Claims (11)

  1. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40), umfassend:
    eine Befestigungsbasis (42), die auf einer Nockenträgerbasis (137) angeordnet ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position der Maschenandrückvorrichtung mit der Größe eines Spaltes (10) variiert und dass diese umfasst
    ein Antriebselement (41), das in Gang gesetzt wird, wenn ein Kippnocken (132) einen Verstellhub (133) ausführt;
    eine Gleitbasis (43), die entsprechend der Befestigungsbasis (42) angeordnet und mit einem Führungsblock (432) versehen ist, wobei die Gleitbasis (43) einen Steuerungshub (431) relativ zur Nockenträgerbasis (137) ausführt, wenn das Antriebselement (41) gestartet wird,
    einen Begrenzungsblock (44), der mit der Befestigungsbasis (42) kombiniert ist und die Gleitbasis (43) so begrenzt, dass diese nur relativ zur Nockenträgerbasis (137) gleitet;
    einen Maschenandrückblech-Tragarm (45), der mit einem Ende des Maschenandrückblech-Tragarms (45) an einer Garnzuführungs-Führungsstange (30) befestigt ist und mit einer Installationsbasis (451) an dem anderen Ende des Maschenandrückblech-Tragarms (45) versehen ist, wobei ein Durchgang (452) in der Installationsbasis (451) ausgebildet ist; und
    ein Maschenandrückblech (46), das einen Steuerabschnitt (461), der mit dem Führungsblock (432) verbunden ist, einen Verbindungsabschnitt (462), der sich ausgehend von dem Steuerabschnitt (461) erstreckt und sich durch den Durchgang (452) erstreckt, und einen Maschenandrückabschnitt (463) umfasst, der sich ausgehend von dem Verbindungsabschnitt (462) erstreckt und einem Nadelbett zugewandt ist, wobei der Steuerabschnitt (461) den Maschenandrückabschnitt (463) dazu veranlasst sich zu bewegen, wenn die Gleitbasis (43) den Steuerungshub (431) ausführt, um eine Maschenandrückposition zu ändern.
  2. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei
    das Antriebselement (41) einen kombinierenden Teil (411), der mit dem Kippnocken (132) verbunden ist, und einen schiebenden Teil (412), der mit dem kombinierenden Teil (411) verbunden ist, aufweist
    das Antriebselement (41) einen Antriebshub (413) ausführt, um es dem schiebenden Teil (412) zu ermöglichen, sich zu bewegen, wenn der Kippnocken (132) den Verstellhub (133) ausführt;
    eine Seite der Gleitbasis (43) mit einer geneigten Führungsbahn (433) versehen ist, in der das schiebende Teil (412) angeordnet ist; und
    die Gleitbasis (43) den Steuerungshub (431) relativ zu der Nockenträgerbasis (137) ausführt, wenn das Antriebselement (41) den Antriebshub (413) ausführt.
  3. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei
    das Antriebselement (41) aus einem Motor (415) und einem mit dem Motor (415) verbundenen Getriebe (416) besteht; und
    eine Seite der Gleitbasis (43) mit einer Zahnstange (438) versehen ist, die in Kontakt mit dem Getriebe gelangt.
  4. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    der Begrenzungsblock (44) einen ersten Hakenteil (441) aufweist, der in Richtung des Maschenandrückblech-Tragarms (45) vorsteht; und
    der Maschenandrückblech-Tragarm (45) ein zweites Hakenteil (455) aufweist, das an der Installationsbasis (451) angeordnet ist, in Richtung des Begrenzungsblocks (44) vorsteht und mit dem ersten Hakenteil (441) kombiniert ist bzw. zusammenwirkt.
  5. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Gleitbasis (43) ein erstes Langloch (436) aufweist, in dem die Befestigungsbasis (42) angeordnet ist.
  6. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Maschenandrückblech (46) ein zweites Langloch (465) aufweist, das an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (462) angeordnet ist; und die Installationsbasis (451) mindestens ein Installationsloch (456) aufweist, das mit dem Durchgang (452) in Verbindung steht und ein Installationselement (47) bereitstellt, das dem zweiten Langloch (465) zugeordnet ist, um das Maschenandrückblech (46) zu begrenzen.
  7. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Maschenandrückblech (46) eine Führungsstange (464) umfasst, die auf dem Steuerabschnitt (461) angeordnet ist; und der Führungsblock (432) mit einer Nut (437) versehen ist, in der die Führungsstange (464) angeordnet ist.
  8. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Maschenandrückblech (46) ein zweites Langloch (465) aufweist, das an dem Verbindungsabschnitt (462) angeordnet ist; und die Installationsbasis (451) mindestens ein Installationsloch (456) aufweist, das mit dem Durchgang (452) in Verbindung steht und ein Installationselement (47) bereitstellt, das dem zweiten Langloch (465) zugeordnet ist, um das Maschenandrückblech (46) zu begrenzen.
  9. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Maschenandrückblech (46) eine Führungsstange (464) umfasst, die auf dem Steuerabschnitt (461) angeordnet ist; und der Führungsblock (432) mit einer Nut (437) versehen ist, in der die Führungsstange (464) angeordnet ist.
  10. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Gleitbasis (43) eine erste Oberfläche (434), die der Nockenträgerbasis (137) zugewandt ist, und eine zweite Oberfläche (435) aufweist, die dem Begrenzungsblock (44) zugewandt ist; und die geneigte Führungsbahn (433) sich von der ersten Oberfläche (434) zu der zweiten Oberfläche (435) in Richtung des Kippnockens (132) erstreckt.
  11. Flachstrickmaschinen-Maschenandrückvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Maschenandrückblech (46) eine Führungsstange (464) umfasst, die an dem Steuerabschnitt (461) angeordnet ist; und der Führungsblock (432) mit einer Nut (437) versehen ist, in der die Führungsstange (464) angeordnet ist.
