Claims (20)
- Procédé de filage exécuté dans une machine à filer (1) dans lequel un fil (Y) est produit en étirant un faisceau de fibres (S) par un dispositif d'étirage (6) et en filant le faisceau de fibres étiré (F) par un dispositif de filage (7), le procédé de filage comprenant :une première étape d'acquisition consistant à acquérir des informations de faisceau de fibres indiquant un statut du faisceau de fibres pré-étiré (S) ;une seconde étape d'acquisition consistant à acquérir, en tant qu'informations de fil, la tension du fil produit (Y) ; etune étape de changement consistant à changer un rapport d'étirage total d'une opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (6) conformément aux informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition et aux informations de fil acquises à la seconde étape d'acquisition.
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, à l'étape de changement, le rapport d'étirage total est changé en changeant une vitesse de rotation d'au moins un d'un rouleau inférieur arrière (14a) du dispositif d'étirage (6), d'un rouleau inférieur avant (17a) du dispositif d'étirage (6), ou d'un rouleau de retrait (11) adapté pour retirer le fil (Y) du dispositif de filage (7).
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel, dans la seconde étape d'acquisition, l'épaisseur du fil (Y) et/ou la masse du fil (Y) est/sont acquise(s) en tant qu'informations de fil en plus de la tension du fil produit (Y).
- Procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque de la revendication 1 à la revendication 3, dans lequel, à l'étape de changement,lorsque les informations de faisceau de fibres indiquent une augmentation de la masse du faisceau de fibres (S) et les informations de fil indiquent une augmentation de l'épaisseur du fil (Y) ou une augmentation de la masse du fil (Y), le rapport d'étirage total est augmenté, etlorsque les informations de faisceau de fibres indiquent une diminution de la masse du faisceau de fibres (S) et les informations de fil indiquent une diminution de l'épaisseur du fil (Y) ou une diminution de la masse du fil (Y), le rapport d'étirage total est réduit.
- Procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque de la revendication 1 à la revendication 4, comprenant une étape de contrôle d'opération consistant à contrôler l'opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (6) et l'opération de filage du dispositif de filage (7),
dans lequel l'étape de changement est exécutée tout en continuant l'opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (6) et l'opération de filage du dispositif de filage (7) à l'étape de contrôle d'opération. - Procédé de filage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel, à l'étape de changement, lorsqu'un statut dans lequel une quantité de fluctuation des informations de faisceau de fibres est égale ou supérieure à une quantité de fluctuation de limite inférieure de faisceau de fibres et est égale ou inférieure à une première quantité de fluctuation de faisceau de fibres qui dure pendant une première longueur de faisceau de fibres ou plus, et un statut dans lequel une quantité de fluctuation des informations de fil est égale ou supérieure à une quantité de fluctuation de limite inférieure de fil et est égale ou inférieure à une première quantité de fluctuation de fil qui dure pendant une première longueur de fil ou plus, le rapport d'étirage total est changé.
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 6, dans lequel, à l'étape de contrôle d'opération, au moins dans un des cas où un statut dans lequel la quantité de fluctuation des informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition dépasse la première quantité de fluctuation de faisceau de fibres qui dure pendant la première longueur de faisceau de fibres ou plus, ou lorsqu'un statut dans lequel la quantité de fluctuation des informations de fil acquises dans la seconde étape d'acquisition dépasse la première quantité de fluctuation de fil qui dure pendant la première longueur de fil ou plus, l'opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (6) et l'opération de filage du dispositif de filage (7) sont arrêtées.
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, dans lequel la machine à filer (1) comprend un dispositif de détection d'informations de fil (8, 9) adapté pour détecter les informations de fil, le dispositif de détection d'informations de fil (8, 9) étant adapté pour juger que le fil (Y) inclut un défaut de fil lors du jugement, conformément aux informations de fil détectées, qu'un statut dans lequel la quantité de fluctuation des informations de fil dépasse une seconde quantité de fluctuation de fil qui dure pendant une seconde longueur de fil ou plus ;la seconde quantité de fluctuation de fil est supérieure à la première quantité de fluctuation de fil ;la seconde longueur de fil est plus courte que la première longueur de fil ; età l'étape de contrôle d'opération, l'opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (7) et l'opération de filage du dispositif de filage (6) sont arrêtées.
- Procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque de la revendication 1 à la revendication 8, dans lequel la machine à filer (1) comprend un dispositif de notification de tension (102) adapté pour notifier une fluctuation de tension du fil produit (Y),
le procédé de filage comprenant une étape de contrôle de notification de tension consistant à exécuter une notification par le dispositif de notification de tension (102) lorsque les informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition n'indiquent pas de changement de masse du faisceau de fibres (S) et les informations de fil acquises à la seconde étape d'acquisition indiquent une augmentation de la tension du fil (Y), ou lorsque les informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition indiquent une diminution de la masse du faisceau de fibres (S) et les informations de fil acquises à la seconde étape d'acquisition indiquent une augmentation de la tension du fil (Y). - Procédé de filage selon la revendication 1, comprenant une première étape de détermination consistant à déterminer s'il faut ou non exécuter une notification conformément aux informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition et aux informations de fil acquises à la seconde étape d'acquisition.
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 10, comprenant une première étape de prédiction de titre de fil consistant à prédire un titre de fil prédit conformément aux informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition, le titre de fil prédit étant un titre de fil du fil (Y) à produire par le dispositif de filage (7),
dans lequel, à la première étape de détermination, une détermination est effectuée de la nécessité ou non d'une notification de l'occurrence d'une perte de fibres conformément au titre de fil prédit prédit à la première étape de prédiction de titre de fil et un titre de fil acquis, le titre de fil acquis étant un titre de fil du fil indiqué par les informations de fil acquises à la seconde étape d'acquisition. - Procédé de filage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel, à la première étape de détermination, une détermination est faite que la notification de l'occurrence de la perte de fibres est nécessaire lorsque le titre de fil prédit et le titre de fil acquis ne correspondent pas.
- Procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 10 à 12, comprenant une seconde étape de détermination consistant à déterminer s'il faut ou non exécuter une notification conformément aux informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition et à des informations de réglage du fil (Y) à produire qui a été réglé dans la machine à filer (1).
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 13, comprenant une seconde étape de prédiction de titre de fil consistant à prédire un titre de fil prédit conformément aux informations de faisceau de fibres acquises à la première étape d'acquisition, le titre de fil prédit étant un titre de fil du fil (Y) à produire par le dispositif de filage (7),
dans lequel, à la seconde étape de détermination, une détermination est réalisée, conformément au titre de fil prédit prédit à la seconde étape de prédiction de titre de fil et un titre de fil réglé qui est un titre de fil du fil (Y) réglé dans la machine à filer (1) en tant qu'informations de réglage du fil (Y), pour déterminer la nécessité ou non d'une notification de l'occurrence d'une erreur dans l'alimentation du faisceau de fibres (S) à la machine à filer (1) ou d'une notification de l'occurrence d'une chute du faisceau de fibres (S) dans une machine d'étirage adaptée pour produire le faisceau de fibres (S). - Procédé de filage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel, à la seconde étape de détermination, lors de la détermination que la notification de l'occurrence d'une chute du faisceau de fibres est nécessaire, une détermination est en outre faite quant au processus d'étirage, parmi une pluralité de processus d'étirage effectués par la machine d'étirage, dans lequel la chute du faisceau de fibres est survenue.
- Procédé de filage selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel, à la seconde étape de détermination,lorsque le titre de fil prédit est supérieur au titre de fil réglé, une détermination est faite que la notification de l'occurrence d'une chute du faisceau de fibres est nécessaire, etlorsque le titre de fil prédit est inférieur au titre de fil réglé, une détermination est faite que la notification de l'occurrence d'une erreur dans l'alimentation du faisceau de fibres (S) à la machine à filer (1) est nécessaire.
- Procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque de la revendication 10 à la revendication 16, dans lequel la machine à filer (1) comprend un dispositif de notification (102) adapté pour exécuter une notification, le procédé de filage comprenant une étape de contrôle de notification consistant à exécuter la notification par le dispositif de notification (102) lorsqu'une détermination est faite que la notification est nécessaire en conséquence de la détermination de la nécessité ou non de la notification.
- Procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque de la revendication 10 à la revendication 17, comprenant une étape de contrôle d'opération consistant à contrôler l'opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (6) et l'opération de filage du dispositif de filage (7),
dans lequel, à l'étape de contrôle d'opération, l'opération d'étirage du dispositif d'étirage (6) et l'opération de filage du dispositif de filage (7) sont arrêtées lorsqu'une détermination est faite à la première étape de détermination que la notification est nécessaire. - Machine à filer (1) comprenant :un dispositif d'étirage (6) adapté pour étirer un faisceau de fibres (S) ;un dispositif de détection d'informations de faisceau de fibres (20) adapté pour détecter des informations de faisceau de fibres indiquant un statut du faisceau de fibres pré-étiré (S), et/ou un dispositif de réception d'informations de faisceau de fibres (30) adapté pour recevoir les informations de faisceau de fibres ;un dispositif de filage (7) adapté pour produire un fil (Y) en filant le faisceau de fibres (F) étiré par le dispositif d'étirage (6) ;un dispositif de détection d'informations de fil (9) adapté pour détecter des informations de fil indiquant la tension du fil (Y) produite par le dispositif de filage (7) ;un dispositif d'enroulement (13) adapté pour enrouler le fil (Y) produit par le dispositif de filage (7) ; etune partie de commande (10 ; 100) adaptée pour exécuter le procédé de filage selon l'une quelconque de la revendication 1 à la revendication 18,dans lequel la partie de commande (10; 100) est adaptée pour acquérir les informations de faisceau de fibres détectées par le dispositif de détection d'informations de faisceau de fibres (20) et/ou reçues par le dispositif de réception d'informations de faisceau de fibres (30) à la première étape d'acquisition, et pour acquérir les informations de fil détectées par le dispositif de détection d'informations de fil (9) à la seconde étape d'acquisition.
- Programme de filage (D) pour amener un ordinateur à exécuter, dans une machine à filer (1) adaptée pour produire un fil (Y) en étirant un faisceau de fibres (S) par un dispositif d'étirage (6) et en filant le faisceau de fibres étiré (F) par un dispositif de filage (7), des processus :d'acquisition d'informations de faisceau de fibres indiquant un statut du faisceau de fibres pré-étiré (S) ;d'acquisition d'informations de fil indiquant la tension du fil produit (Y) ; etde changement d'un rapport d'étirage total d'une opération d'étirage exécutée par le dispositif d'étirage (6) conformément aux informations de faisceau de fibres et aux informations de fil qui ont été acquises.
