Claims (11)
- Dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne, comprenant:une base de fixation (42) disposée sur une base de support de came (137);caractérisé en ce que la position du dispositif de presse maille varie avec la dimension du trou (10) et en ce qu'il comporteun élément d'entraînement (41) démarré lorsqu'une came de trépan de renversement (132) effectue une course de déplacement (133);une base coulissante (43) disposée en correspondance avec la base de fixation (42) et pourvue d'un bloc de guidage (432), la base coulissante (43) effectuant une course de régulation (431) par rapport à la base de support de came (137) lors du démarrage de l'élément d'entraînement (41);un bloc de limitation (44) combiné avec la base de fixation (42) et limitant la base coulissante (43) dans un seul coulissement par rapport à la base de support de came (137);un bras de support de feuille de presse-maille (45) fixé à une tige de guidage d'alimentation de fil (30) avec une extrémité du bras de support de feuille de presse-maille (45) et pourvue d'une base d'installation (451) sur l'autre extrémité du bras de support de feuille de presse-maille (45), dans lequel un passage (452) est formé dans la base d'installation (451); etune feuille de presse maille (46) comprenant une section de commande (461) reliée au bloc de guidage (432), une section de connexion (462) s'étendant depuis la section de commande (461) et pénétrant à travers le passage (452), et une section presse-maille (463) s'étendant à partir de la section de connexion (462) et faisant face à un lit à aiguilles, dans lequel la section de commande (461) amène la section presse-maille (463) à se déplacer lorsque la base coulissante (43) effectue la course de régulation (431), de manière changer une position de presse-maille.
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'entraînement (41) comprend une partie de combinaison (411) connectée à la came de trépan de renversement (132) et une partie de poussée (412) connectée à la partie de combinaison (411);
l'élément d'entraînement (41) effectue une course d'entraînement (413) pour permettre à la partie de poussée (412) de se déplacer lorsque la came à embout de renversement (132) effectue la course de déplacement (133);
un côté de la base coulissante (43) est pourvu d'un chemin de guidage incliné (433) dans lequel la partie de poussée (412) est disposée; et
la base coulissante (43) effectue la course de régulation (431) par rapport à la base de support de came (137) lorsque l'élément d'entraînement (41) effectue la course d'entraînement (413). - Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'entraînement (41) est composé d'un moteur (415) et d'un engrenage (416) connecté au moteur (415); et un côté de la base coulissante (43) est pourvu d'une crémaillère (438) qui vient en contact avec l'engrenage.
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le bloc de limitation (44) comprend une première partie de crochet (441) qui fait saillie vers le bras de support de feuille de presse-maille (45); et le bras de support de feuille de presse-maille (45) comprend une seconde partie de crochet (455) disposée sur la base d'installation (451), faisant saillie vers le bloc de limitation (44) et combinée avec la première partie de crochet (441).
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de les revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la base coulissante (43) comprend un premier trou long (436) dans lequel la base de fixation (42) est disposée.
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne (40) de la revendication 5, dans lequel la feuille de presse-maille (46) comprend un second trou long (465) disposé sur la section de connexion (462); et la base d'installation (451) comprend au moins un trou d'installation (456) communiquant avec le passage (452) et fournissant un élément d'installation (47) correspondant au deuxième trou long (465) pour limiter la feuille de presse-maille (46).
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de la revendication 6, dans lequel la feuille de presse-maille (46) comprend une tige de guidage (464) disposée sur la section de commande (461); et le bloc de guidage (432) est pourvu d'une rainure (437) dans laquelle la tige de guidage (464) est disposée.
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la feuille de presse-maille (46) comprend un second trou long (465) disposé sur la section de connexion (462); et la base d'installation (451) comprend au moins un trou d'installation (456) communiquant avec le passage (452) et fournissant un élément d'installation (47) correspondant au deuxième trou long (465) pour limiter la feuille de presse-maille (46).
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne (40) de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la feuille de presse-maille (46) comprend une tige de guidage (464) disposée sur la section de commande (461); et le bloc de guidage (432) est pourvu d'une rainure (437) dans laquelle la tige de guidage (464) est disposée.
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne (40) de la revendication 2, dans lequel la base coulissante (43) comprend une première surface (434) qui fait face à la base de support de came (137), et une seconde surface (435) qui fait face au bloc de limitation (44); et le chemin de guidage incliné (433) s'étend de la première surface (434) à la seconde surface (435) en direction de la came de trépan de renversement (132).
- Le dispositif de presse-maille (40) de machine à tricoter rectiligne de la revendication 10, dans lequel la feuille de presse-maille (46) comprend une tige de guidage (464) disposée sur la section de commande (461); et le bloc de guidage (432) est pourvu d'une rainure (437) dans laquelle la tige de guidage (464) est disposée.
