  • the cover is part of the extractor housing.
  • the cover is formed by a receiving area of the extractor housing into which at least the fan attached to the carrier can be inserted.
  • the cover there is also an air inlet opening through which air that has entered the extractor device can reach the fan wheel space, that is to the space in which the fan wheel is located, and can flow directly towards it.
  • the air inlet opening is preferably provided in a base area of the cover. In the case of a trough-shaped cover, the base of the trough shape forms the base area.
  • the fan is located in a fan wheel space which is partially formed by a part or area of the extractor housing, namely the cover, the installation space required for the extractor device can be reduced.
  • the design of the extractor device is simplified since no separate fan housing is necessary, as is the case in the prior art.
  • the present invention also makes it possible to arrange the air inlet opening to the fan wheel space in the immediate vicinity of the inlet opening of the extractor housing and thus to reduce flow resistances.
  • a fan wheel space formed between the cover and the carrier part is laterally bounded, at least in regions, by an air guide wall.
  • the air guide wall preferably has a curved, in particular spiral shape.
  • the fan wheel space is limited upwards or downwards by the cover in the extractor housing and in the opposite direction, that is to say downwards or upwards, by the carrier part.
  • the fan wheel space is limited on the sides by the air baffle.
  • An air outlet opening is preferably provided in the air baffle. Via the air outlet opening, air from the fan wheel space can be routed directly or indirectly to an air duct, via which the air can be routed to a distant location for release to the surroundings or into the room in which the extractor device is operated.
  • the cover, the carrier part and the air guide wall thus form a space which, in the case of a spiral shape of the air guide wall, corresponds to a spiral housing or a worm housing.
  • the cover and the carrier part are releasably attached to one another outside the fan wheel space.
  • outside the fan wheel space means laterally offset to the outside in relation to the air guide wall. Since the fastening between the cover and the carrier part is offset to the outside of the fan wheel space, the air flow in the fan wheel space is not hindered by fastening elements and thus the performance of the extractor device is not impaired and noise generation is minimized.
  • the air baffle is arranged on the cover.
  • the air guide wall is preferably formed in one piece with the cover.
  • the air guide wall preferably extends perpendicular to the base area of the cover in which the air inlet opening is located.
  • the fan wheel space is formed by the cover with the air guide wall provided thereon and the carrier part to be fastened to the cover.
  • the air guide wall can form the side wall of the cover. A trough-shaped cover is thereby formed. If the air inlet opening is in the top of the cover, the carrier part forms the bottom of the fan wheel space.
  • the air guide wall is preferably arranged on the carrier part.
  • the air guide wall is preferably designed in one piece with the carrier part.
  • the air guide wall can extend upwards or downwards from a flat support part and thus form an open tub space. This tub space is then closed by the cover and the fan wheel space is thus formed.
  • the cover can consist of the base area.
  • the cover can additionally have a side wall and, like the carrier part, also form a trough or shell shape. If the carrier part is at the bottom, the cover serves as a cover for the fan wheel space.
  • the relative position between the fan and the air guide wall is determined and the carrier part with the air guide wall can then simply be inserted into the extractor housing with the fan mounted on it , in particular the cover can be introduced.
  • the construction of the extractor device is further simplified, since the number of parts is minimized.
  • the cover and the carrier part can each consist of plastic and be produced, for example, by injection molding.
  • the cover has a protrusion which protrudes laterally beyond the air guide wall of the fan wheel space, at least in some areas, and at least one fastening element is provided on the protrusion.
  • This embodiment can be used both in the configuration in which the air guide wall is provided on the cover and in the configuration in which the air guide wall is provided on the carrier part.
  • the protrusion is preferably formed by the outer area of the base of the cover.
  • At least one fastening element is provided on the carrier part or on the cover, which has a height that corresponds to the height of the air guide wall.
  • the fastening elements are preferably domes, in particular screw domes.
  • the screw dome preferably represents a sleeve in which an internal thread is provided at least at its free end.
  • the end of the screw dome that faces away from the end at which the screw dome is connected to the carrier part or the cover is referred to as the free end.
  • the cover has at least one fastening element on the base area in which the air inlet opening is located.
  • the fastener extends away from the cover from this base area of the cover.
  • the fastening element thus extends outwards from the cover, in particular upwards.
  • This fastening element preferably represents a screw dome.
  • the fastening point lies outside the fan wheel space delimited by the cover, in particular offset upwards.
  • a short screw can be used to attach the cover and thus the extractor housing to other devices, for example furniture or preferably a hob.
  • the cover can be screwed from the fan wheel space before the carrier part is fastened to the cover.
  • the screw itself lies in the fastening element, in particular in the screw dome, and only the opening of the sleeve is adjacent to the fan wheel space, the flow in the fan wheel space is not disturbed.
  • At least one rounding is provided on the cover at the edge of the air inlet opening, which is preferably a convex elevation running around the air inlet opening. Since the edge of the air inlet opening is rounded, the air entering the fan wheel space can be directed into it in a targeted manner and turbulence can be avoided as far as possible. This increases the performance of the extractor device and minimizes the development of noise.
  • the rounding preferably represents a convex elevation running around the air inlet opening.
  • a convex elevation is referred to here as an elevation which extends away from the fan wheel space. The inner end of the elevation lies in the edge of the air inlet opening.
  • the rounding formed by the elevation can function as a nozzle and guide the air into the fan wheel space in a targeted manner. If the air inlet opening lies in the top of the cover in the assembled state, the convex elevation extends upwards. By providing an elevation on the edge of the air inlet opening, the flow is deflected to the air inlet opening and can enter the fan wheel space as a laminar flow, for example.
  • At least one guide wall which extends outward, is arranged around the air inlet opening on the base area of the cover in which the air inlet opening is located.
  • a guide wall is used here as extending outward referred to, which extends from the base of the cover, which faces away from the fan wheel space.
  • the guide wall extends upward from the top of the cover. If an elevation is provided at the air inlet opening, the guide wall is arranged offset to the outside of the elevation, that is to say surrounds the elevation.
  • the guide wall is used, for example, to guide condensate or other liquids that have got onto the cover. By means of an elevation provided on the air inlet opening, the entry of liquids into the fan wheel space can be prevented.
  • the guide wall can also serve to support the cover against a hob, for example.
  • the combination appliance comprises a hob and an extractor hood device. These two elements can have a common network connection and, for example, can also be controlled by a common control unit.
  • the extractor device is at least partially below the hob.
  • the extractor hood device can therefore also be referred to as a hob hood or hob hood.
  • the cover of the extractor housing is on top and the support part is attached to the cover from below.
  • the advantages of the present invention in particular the small installation space required for the extractor device, can be used particularly well.
  • the cover of the extractor device is preferably attached to a hob housing.
  • the cover is attached to the underside of the hob housing.
  • a housing is referred to as a hob housing in which the heating module or modules of the hob, for example induction modules, are accommodated. Since the cover is fastened directly to the hob housing, on the one hand the structure is simplified, since no further fastening devices have to be provided in the combination device and, on the other hand, the overall height is thereby further reduced.
  • a recess is preferably provided in the hob.
  • the extractor device is arranged offset downwards to this recess.
  • the recess in the hob preferably extends through a cover plate of the hob and is located between the heating modules of the hob.
  • At least part of the cover preferably surrounds the recess from below.
  • a guide wall of the cover particularly preferably extends from below through the cutout in the area between the heating modules and rests from below on the edge of the cutout in the cover plate of the hob. Since the guide wall extends around the air inlet opening, the area above the air inlet opening is delimited to the outside by the guide wall and this area is thus sealed off.
