  • each shim 76 is configured to take up the possible play between the associated base structure 70 and the adjacent lateral wall 73, 75 of the insertion part 10 when the supporting elements 12a', 12b' are in the advanced position with the support members 71 in contact with the lateral walls 90, 91 of the hollow crane boom section 27b6. If the supporting elements 12a', 12b' are so dimensioned that no such play exists, no shim 76 is necessary.

Claims (15)

  1. Verbindungseinheit, die für eine abnehmbare Montage an der Spitze (2) eines Kranauslegers (27) konfiguriert ist, um eine Verbindung zwischen dem Kranausleger und einer zugehörigen Kranvorrichtung (4) herzustellen, wobei die Verbindungseinheit (1) umfasst:
    - ein Einsetzteil (10), das so ausgebildet ist, in einen hohlen Kranauslegerabschnitt (27b6) an der Spitze des Kranauslegers eingesetzt zu werden, und
    - ein Halteteil (11), das an dem Einsetzteil (10) befestigt ist und so konfiguriert ist, dass es einen Träger für die Kranvorrichtung (4) bildet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinheit (1) ferner umfasst:
    - ein oder mehrere Tragelemente (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b'), von denen jedes beweglich an dem Einsetzteil (10) angebracht ist, so dass es quer zur Längsachse des Einsetzteils beweglich ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass das Tragelement (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') in Bezug auf die Längsachse des Einsetzteils (10) und gegen eine Innenfläche des Kranauslegerabschnitts (27b6) nach außen gedrückt wird und dadurch ein Spiel zwischen dem Einsetzteil (10) und dem Kranauslegerabschnitt (27b6) aufnimmt, und
    - eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (13) zum Bewegen des einen oder der mehreren Tragelemente (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') quer zur Längsachse des Einsetzteils (10).
  2. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung (13) umfasst:
    - eine drehbare Betätigungsstange (35), die sich durch einen Innenraum (36) des Einsetzteils (10) erstreckt und die so angeordnet ist, dass sie von einem Bediener gedreht werden kann, wenn die Verbindungseinheit (1) an der Spitze (2) des Kranauslegers montiert ist, wobei das Einsetzteil (10) in dem Kranauslegerabschnitt (27b6) aufgenommen ist, und
    - ein Gliedersystem (37; 37'), das in dem Innenraum (36) des Einsetzteils (10) angeordnet ist, wobei das Gliedersystem (37; 37') so konfiguriert ist, dass es eine Drehbewegung der Betätigungsstange (35) in eine Translationsbewegung der Tragelemente (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') überträgt, wobei das Gliedersystem (37; 37') so konfiguriert ist, dass es eine Druckkraft auf jedes Tragelement (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') ausübt, wenn die Betätigungsstange (35) in einer ersten Drehrichtung gedreht wird, und dass es eine Zugkraft auf jedes Tragelement (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') ausübt, wenn die Betätigungsstange (35) in einer entgegengesetzten Drehrichtung gedreht wird.
  3. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Betätigungsstange (35) durch eine Ausnehmung (39) in einer Außenwand (40) der Verbindungseinheit (1) erstreckt.
  4. Verbindungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    - dass die Verbindungseinheit (1) zwei solchen Tragelementen (12a, 12b) umfasst, die in Längsrichtung des Einsetzteils (10) gesehen unter einer Distanz zueinander angeordnet sind;
    - dass das Gliedersystem (37) einen ersten Gliedermechanismus (37a) umfasst, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er auf ein erstes (12a) der Tragelemente wirkt, wobei der erste Gliedermechanismus (37a) mit der Betätigungsstange (35) über ein erstes Verbindungselement (41a) in Eingriff steht, das mit einem Innengewinde (42) versehen ist, das mit einem Außengewinde (43) an der Betätigungsstange (35) in Eingriff steht, so dass eine Drehung der Betätigungsstange (35) zu einer relativen Bewegung zwischen dem ersten Verbindungselement (41a) und der Betätigungsstange (35) in der axialen Richtung der Betätigungsstange führt, und
    - dass das Gliedersystem (37) einen zweiten Gliedermechanismus (37b) umfasst, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er auf ein zweites (12b) der Tragelemente wirkt, wobei die Betätigungsstange (35) über ein zweites Verbindungselement (41b) drehbar mit dem zweiten Gliedermechanismus (37b) verbunden ist, wobei die Betätigungsstange (35) axial an dem zweiten Verbindungselement (41b) befestigt ist, so dass das zweite Verbindungselement (41b) und die Betätigungsstange (35) daran gehindert werden, sich in Verbindung mit einer Drehung der Betätigungsstange in der axialen Richtung der Betätigungsstange (35) relativ zueinander zu bewegen.
  5. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    - dass der erste Gliedermechanismus (37a) ein erstes Glied (45), das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Tragelement (12a) und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Verbindungselement (41a) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Glied (46) umfasst, das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Verbindungselement (41a) und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit einer Wand des Einsetzteils (10) verbunden ist;
    und
    - dass der zweite Gliedermechanismus (37b) ein drittes Glied (48), das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Tragelement (12b) und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Verbindungselement (41b) verbunden ist, und ein viertes Glied (49) umfasst, das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Verbindungselement (41b) und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit einer Wand des Einsetzteils (10) verbunden ist.
  6. Verbindungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Tragelement (12a, 12b) an einer Wand (30) des Einsetzteils (10) verschiebbar angebracht ist, so dass es senkrecht zur Längsachse des Einsetzteils linear verschiebbar ist.
  7. Verbindungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Tragelemente (12a, 12b) an einer Unterseite oder Oberseite des Einsetzteils (10) angeordnet und derart konfiguriert sind, dass sie relativ zum Einsetzteil (10) auf- und abwärts bewegbar ausgebildet sind, und
    - jedes Tragelement (12a, 12b) eine V-förmige oder konvexe Kontaktfläche (15) aufweist, die für den Eingriff mit einer V-förmigen Innenwandfläche (33) des Kranauslegerabschnitts (27b6) konfiguriert ist.
  8. Verbindungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    - dass die Verbindungseinheit (1) ein erstes Tragelement (12a'), das auf einer ersten Seite der Betätigungsstange (35) angeordnet ist, und ein zweites Tragelement (12b'), das gegenüber dem ersten Tragelement (12a') auf einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite der Betätigungsstange (35) angeordnet ist, umfasst;
    - dass das Gliedersystem (37') ein erstes Basisteil (80a) umfasst, das mit einem Innengewinde (81) versehen ist, das mit einem Außengewinde (82) an der Betätigungsstange (35) in Eingriff steht, so dass eine Drehung der Betätigungsstange (35) zu einer Bewegung des ersten Basisteils (80a) in der axialen Richtung der Betätigungsstange führt;
    - dass das Gliedersystem (37') ein zweites Basisteil (80b) umfasst, das an dem Einsetzteil (10) befestigt ist und daran gehindert wird, sich in Bezug auf das Einsetzteil in dessen Längsrichtung zu bewegen;
    - dass das Gliedersystem (37') einen ersten Satz von Gliedern (83a), über die das erste Tragelement (12a') mit dem ersten und zweiten Basisteil (80a, 80b) verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Satz von Gliedern (83b) umfasst, über die das zweite Tragelement (12b) mit dem ersten und zweiten Basisteil (80a, 80b) verbunden ist, und
    - dass die Betätigungsstange (35) in Bezug auf das zweite Basisteil (80b) des Gliedersystems axial fixiert ist, so dass die Betätigungsstange daran gehindert wird, sich in ihrer axialen Richtung in Bezug auf das zweite Basisteil (80b) in Verbindung mit einer Drehung der Betätigungsstange (35) zu bewegen.
  9. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    - dass der erste Satz von Gliedern (83a) umfasst:
    • ein erstes Glied (84), das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Tragelement (12a') und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Basisteil (80a) verbunden ist, und
    • ein zweites Glied (85), das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Tragelement (12a') und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Basisteil (80b) verbunden ist, und
    - dass der zweite Satz von Gliedern (83b) umfasst:
    • ein drittes Glied (86), das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Tragelement (12b') und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit dem ersten Basisteil (80a) verbunden ist, und
    • ein viertes Glied (87), das an einem ersten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Tragelement (12b') und an einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende gelenkig mit dem zweiten Basisteil (80b) verbunden ist.
  10. Verbindungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Tragelement (12a') einen Basisaufbau (70) und zwei oder mehr Tragteile (71) umfasst, die an dem Basisaufbau (70) befestigt und zusammen mit dem Basisaufbau in Bezug auf das Einsetzteil (10) beweglich sind, wobei jedes Tragteil (71) des ersten Tragelements (12a') durch eine zugehörige Ausnehmung (72) in einer ersten Seitenwand (73) des Einsetzteils (10) beweglich ist.
  11. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Tragelement (12b') einen Basisaufbau (70) und zwei oder mehr Tragteile (71) umfasst, die an dem Basisaufbau (70) befestigt und zusammen mit dem Basisaufbau in Bezug auf das Einsetzteil (10) beweglich sind, wobei jedes Tragteil (71) des zweiten Tragelements (12b') durch eine zugehörige Ausnehmung (74) in einer zweiten Seitenwand (75) des Einsetzteils (10), die der ersten Seitenwand (73) gegenüberliegt, beweglich ist.
  12. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung (13) mindestens einen Hydraulikzylinder (51; 55a, 55b) zur Bewegung des einen oder der mehreren Tragelemente (12a, 12b) umfasst.
  13. Verbindungseinheit nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Tragelement (12a, 12b) ein eigener Hydraulikzylinder (55a, 55b) zugeordnet ist und mit einem Kolben (57) dieses Hydraulikzylinders verbunden ist.
  14. Hydraulikkran mit mindestens einem heb- und senkbaren Kranausleger (27), der an einem äußeren Ende mit einem hohlen Kranauslegerabschnitt (27b6) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hydraulikkran (20) eine Verbindungseinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 und eine Kranvorrichtung (4) aufweist, die mittels der Verbindungseinheit (1) mit dem Kranausleger (27) verbindbar ist, wobei das Einsetzteil (10) der Verbindungseinheit (1) in den hohlen Kranauslegerabschnitt (27b6) einsetzbar ist.
  15. Hydraulikkran nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kranvorrichtung ein zusätzlicher Kranausleger (4) oder eine Arbeitsbühne ist.
