Description

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The present invention relates to the field of vacuum cleaner ducts, and in particular stick vacuum cleaners equipped with such vacuum cleaner ducts.

A stick vacuum cleaner comprises in known manner a vacuum cleaner body equipped with a suction unit and a handling interface, a nozzle arranged to be in contact with a floor to be cleaned, and a vacuum cleaner duct fluidly connecting the vacuum cleaner. vacuum cleaner body to the nozzle and defining an air flow passage.

In order to facilitate the storage of the upright vacuum cleaner or cleaning with the upright vacuum cleaner under furniture, the vacuum cleaner duct can advantageously include:
  • a first rigid part and a second rigid part, and
  • a hinge device connecting the first and second rigid parts to each other, the hinge device being configured to allow pivoting of the first rigid part relative to the second rigid part about the pivot axis and between an aligned configuration wherein the first and second rigid parts are substantially aligned with respect to each other and a folded configuration in which the first and second rigid parts define between them an angle of less than 180 °.

The nozzle can in particular be equipped with a rotating brush and an electric motor configured to drive the rotating brush in rotation. To this end, it is known to equip the vacuum cleaner duct with two electric wires which are configured to electrically connect the terminals of a battery housed in the vacuum cleaner body to the terminals of the electric motor. The two electric wires can, for example, extend into one or more longitudinal reception passages provided in the vacuum cleaner duct.

Le document WO 2017/143791 A décrit un aspirateur balai comprenant un conduit d'aspirateur selon la préambule de la revendication 1.However, such an arrangement of the electric wires leads to significant tension and / or pinching forces in the electric wires, in particular at the level of the articulation of the vacuum cleaner duct, during the various successive bends of the vacuum cleaner. vacuum cleaner duct, which can lead to premature damage to the electrical conductivity between the vacuum cleaner body and the squeegee, and thus degradation of the performance of the stick vacuum cleaner. The document WO 2017/143791 A describes a stick vacuum cleaner comprising a vacuum cleaner duct according to the preamble of claim 1.

Résumé de l'inventionSummary of the invention

The present invention aims to remedy all or part of these drawbacks.

The technical problem underlying the invention consists in particular in providing a vacuum cleaner duct which is of simple and reliable structure.

Such a configuration of the at least one electric wire, and in particular the fact that the latter extends around the hinge axis so as to form a loop, makes it possible to eliminate the tension and pinching forces in the electric wire when bending the vacuum cleaner duct.

Therefore, when the vacuum cleaner duct according to the present invention is fitted to a stick vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner duct guarantees the electrical conductivity between a vacuum cleaner body and a nozzle belonging to the stick vacuum cleaner during the entire life of this vacuum cleaner. latest.

De façon avantageuse, le tube d'aspiration 12 comporte une paroi tubulaire externe 33 et le passage de réception longitudinal 32 est délimité extérieurement par la paroi tubulaire externe 33.As shown on figures 3 and 8 , the suction tube 12 also has a longitudinal receiving passage 32 extending along the suction tube 12, and each of the electrical wires 24 has a third wire portion 24.4 which extends the respective second wire portion 24.2 and which extends in the longitudinal receiving passage 32. The third wire portion 24.4 of each electric wire 24 is more particularly connected to a respective electrical connector 31. Advantageously, the suction tube 12 comprises an outer tubular wall 33 and the longitudinal receiving passage 32 is delimited on the outside by the outer tubular wall 33.

Of course, the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described and illustrated which has been given only by way of example. Modifications remain possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
