Claims (9)

  1. Système de cuisson, en particulier système de cuisson par induction, comprenant au moins une table de cuisson avec au moins une unité de ventilation d'évacuation (30a), laquelle, dans au moins un état de fonctionnement, aspire au moins partiellement les vapeurs produites d'au moins une zone de cuisson (32a), comprenant une plaque de pose (12a), avec au moins une unité de support (34a), laquelle présente au moins une zone de logement de l'électronique (36a), laquelle est prévue pour le logement au moins partiel d'au moins une unité de l'électronique (38a), l'unité de support (34a) comprenant au moins une zone de logement de la ventilation (40a), qui est prévue pour loger au moins partiellement au moins un élément (42a) de l'unité de ventilation d'évacuation (30a), l'unité de support (34a) comprenant au moins une plaque de support (44a), laquelle sépare l'une de l'autre la zone de logement de l'électronique (36a) et la zone de logement de la ventilation (40a), et la zone de logement de l'électronique (36a) ainsi que la zone de logement de ventilation (40a) se trouvant, par rapport à un plan d'étendue principale de la plaque de support (44a) sur des côtés l'un vis-à-vis de l'autre de la plaque de support (44a), et l'unité de support (34a) étant réalisée d'un seul tenant, l'unité de support (34a) étant formée en une pièce, caractérisé par une unité formant coffret extérieur (24a), réalisée en tant qu'unité formant coffret de table de cuisson et définissant au moins pour l'essentiel, avec la plaque de pose, un coffret extérieur de table de cuisson, l'unité formant coffret extérieur (24a) définissant partiellement un espace de logement réalisé en tant que cavité pour le logement d'au moins un module de table de cuisson et comprenant le fond du coffret (26), écarté de la plaque de pose (12) de maximum 500 mm, l'unité de support (34a) se trouvant, dans au moins un état de fonctionnement, complètement à l'intérieur de l'unité formant coffret extérieur (24a), la plaque de support (44a) divisant un espace intérieur de table de cuisson (16a), lequel est entièrement défini par la plaque de pose (12a) et l'unité formant coffret extérieur (24a), en deux espaces partiels (72a, 74a).
  2. Système de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (42a) est une roue de ventilation.
  3. Système de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (34a) comprend au moins une autre zone de logement de l'électronique (48a), laquelle est prévue pour le logement au moins partiel d'au moins une autre unité électronique (50a) différente de l'unité d'électronique (38a).
  4. Système de cuisson selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone de logement de l'électronique (36a) et l'autre zone de logement de l'électronique (48a), se trouvent, par rapport à un plan d'étendue principale de la plaque de support (44a), sur le même côté de la plaque de support (44a).
  5. Système de cuisson selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par l'autre unité d'électronique (50a), laquelle est réalisée en tant qu'unité de commande de la ventilation et laquelle commande et/ou règle au moins partiellement, dans au moins un état de fonctionnement, l'unité de ventilation d'évacuation (30a).
  6. Système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'unité d'électronique (38a), laquelle est réalisée en tant qu'unité de commande de chauffage et laquelle est prévue pour la commande et/ou le réglage d'au moins une unité de chauffage (60a).
  7. Système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (34a) comprend au moins un évidement d'établissement des contacts (54a), lequel est prévu pour le passage d'au moins un élément d'établissement des contacts électriques.
  8. Système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (34a) comprend au moins un évidement de mise à la terre (56a), lequel est prévu pour le passage d'au moins un élément de mise à la terre électrique.
  9. Système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de support (34a) est constituée d'au moins, pour une grande partie, d'au moins une matière synthétique.
