sous gaine blindée (9), caractérisé par un dispositif électrique de mise en contact de blindage de câble (7) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  8. Connecteur électrique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, pour un dispositif de mise en contact de blindage de câble (7) inséré dans le boitier (4), la douille de serrage (11) s'appuie avec la collerette annulaire (32) sur un contre-appui du boitier (4) en direction axiale sans pouvoir être déplacée et la cage de serrage (12) est plaquée avec le profilé frontal (29) à un profilé complémentaire du boitier (4) en direction périphérique sans pouvoir tourner.
  9. Connecteur électrique selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mise en contact de blindage de câble (7) implanté dans le boitier (4) est fixé de manière inamovible en direction axiale et en direction périphérique dans le boitier (4) au moyen du capuchon d'extrémité (6) pouvant être vissé sur le boitier (4).
